I did a fresh install of 16.2 and when I try to register a new user I get the error below. I've re-extracted the zip and reinstalled the database, but I get the same error.
Tikiwiki is in a public_html/tiki folder and I have made no adjustments to it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Here's the error:

This also caught us out the other day and it's due to an older version of PHP 5 which hasn't got the mcrypt extension enabled, and we fixed it recently, so there are a few options for you I think:
Upgrade to php 7 (probably not an option unless it's your own server)
Enable php-mcrypt for you php (also probably not possible)
Try again with a recent "daily build" 16.x tarball from dev.tiki.org
Or enable one of the other CAPTCHA methods on Control panels->Security->Spam Protection, such as ReCaptcha or CAPTCHA Questions

I'm trying to access WSDL(Web Service Definition Language) file using SoapClient() of PHP. I found that WSDL file is authenticated. I tried with passing credentials on an array by another parameter and active SSL on my server, still I'm getting an error.
Here is the code I'm using:
$client = new
SoapClient("https://webservices.chargepointportal.net:8081/coulomb_api_1.1.wsdl",array("trace"
=> "1","Username" => "username","Password" => "password"));
Here is the error I'm getting:

It seems that error says file not exist at the path we given but when we run that path directly on browser then we're getting that file
Can anyone help me to figure out what the exactly problem is?
First make sure you have the right to access website from your hosting account or server - check first if you can access a http webservice (without the s). If not, check if allow_url_fopen is set to true in php.ini.
Then, if you are trying to establish a https connection, you need a local certificate.
See if you can add one and instantiate your Soap object using something like
new SoapClient($wsdl, array('local_cert' => $pathToLocalCert));
I use the Zend libray, especially Loader class. But I take the following exception:
Uncaught exception 'Zend_Http_Client_Adapter_Exception' with message 'Unable to Connect to ssl://www.googleapis.com:443. Error #0:
I should say that when I run my code local, I don't face any problem, but the exception show when I try to run my file in server. The server I use has ssl security. Is there any possibility to there is any conflict with it?
This error may be caused by SSL level error like untrusted/expired SSL certificate which can be caused by wrong local system date.
If you on Ubuntu try add in your php.ini
openssl.capath=/etc/ssl/certs

My site is set up pretty much as per the Zend Quickstart guide. The default ErrorController works locally using MAMP. But now I've deployed it to my live site I get a blank page and a "500 Internal Server Error" according to FireBug when I go to an action that doesnt exist.
On my local server I get a 404 and a nicely formatted error page.
Any ideas anyone? I dont really know where to begin looking.
I'm confused :/
Thanks.
Gentlemen, we have a winner!
So for some reason my live server gives me this error:
[Sun Oct 18 10:56:53 2009] [error] [client 118.209.152.109] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Zend_Loader_PluginLoader_Exception' with message 'Plugin by name 'Headtitle' was not found in the registry; used paths:\nZend_View_Helper_: Zend/View/Helper/:/var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/application/views/helpers/' in /var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/library/Zend/Loader/PluginLoader.php:406\nStack trace:\n#0 /var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/library/Zend/View/Abstract.php(1118): Zend_Loader_PluginLoader->load('Headtitle')\n#1 /var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/library/Zend/View/Abstract.php(569): Zend_View_Abstract->_getPlugin('helper', 'headtitle')\n#2 /var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/library/Zend/View/Abstract.php(336): Zend_View_Abstract->getHelper('headtitle')\n#3 [internal function]: Zend_View_Abstract->__call('headtitle', Array)\n#4 /var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/application/layouts/scripts/layout.phtml(32): Zend_View->headtitle()\n#5 /var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/library/Zend/View.php(108): incl in /var/www/vhosts/lindengardens.com.au/httpdocs/library/Zend/Loader/PluginLoader.php on line 406
I get the above error if I dont have something like
$this->view->headTitle("Linden Gardens Rainforest Retreat B&B Mt Dandenong - Error Page");
set in the controller.
Just setting the headTitle fixed the problem - I wonder why that works fine on my local server :/
thanks.
I am very new to zend frame work , I want to do some updation work in one project that already done by other programmers, now iam trying to setting up this project in my local server (I am using xamp), i have created the database in phpmyadmin, but while running this project i got the following error....

Plsss any one help me to fix this error........
It looks like you either have incorrect permissions set up with MySql or you're trying to access the database using wrong credentials from Zend Framework. Verify that you can log in to the database with the credentials you're trying to use (via phpMyAdmin). Also verify that in Zend Framework you're using the credentials that indeed have access to the database in question.
Set password for Mysql user (it my be «root» or some other).
Then edit Zend configuration file such as application.ini
