I am attempting to send across a DICOM file to a DicomProxy, which is meant to convert the file and output to another server. However when executing the following command:
bin/storescu -c DICOMPROXY#XX.XXX.XXX.XX:XXXX ../example/XXXXXX.dcm
in the terminal, the following message appears.
Connected to DICOMPROXY in 35ms

Does anybody know the reason why the file will not send?
Thanks.
Okay I figured the issue out, I was doing the syntax for storescu incorrectly. it should be like so:
bin/storescu -c DICOMPROXY#XX.XXX.XXX.XX:XXXX -b AET:PORT ../example/XXXXXX.dcm
Where -c represents the destination and -b represents the modality.

I am having problems generating the correct configuration to get ipmitool fru print to work.
What I see is:
ipmitool fru print
...
FRU Device Description : Caracal1_FRU (ID 112)
Device not present (Requested sensor, data, or record not found)
All my FRUs are listed. All have the same Device not present message.
At startup I see the following messages get displayed on the console.
Starting Read system/chassis/Caracal1_FRU EEPROM...
[ OK ] Finished Read system/chassis/Caracal1_FRU EEPROM.
I also see valid data in output of commands:
busctl introspect --no-pager xyz.openbmc_project.Inventory.Manager \ /xyz/openbmc_project/inventory/system/chassis/Caracal1_FRU
and
busctl introspect --no-pager xyz.openbmc_project.FruDevice /xyz/openbmc_project/FruDevice/Caracal
I don't understand why the difference in names betreen Inventory.Manager and FruDevice. It looks like the differences are mapped as follows:
Caracal1_FRU <=> Caracal
I have validated that I have correct data in the yaml file under build/.
I would be happy to copy meta-pavailion/ if needed.
Thanks in advance
I got a question about log output on rundeck.
I've cron a multiple oracle EXPDP and all the log are flagged as ERROR but it's not.
I've try to put a log handler but i don't understand how to dot it.

SCREENSHOT
I have the following problem:
I am using the following command:
EXPORT TO "D:\ExportFiles\ACTIVATE_DICT.csv" OF DEL MODIFIED BY TIMESTAMPFORMAT="YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS" STRIPLZEROS MESSAGES "D:\ExportFiles\FMessage.txt" SELECT * FROM DB2INST4.ACTIVATE_DICT;
In the Command Editor of the program, the Control Center successfully exported data from the ACTIVATE_DICT table to a CSV file ACTIVATE_DICT.csv.
But for a number of reasons, I need you to execute this command in the IBM Data Studio or DataGrip program, and there it cannot be executed in this form.
Therefore, I read the following manual enter link description here
and based on it wrote the following command:
CALL SYSPROC.ADMIN_CMD('EXPORT to /lotus/ExportFiles/ACTIVATE_DICT.csv OF DEL MODIFIED BY TIMESTAMPFORMAT="YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS" STRIPLZEROS MESSAGES /lotus/ExportFiles/FMessage.txt SELECT * FROM DB2INST4.ACTIVATE_DICT');
Here is the message on the result of the command:
[2018-10-11 15:15:23] [ ][3107] There is at least one warning
message in the message file.. SQLCODE=3107, SQLSTATE= ,
DRIVER=4.23.42 [2018-10-11 15:15:23] 1 row retrieved starting from 1
in 75 ms (execution: 29 ms, fetching: 46 ms)
And in the / lotus / ExportFiles / directory there is no ACTIVATE_DICT.csv file and there is no FMessage.txt file in the / lotus / ExportFiles / directory.
Question: How then to correctly execute this command ??? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
sqlcode 3107 is a warning message:
SQL3107W At least one warning message was encountered during LOAD processing.
Explanation
You can load data into a database from a file, tape, or named pipe using the LOAD command. You can specify that any warnings or errors from the LOAD processing be printed to a message file. If no message file is specified, the warnings or errors are printed to standard out (unless the database manager instance is configured as a partitioned-database environment.)
It is to tell you to read message log in the message file you specified. In your case: /lotus/ExportFiles/FMessage.txt
Please read into the file to see what error is logged and if you need help understand what is logged, please post the content of the file.
This message is returned when at least one warning was received during processing. If a message file is being used, the warnings and errors will be printed there.
This warning does not affect processing.
User response
Review the message file warning.
EXPORT command using the ADMIN_CMD procedure
See use of the 'MESSAGES ON SERVER' clause, and how to get these messages using the result set returned by this routine in this case.
What I wanted is whenever (and only when) a file is created on GCS, my pub/sub subscription can receive a notification.
So I did this:
gsutil notification create -t projects/[my-project-id]/topics/new-raw-file -f none -m eventType:OBJECT_FINALIZE gs://[the-target-bucket]
I think this config is set up successfully, because when I ran gsutil notification list , it shows:
projects/_/buckets/[the-target-bucket]/notificationConfigs/7
Cloud Pub/Sub topic: projects/[my-project-id]/topics/new-raw-file
Custom attributes:
eventType: OBJECT_FINALIZE
This is the only config.
However, other than file creation, I also receive file deletion notification:
Received 1 messages.
* 118758642722910: message - , attributes - {u'resource': u'projects/_/buckets/[the-target-bucket]/objects/2466870.3.txt#1493038968423735', u'objectId': u'2466870.3.txt', u'bucketId': u'[the-target-bucket]', u'notificationConfig': u'projects/_/buckets/[the-target-bucket]/notificationConfigs/7', u'payloadFormat': u'NONE', u'eventType': u'OBJECT_DELETE', u'objectGeneration': u'1493038968423735'}
didn't get what was going wrong.
Turns out I misused one command option. According to this page, "-m" actually just append a key:value attribute to the notification, it has nothing to do with the event filter that I wanted. The right option to use should be "-e" . So, the following config command actually works properly:enter code here
gsutil notification create -t [TOPIC_NAME] -f json -e OBJECT_FINALIZE gs://[BUCKET_NAME]
I am trying to get logstash 2.3.3 websocket input working.
Logstash: https://download.elastic.co/logstash/logstash/logstash-2.3.3.tar.gz
Websocket Input Plugin for Logstash: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-inputs-websocket.html
Websocket server: https://github.com/joewalnes/websocketd/releases/download/v0.2.11/websocketd-0.2.11-linux_amd64.zip
Websocket Client: Chrome Plugin "Simple Web Socket Client"
I am aware of a bug filed last year logstash 1.5.0 and the websocket input plugin. https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-input-websocket/issues/3 I have also received those same error messages, although I can't reproduce them anymore. The following is my current procedure and result. I am hoping that bug has since been fixed and I just can't find the correct config.
First I installed the plugin and confirmed it is listed as installed.
/app/bin/logstash-plugin list | grep "websocket"
Next, I checked that logstash was working with the following config
input {
stdin { }
}
output {
file {
path => "/app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash-log.txt"
}
}
Logstash worked.
/app/logstash-2.3.3/bin/logstash agent --config /app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash.conf
Hello World
The file logstash-log.txt contained:
{"message":"Hello World","#version":"1","#timestamp":"2016-07-05T20:04:14.850Z","host":"server-name.domain.com"}
Next I opened port 9300
I wrote a simple bash script to return some numbers
#!/bin/bash
case $1 in
-t|--to)
COUNTTO=$2
shift
;;
esac
shift
printf 'Count to %i\n' $COUNTTO
for COUNT in $(seq 1 $COUNTTO); do
echo $COUNT
sleep 0.1
done
I started up websocketd pointing to my bash script
/app/websocketd --port=9300 /app/count.sh --to 7
I opened Simple Web Socket Client in Chrome and connected
ws://server-name.domain.com:9300
Success! It returned the following.
Count to 7
1
2
3
4
5
6
7
At this point I know websocketd works and logstash works. Now is when the trouble starts.
Logstash websocket input configuration file
input {
websocket {
codec => "plain"
url => "ws://127.0.0.1:9300/"
}
}
output {
file {
path => "/app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash-log.txt"
}
}
Run configtest
/app/logstash-2.3.3/bin/logstash agent --config /app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash.conf --configtest
Receive "Configuration OK"
Start up websocketd
/app/websocketd --port=9300 /app/logstash-2.3.3/bin/logstash agent --config /app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash.conf
Back in Simple Web Socket Client, I connect to ws://server-name.domain.com:9300. I see a message pop up that I started a session.
Tue, 05 Jul 2016 20:07:13 -0400 | ACCESS | session | url:'http://server-name.domain.com:9300/' id:'1467732248361139010' remote:'192.168.0.1' command:'/app/logstash-2.3.3/bin/logstash' origin:'chrome-extension://pfdhoblngbopfeibdeiidpjgfnlcodoo' | CONNECT
I try to send "hello world". Nothing apparent happens on the server. After about 15 seconds I see a disconnect message in my console window. logstash-log.txt is never created.
Any ideas for what to try? Thank you!
UPDATE 1:
I tried putting the following in a bash script called "launch_logstash.sh":
#!/bin/bash
exec /app/logstash-2.3.3/bin/logstash agent --config /app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash.conf
Then I started websocketd like so:
/app/websocketd --port=9300 /app/logstash-2.3.3/bin/launch_logstash.sh
Same result; no success.
Upon reading the websocketd documentation more closely, it sends the data received on the socket to a program's stdin. I was trying to listen to a socket in my logstash config, but the data is actually going to that app's stdin. I changed my config to this:
input {
stdin { }
}
output {
file {
path => "/app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash-log.txt"
}
}
Then launched websocketd like this:
/app/websocketd --port=9300 /app/logstash-2.3.3/bin/logstash agent --config /app/logstash-2.3.3/logstash.conf
So in short, until logstash-websocket-input implements their server option, stdin{} and stdout{} are the input and output if using websocketd as the web server.
