I am using HR Schema from Oracle Express Edition 11g
What could be the reason?

Please check this Official Oracle URL Configuring and Using ADF with GlassFish Server
It says
Download the Oracle ADF Essentials file adf-essentials.zip to a temporary location. You will install the ADF Runtime library files into the GlassFish installation directory, as described in Section 3.10.3, "How to Configure GlassFish for OEPE."
Download the Oracle ADF Essentials Client files adf-essentials-client-ear.zip and adf-essentials-client-war.zip to a temporary location and then extract the files to flat-structured temporary directories, a separate directory for each download.
Which means you have to download three files
adf-essentials.zip -- needs to be installed in server
adf-essentials-client-ear.zip -- needs to go with EAR project
adf-essentials-client-war.zip -- needs to go with WAR project
You might also need to download easybeans-persistence-eclipselink-2.4.x-1.0.1.jar and put it inside the glassfish domain lib folder where you have placed the adf essentials
If you follow this procedure properly then your issue will be resolved.
Note: There could be many exceptions thrown in the server log, but your application will work as expected also your screen will render as specified in that tutorial.

No LoginModules configured for NOTES

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I'm trying to configure a development environment for Notes 10 using Eclipse 4.6.2 (32bit on Windows 10). The plugin I'm working with works in Notes 9 compiled with Eclipse 3, and continues to work as compiled in Notes 10, but I wish to make some changes.
I've used the instructions from Mikkel Heisterberg's site and modified the VM Argument variables :
install_id = 1564665877146
rcp.home = c:\notes\framework
rcp.base_version = 10.0.0.20181128-1343
The problem is when I try and launch the plugin, the notes UI window opens with the message No LoginModules configured for NOTES, and the stack trace below in Eclipse. I've tried completely reinstalling the notes/designer installation on my machine along with eclipse. I've also tried repeating the process on a system having only the notes client, but always to the same effect. I'm guessing there is something wrong with my process, so the question is, what do I need to do to successfully get Eclipse to launch notes so I can test & debug my plugin.
Any assistance is appreciated.

I just ran into this same error when using Eclipse to launch Notes 11.0. I believe it was an issue with the requires plugin dependencies. This is what I did to fix it:
upgraded to Notes 12.0
reloaded the JRE files (Prefs => Java => Installed JREs)
reloaded the plugins (Prefs => Plug-in Dev => Target Platform)
updated my VM argument variables as per the new values in \Notes\framework\rcp\rcplauncher.properties
install_id=1629781684647
rcp.base_version=10.0.0.20210507-1607
rcp.home=C:\Progra~2\IBM\Notes\framework
Reselect all run config plugins (edit Run Configuration => Plug-ins tab => Select All). I had previously set this as a subset to avoid duplicates/conflicts.
I hope this helps the next person!

TemplateNotFound Exception in Apache Ofbiz in Debug mode from Eclipse (Ubuntu)

I configure apache ofbiz in debug mode using the second method titled Debugging (or running) OFBiz inside Eclipse from this guide. I have repeated the same procedure on windows and Ubuntu. In windows, ofbiz runs fine without problems and I can use it from browser on https://localhost:8443/ordermgr/control/main. But when I follow the same guide and try to run ofbiz from Ubuntu (16.0.4), I get the TemplateNotfound exception which is thrown from RequestHandler.java at line 989. Here is the stack trace

Any ideas why I get this error in Ubuntu?
I am not sure what exactly the problem was but I was opening the ofbiz project from a different location than eclipse workspace and containing directory name was different than project name. I did the following to get it working
Deleted the project from eclipse
Moved the project directory to workspace
Renamed the project directory to match project name (ofbiz)
Opened it from eclipse
Followed the guide to debug/run as mentioned in my question
and all was suddenly working

BIRT reporting exception on postgreSQL DB

I designed the report design file (test_report.rptdesign ) on BIRT report designer. I can see the report by clicking " View report in web viewer" on BIRT report designer. But, when I try to see the report with TOMCAT , there is "There is no report design object available " error.
The TOMCAT and "BIRT VIEWER" is configured correctly. I put the "BIRT VIEWER filse under "C:\xampp\tomcat\webapps" folder. And I have correctly configured the "\birt-viewer\WEB-INF\web.xml" file . I tried the sample reports (customers.rptdesign,TopNPercent.rptdesign) on TOMCAT server, it works correctly.
But,when I tried with postgreSQL , it didn't work, there is exception. I put the "test_report.rptdesign " file under "C:\xampp\tomcat\webapps\brt-example\report" folder. could you give me some suggesstion,please ?
the error message is as follows:
There is no report design object available.

thanks.
I finally solved this problem by editing the following line in Eclipse "XML Source" tab:
<report xmlns="http://www.eclipse.org/birt/2005/design" version="3.2.23" id="1">
All I had to do was to change version from 3.2.23 to 3.2.10. You can do that by editing the *.rptdesign file directly in notepad.
In my case, it was cause by the SFTP transfer I was doing: binary (default with filezilla as I guess it interpret the .rptdesign as a binary) instead of ASCII

Any hint how to setup a CSRF Whitelist?
Regards, Raybar
Change your /repository/conf/carbon.xml file and on WhiteList element add the Url element with the text https://lab1.xx.xx.
After changing that part must appears something like:
<WhiteList>
<Url>https://localhost:9443</Url>
<Url>https://lab1.xx.xx</Url>
</WhiteList>
I add in the whitelist, but does not work, I still see the same error log.
it might be added somewhere else?

javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.VerifyError: createELResolver signature

I am struggling with the following issue and help to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
I am developing an application and have been running it in Tomcat 7.0.19 installed locally on my machine. Everything was working fine until today when I deployed it on the dev server which has Tomcat 7.0.14 installed on it. I get the following issue when I open my application on the Dev server.

Please let me know.
Remove all Tomcat-specific libraries like el-api.jar from your webapp's /WEB-INF/lib folder. It will make your webapp incompatible with containers of a different make/version resulting in this kind of errors.
