Unity3d crashes when trying to change platform or building after upgrading to win10 - unity3d

http://prntscr.com/cfakce this is what happened when I'm entering any script, when I'm changing to mobile input this show up http://prntscr.com/cfalpw.
Whenever I'm trying to build the project or changing platform it crashes.
I changed my win7 to win10 (had to) and I think it may screwed my project but I'm not really sure, tried to search on Google for those errors and found nothing.
Someone told me on the Unity forum that it had something to do with UnityEditor but didn't had really idea how to fix it.
When I had win7 (before the change) everything worked perfectly fine.
Any ideas?
Unity version: Unity 5.4.0f3 (64-bit) thought it might help.
new: When I'm writing using at the start of any script it doesn't complete it to Unity.Engine or Unity.Editor it doesn't even have this option, like it got deleted or something. How do I bring back those Unity.editor and engine? I think it's the real problem :)
Another thing is that when I got win10 the C drive is now F and I've got new SSD drive which is the new C, everything stayed on the C drive but they didn't work or was used perfectly, so I redownloaded everything like Skype, steam, Origin and of course UNITY, the project folder I dragged to my desktop and then opened the game folder on this Unity I downloaded, I think that's what made the problem because when i enter Unity and press open, and going back to F drive>users>myname>dekstop>UNITY>mygame and open it in that path instead of what i have dragged (which it the same folder but on different place) it let me switch platform, does not let me build but at least it's not crashing just giving me the same errors without crashing, i don't know if this has something to do with but just gave the info cause maybe you will find this helpful to help me.

Standalone executable builds successfully, but the executable does (almost) nothing when run

I've put together the first playable build of a game and I'd like to send it to a couple friends to make sure everything so far is working as intended. The project so far just consists of a single main game scene, and that scene works in the editor; it plays without issue. I opened build settings, included the main game scene as the only scene in the build, and had Unity make a standalone Windows x86 executable build.
Unity created the build without issue. When I run the executable, a short "Made with Unity" splash screen appears, and then...
...nothing.
No part of the scene is displayed. The program stops responding as soon as the splash screen is done.
I wish I could provide more information, but unfortunately, this is all I have. No error messages appear beyond the standard "this program has stopped responding, wait or kill?". No log file is produced. Unity is surprisingly unhelpful in finding the cause of this problem.
I tried making a WebGL build, as well. This took a few minutes, but this build worked as intended. It ran just as smoothly as it did in editor. However, I would greatly prefer a standalone executable if at all possible.
Any ideas as to what could possibly be wrong?
After trying everything and the kitchen sink, I finally managed to create a working standalone executable by downgrading the Unity version I was using from 2020.2.0f1 to 2019.4.20f1. More specifically, I created a new blank project using the 2019... version, copied everything from the Assets folder over, and made a build.
I don't have a clue why this worked. I don't know if it's because there's a problem in the 2020... version, or if there's a problem in my particular installation of it, or if something in my code doesn't play nice with a standalone executable, or any of various other theories. All I know is, this worked.

unity 5.4 apk installed but won't open

Okay, so basically I build my game in unity, saved it in a folder and drag the file in a folder on my phone, made sure unknown source was checked and installed it on my phone.
However when I open it it shows the unity splash page but then it closes for some reason I do not know, I searched it up tried all different resources but nothing worked, it still did the same thing, I tried it out on my brother's mobile and it worked fine for him (it didn't close and it let him play my game).
It just doesn't work on mine. I'm using unity 5.4
Can anyone help me with this problem?
Okay problem has returned agian
Thank you. :)
Try to uninstall all the previous version of the app from your Phone and then try to re-install it.
If the above plan didn't work, Change the build settings in Unity from Prefer External to Automatic,
I hope this will help you...
my problem got resolved by deleting the android manifest file and then building again.
I hope this will help for people like me in future.
P.S : for me manifest was located at plugins/android/androidmanifest.xml

Unity crashes on my PC and I don't know why

I was doing a course for learning the platform Unity and how I can make video games, etc..
I have installed the program in my PC, and the installation was correct, but at the time for starting the program, it doesn't end to start and windows told me, "The program stopped working, close it" and always the same.
Someone knows how can i fix it?
Thanks in advance
Try re-installing, checking you've got the latest version and you meet the software's requirements. A printscreen would also help.
Hold down the Alt key and click unity.exe this should let you open or create a new project rather than try loading the one that is crashing.

Eclipse - My app has collapsed - MainActivity and AndroidManifest are blank

I'm about to lose my mind.
Yesterday I was working a bit to get some ads in my app, which I'm trying for a long time, since there is -no- good tutorial that clears out easily on how to put them.
Anyway, yesterday I wanted to close my pc, and I got blue screen, for those who know, it's announcing a crash of your pc.
I shut down the pc manually, and at the restart, I cleaned the pc (dutch: "schrijfdefragmentatie') twice.
After that, I wanted to open Eclipse, and I got many, many errors, about Parser exception for /MainActivity/AndroidManifest.xml: Premature end of file.
and that about all my apps.
I'm trying to open AndroidManifest.xml, which gave a red error-icon, but now it's totally blank!
As for my src\com.example.appname\MainActivity.java, it's also blank !
I fear that I've lost my app due to this.
Though, I got my app on my cellphone (Android).
Can I get that version back on my pc? Because this has the only relevant code and stuff.
Or is there another way to save my app?

Xcode 3.1.3 breaks console output

Today has been a headache - first my upgrade to xcode 3.1.3 trashed all my certs/provisions. After two attempts, I got them fixed.
Now, I'm dealing with the issue in the subject, no console output.
Absolutlely nothing is getting printed to the console - No startup info, not when I "print" a variable from xcode when stopped on a breakpoint,
not NSLog() either.
Nothing.
I've restarted my Mac, restarted Xcode, etc. I've made it so clears the console and opens it on project build. I had GDB log to a file,
and that works, so the plumbing is cool. Its just the console itself is dead.

It doesn't seem to matter if I'm on the device or the simulator ...
That looks like the split bar is pinned all the way to the right side. Look for the dimple and drag it back toward the right.
I'd also try asking in the iPhone developers portal forum, since you can ask about beta versions of stuff there...
This is an older post, but I just recently ran into this with 3.2.3, so if someone happens upon this the answer by cdespinosa was spot on, however many of us "noobs" may not know exactly where to find those files, so just in case...
Go to Finder, find the folder where you have your .xcodeproject file and right click on it and click on show contents of this package. When the new window appears, move the .perspective, .mode, .pbxuser files to trash. (Make sure XCode is closed when you do this...I happened to do this while the project was open like an idiot and didn't think it worked the first time)
Now reopen xcode and your project. Your console should now be fixed.
