In my knowledge, Deity Falcon provides ReactJS based framework to implement Headless PWA (Progressive Web App) for BigCommerce but it's Paid. Apart from this, VueStorefront seems good and is open source.
Any suggestion to use better framework with BigCommerce for a growing company to save cost but create an optimal scalable PWA frontend?
Vue Storefront founder here ;)
I just want to make few clarifications to Sean W post:
Vue Storefront is not just a community framework. It is backed by a whole company employing almost 30 people dedicated only to this project PLUS community. We recently got 1,5 mil $ funding and got backed by YCombinator so we are definitely not going anywhere :). We also have active community of more than 4000 developers actively supporting others on our Discord chat and contributing to the project. We also have the biggest amount of live shops among all mentioned frameworks. I'd risk a (slightly biased) statement that together with Next.js Commerce we are the most reliable option on the market.
The last version of Vue Storefront 1 is from a year ago but we are actively developing v2 for almost a year that gets a new minor version each month (last is from 5 days) and is aiming to support all major eCommerce platforms (currently it's Commercetools and Magento with Shopify / SFCC / BigCommerce in the making).
If I were you I'd go with either Next.js Commerce if you prefer React or Vue Storefront if you prefer Vue. Both have great communities, vibrant ecosystem and are backed by well-funded companies that are not going anywhere :)
Cheers!
Now that CodeFluent Entities blog has disappeared, and after the refurbishing of the SoftFluent site, there is no more documentation available for this framework?
How it's supposed to get information about, let me say, ASP.NET Identities, jwt, aspects, templates and all that valuable information at the blog?
And what about all those we have projects tied to this platform?
https://www.softfluent.com/documentation/ is still available.
The blog was discontinued because too many of its articles relate to obsolete technologies but were considered by some in the public as up to date view or as valid recommendations even in nowadays context not considering their publishing dates. In 2018 it generated too many support by itself and it was decided to put it as private and provide answers to customers through support for those having support licenses or through StackOverflow only.
SoftFluent supports existing customers through their support program if they have one ( fixes, VS2019 support, questions on their usage/code, link to specific blog article if accurate or with comments).
Existing licenses are still valid, including Free and Personal.
Specific question can still be answered through this StackOverflow channel by the community of its users and sometimes support.
Where can I download the enterprise edition of Microsoft Solver Foundation? I am able to get the express edition online, but it has a limit on the number of variables and constraints. I want to solve large LPs using the enterprise edition.
Historically it was available as a purchase from Gurobi.
However the software is now defunct(*) and I no longer see it on their site. You can see how it used to look here.
You might try contacting them directly.
(*)In May 2012 last year, the Solver Foundation team wrote:
The current 3.1 release of MSF will be the last release as a standalone install. We are working hard on integrating Microsoft Solver Foundation into a larger analytics framework that will help users build both prescriptive and predictive analytics. We look forward to releasing this new product for your use as soon as we are able to do so. This new product will provide a migration path for current Solver Foundation users and partners.
if you have msdn subscription, then try standard edition first. also academic license is an option if eligible.
I am looking at bizspark but the page with the software seems outdated. I am wondering if anyone has a current list or can confirm if that is the current list.

Like it still say you get Vs 2008? How about 2010? What version of 2010? How many licenses?
We have BizSpark, and VS2010 Ultimate is available for download, just like Office 2010 (although there are limitations on the way you're allowed to use Office).
In a nutshell, BizSpark gives you free MSDN Premium subscriptions - only without support. The BizSpark FAQ also has some helpful information.

My team and I need to work on a project whose bugs are filed in Bugzilla, using Mylyn.
Do you know of any tool or plug-in that provides scrum-inspired burndown charts to Bugzilla or Mylyn?
Hopefully, this tool would be free for commercial usage, but we're not closed to commercial tools.
Update: 4 hours of research allowed me to find very few free tools. Looks like bugzilla isn't popular in agile teams! And obviously, it's not the best fit.
The Songbird project made a really good job of documenting how they customized their Bugzilla instance and developed tools to automatically generate daily reports, including burndown charts. They released their set of tools as ruby open-source code under the MIT license. Very interesting stuff, especially since it comes from a high-profile, important community project.
There's Scrum Vision:
free
open source in very active development
for mylyn
publishes burndown chart to a Google Spreadsheet
We think of this as the last resort option, because of the charts being generated offsite.
There's also TargetProcess:
commercial
free for up to 5 persons, self-hosted (need a Windows server)
integrates with Bugzilla and JIRA:
Bugzilla synchronization is automatic, one-way (read-only)
JIRA synchronization is automatic, two-way
Subversion, Selenium, and more
And there's VersionOne:
supposedly the most used commercial tool
integrates with Bugzilla, JIRA, Subversion, Fitnesse and more
There's also a really nice features list (PDF).
There's also Yoxel:
commercial open-source
integrates with Bugzilla and others
not sure if burndown charts are part of the free open-source offering
UI and UX made it really hard to find burndown charts. Or maybe because the demo data wasn't setup to make them work, because I've definitely seen line charts, just no burndown-looking one.
It wasn't easy to find out that ScrumWorks Pro features burndown charts, but on second look, it does:
commercial
price undisclosed (contact the company for a quote!)
Pro integrates with Bugzilla and JIRA
synchronization is manual: import or update-from-reimport
synchronization is one-way: bugs/issues are read-only in the software
I also found Rally Enterprise Edition.
commercial
EE integrates with:
Bugzilla and JIRA:
Bugzilla synchronization is automatic, two-way
JIRA synchronization is manual, two-way
Mylyn & TaskTop
Subversion, Fitnesse, Hudson, Ant, and much more
Free for commercial use
Online
Simple
Have a look:

Oh they also support teams in different time zones and openID.
