I am playing around with Docker Desktop for Windows (just starting out) and have this simple docker-compose.yml which works great:

Once I run docker-compose up -d it creates the containers for database, phpmyadmin and wordpress website and are accessible and working OK.
My question is, how could I setup "project.dev" instead of a "localhost:8080" to access wordpress site and "phpmyadmin.dev" instead of a "localhost:8090" to access phpmyadmin? What other tools do I need? Note that I am using Windows 10 as host.

Please note that there are differences in syntax depending on which version of docker compose you are using. You can check your version by running this command in a command prompt:

I solved my issue by migrating my data to Atlas cloud.mongodb.com

I have a implemented a microservice architecture with several servers and databases. I have installed elasticsearch with docker and when I do docker-compose up, everything seems to run fine.
However I would like to integrate the elasticsearch with the several databases (2 mongodb in this sample below) in the system. How do I synch the two mongodb in two different containers with elasticsearch so that I can search them?

Its very simple to just add a elasticsearch docker section in any docker-compose file and start it, all these are independent docker containers and as long as their exposed port on host is not interfering each other and you have the correct configuration in place it should work.

NOTE: You have not mentioned what exact issue you are facing, you have mentioned everything ie all docker containers are running file, so please explain in detail what exactly you are trying to solve

You mounted the database data onto the host, but used a (not declared) volume called db_data inside the wordpress service. I've gone ahead and added the db_data volume to the volumes list, added it as a volume to the database service.
I'm guessing you're using this setup for local development, so I've also mounted the wp-content folder from where you are running docker-compose up to /var/www/html/wp-content, so the files like uploads, plugins and themes can be stored inside version control/ are on your local machine and not inside the container.

I would like to be able to deploy my app in a pre-prod environment for integration testing using a Docker volume that will expose an instance of PostgreSQL. I'm using Scala v2.12.8 and Play v2.7.
Looking at the environment settings of the SBT native packager it seems possible to define dockerExposedVolumes in order to attach a DB.
Using a normal Docker compose file I would do something like that:

The final version. I've fully tested it and it works exposing the DB on the TCP port 5433.

Launch the docker compose using sbt dockerComposeUp -useStaticPorts and then check if the containers have been actually exposed using docker ps -a. Also, check the log files using the command provided by dockerComposeUp or dockerComposeInstances.
There is a sbt Plugin that helps you to achieve this:
sbt-docker-compose
With that you can add your database to a docker compose file and you can run everything within sbt.
This is a Docker standard. Here is an explaination how to do it for Postgres:

I recently started using WhatsAppBusiness API, i am able to install the docker containers for whatsappbusiness and i am able to access whatsapp web using the port 9090.
Ex: https://172.29.208.1:9090
But I don't know how to access MySQL and WhatsAppCore app.
I tried http://172.29.208.1:33060 but nothing is happened. Please let me know how to access MySQL and wacore.

Mysql is not a HTTP server, it doesn't understand http://172.29.208.1:33060
you could run 'docker ps | grep mysql' to get mysql container id

then run 'docker exec -it 8dfa30ab0200 mysql -h localhost -P 3306 -u testuser --password=testpass' to access mysql
But because you haven't registered, you won't see much stuffs in mysql. Please follow steps in https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/api/account to perform registration.
You don't need to access coreapp directly, you perform all API requests through webapp (https://172.29.208.1:9090).
