Rabbit MQ on RPi WIN10 IoT - raspberry-pi

I'm trying to install RabbitMQ on my Visual Studio 2017 project for Raspberry Pi.
I'm trying by 2 differents ways :
1) This first : https://paolopatierno.wordpress.com/2015/08/17/windows-iot-core-and-m2mqtt-a-simple-marriage/
I'm trying to add RabbitMqClient instead of M2Mqtt used in this tutorial.
I've got this error (in french) :
Install-Package : Le package RabbitMQ.Client 4.1.1 n'est pas compatible avec uap10.0 (UAP,Version=v10.0). Le package RabbitMQ.Client 4.1.1 prend en charge :
- net451 (.NETFramework,Version=v4.5.1)
- netstandard1.5 (.NETStandard,Version=v1.5)
But i use .NET 4.5.1 or +. And when I'm trying to add the "RabbitMQ.Client.dll" to my project, I've got the following error :
'A reference to '...' could not be added. The project targets '.NETCore' while the file reference targets '.NETFramework'. This is not a supported scenario.'
2) The second way i'm trying to explore is to create a new "Background Application (IoT)" but i have the same errors.
Thanks for your help and sorry for the bad english.

Currently, RabbitMQ.Client not supported in UWP because it has some dependencies not supported in UWP. So, you got those error information.
But RabbitMQ.Client supported in .NET Core.
And Windows iot core recently has .NET Core available(As it currently stands it's not an official release).
Attention: Some information relates to pre-released product which may be substantially modified before it’s commercially released. Microsoft makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the information provided here.
So you can run .Net Core app, console app for example, on Windows iot core with RabbitMQ.Client supported. You can do it like this:
Create .Net Core console app.
Install RabbitMQ.Client for the app using this command:
dotnet add package RabbitMQ.Client
Add the namespace and code lines.
Compile the app into an executable for ARM platform.
Copy your app(in the following path) to the Raspberry Pi and execute the .exe.
[YOUR PROJECT NAME]\bin\Debug\netcoreapp2.0\win8-arm\publish
For more information you can reference "Running Native .NET Core Apps on Raspberry Pi (ARM)".

ServerManager.exe -This application could not be started

I have problem on Windows Server 2019, all application which use .Net cannot be started. I have 4.8 version with all windows update. But I get this error. I tried reinstall, use fix tool for .NetFramework but i cannot fix .NetFramework
enter image description here
We just found this solution. (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-server-for-it-pro/windows-server-2019-and-net-4-8/m-p/2660319)
I ran into this issue after the Windows Update, Cumulative Update for .NET Framework (KB5006765), was installed on a Windows Server 2019 that also had Azure AD Connect installed. Apparently, a bunch of .NET registry items where deleted. Server Manager and any software built on .NET was not working...throwing this error:
This application requires one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319
Do you want to install this .NET Framework version now?
DSIM and SFC repairs did not work, nor did rolling back the Windows Update.
Found some insight here:
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/758800/net-48-kills-server-2019/
Ended up having to import these registry items from a working system:

Asp Net Zero Power Tool Load Entity From Database PostgreSql Problem

I tried install Asp.net Zero Power Tools for my project.(https://docs.aspnetzero.com/en/common/latest/Rapid-Application-Development)
The Tool installed but when I try load entity from database and then connect to my postgresql database,I give an error.
This error is;
enter image description here
For this error, I installed "System Threading Channels 5.0.0" with Nuget Package Manager. But I still give the error.
Also, They says .NET Core 2.2 Runtime as a pre requirements on the site https://docs.aspnetzero.com/en/common/latest/Rapid-Application-Development. But when I try install .NET Core 2.2 Runtime, they says .NET Core 2.2 Runtime "This release has reached end of life, meaning it is no longer supported". Can you help me?
My Versions are;
.NET 5.0 Runtime
.NET Core 2.1 Runtime
Visual Studio 2022
Thank you.

.Net Core 2.0 Framework Dependent Deployment on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B

I am in the process of understanding .Net Core and have created a simple console application. I have installed the one pre-requisite that is required in Raspbian Stretch which was libunwind8 via the command:
sudo apt-get install curl libunwind8 gettext
and am able to run my console application in self contained mode, but when I download and install the .net core 2.0 latest runtime (2.0.5), I am not able to run the same application in the framework dependent mode. I get an error message suggesting the following:
The specified framework "Microsoft.NETCore.App", version '2.0.0' was not found.
The error message suggests that Microsoft.CSharp.dll is missing while I can see that installed in the folder where .net core runtime has been installed.
Either I am doing something wrong or .net core applications in RPi cannot be yet run in framework dependent deployment mode. The official instructions also do not indicate explicitly anything about FDD execution mode, available here.
Can anyone please help. A similar question has been asked before, but has gone un-answered.
I think it's impossible to create fdd in your case, because according this article "fdd relies on the precence of a shared system-wide version of .net core". I have a similar pain- win10 iot at the present time have only net core 1.0 preinstalled

how to install Microsoft.Azure.DocumentDB.Core on portable library

I get error installing documentDB nuget package.
Could not install package 'Microsoft.Azure.DocumentDB.Core 1.2.1'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets '.NETPortable,Version=v4.5,Profile=Profile7', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework.
Any ideas? thanks in advance.
The Core package actually targets NetStandard 1.6, not .Net Core specifically.
NetStandard is a library that acts as API for different runtimes and it's much more powerfull than PCL because it's platform-agnostic:
This means that the DocumentDb.Core package can run on .Net Core 1.0, .Net Framework, Xamarin and UWP.
If you are creating a PCL, I would recommend you to create a NetStandard library instead.
It will let your library support a much wider universe of platforms and the great thing is that, if a new platform comes along that supports NetStandard 1.6 (for example), your library will work without needing to recompile or republish it.
This error message tells us that this assembly Microsoft.Azure.DocumentDB.Core is not supported on portable library. From this assembly nuget site, we know that This client library enables client applications targeting .NET Core to connect to the Azure DocumentDB service. If you want to use Azure DocumentDB library, please try to see if this assembly works Install-Package Microsoft.Azure.DocumentDB

Enterprise Library 5.0 don't show namespace Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data

I was using Visual Studio 2008 with Enterprise Library 4.0. It is working fine and showing namespace Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data. Now I installed VS 2010 and Enterprise Library 5.0.(because 4.0 sowsn't support vs 2010 ).
But the problem is Enterprise Library 5.0 doesn't show Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data. Is there another namespace in 5.0 thriugh which I can access the Database class which comes under Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data namespace?
please let me know.
You are probably targeting .NET Framework Client Profile. The Data Access Block has dependencies on System.Data.Oracle and requires the full .NET Framework.
For anyone else hitting this problem with moving their DAAB-based app to .NET4, entlib5 is supplied with the source code installable via e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Enterprise Library 5.0\src\Enterprise Library 5.0 - Source Code.msi
Running that msi and accepting the defaults creates a EntLib50Src folder under your Documents area. If you go into EntLib50Src\Blocks\Data and open Data.2010.sln you can change the target framework to .NET Framework 4 Client Profile.
This will create a bunch of errors related to the System.Data.Oracle dependency. Remove the reference to it, and then exclude the Oracle parts of the project and comment out any Oracle references in the common code.
If you then recompile with strong name signing on you can use the output assemblies (Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Common.dll and Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.dll) with .NET Framework 4 Client Profile. You do have to distribute Microsoft.Practices.Unity.dll from the e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Enterprise Library 5.0\Bin area but this is client profile-compatible.
Note that the above works if you're not needing Oracle support in your app. Mine doesn't, its SQL Server and VistaDB only. The above should work with any non-Oracle db compatible with ADO.NET.
