I looked into zendesk support which includes target action. That only allow me to notify an external server about the events happened in zendesk. This is only half of what I want, I also want to run a script over the content of zendesk ticket then generate a result that should be applied back to zendesk, e.g. a serial of keystrokes.
My current thought is to write a chrome extension that can parse the current page and try to extract the ticket context, then based on the ticket context, I can simulate some keystrokes.
Is there any other way to achieve this?
Run the script on the external Server and then post back to Zendesk Ticket via API?

I am trying to build a simple web form that would ideally sit on a WordPress page to allow the subscribers on our platform to change or update their subscriptions, without having to ask our support team (currently they can only cancel, but we want to offer them the option to upgrade).
We use Recurly to manage our billing, and their support team said:
'You would essentially want to build a form that will input values into the Subscription Update API request, that would then be sent to Recurly to make the changes on your customer account.'
They also shared the following document: https://dev.recurly.com/docs/update-subscription
I have limited experience of working with APIs and am also aware that because this form deals with sensitive information (the user ID of a subscriber in this case), I don't want to inadvertently jeopardise the accounts of the subscribers that choose to do this.
Any help would be much appreciated. I have tried searching for a solution but am unsure how to word my request effectively.
It sounds like using the Recurly Hosted UI might be your best bet. Instead of having to build a a web form you can just redirect your customer to the Recurly Hosted UI on a button click. You can retrieve and redirect the url using the Recurly API on your Wordpress site using some simple PHP and then that allows the customer to view invoices, change their plan (if you allow), and change CC information.
If any user changes or creates new page in Atlassian Confluence, I would like to automatically send a REST request. I want to use it for pushing auto-messages in messenger (in some public channel). It is useful to see any new changes on wiki.
I found info about REST API for Atlassian Confluence:
https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/confluence-rest-api-examples/
But it is about how to sent requests to Confluence.
Is it possible to generate auto requests from Atlassian Confluence?
Update: I found some information - looks like it is impossible.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-52487
Am I right?
You are right, unfortunately this functionality does not exist at the moment. The best way would be to write your own Confluence Plugin that binds to certain events. See https://developer.atlassian.com/server/confluence/event-listener-module/ for more information about this. Then you can send the desired requests to your messenger every time the event occurs.
Another option, but unfortunately not free, would be the "Script Runner for Confluence" plugin. This plugin provides at least a simpler way for the above solution. You only have to implement the "send request" part, as the event handling is done by the plugin and can be configured via UI. See http://scriptrunner-docs.connect.adaptavist.com/confluencecloud/script-listeners.html#_set_a_watcher_for_new_blog_posts for more information.
Working with the 'Track & Plan' feature of the IBM Bluemix DevOps Services generates a lot of email notifications to my co-workers and me. For example, notifications are sent out for each work item creation, modification or assignment. As the number of such mails is overwhelming, I would like to deactivate them.
If I had full access to the underlying RTC instance I would go about this as outlined in the RTC Knowledge Center - Configuring notifications in the web client.
So far I haven't been able to find a comparable configuration page in the version hosted on DevOps Services. Also, the Bluemix DevOps Services Documentation (e.g. Track and plan) didn't yield any hints in that direction.
Is there a way to disable these notifications either completely or at least partly? If so, how?
You can disable email notifications by following the instructions here:
https://developer.ibm.com/answers/questions/185255/configuring-track-plan-email-notifications.html
Find your name on a full page workitem and click on it (could be in created by, subscribed, mentioned in a comment, ...)
You'll land in a page that has your profile and some license information...ignore that. Take the URL from the browser window and paste it into a text editor or some text buffer somewhere. e.g. https://hub.jazz.net/jts08/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.viewUserProfileâ˘emId=_yyeAwKGKEeSa6LqyswPPCA
Go back to the Track&Plan view click on "Track & Plan" drop down and select the "Project Dashboard". You should now have a URL that looks like: https://hub.jazz.net/ccm08/web/projects/dleroux%20%7C%20TestNewSprint#action=com.ibm.team.dashboard.viewDashboard
Take the action portion from URL in 2 and replace the action portion of the url in 3 giving you something like: https://hub.jazz.net/ccm08/web/projects/dleroux%20%7C%20TestNewSprint#action=com.ibm.team.repository.viewUserProfileâ˘emId=_yyeAwKGKEeSa6LqyswPPCA
Navigate to the URL...select "Mail configuration"
I am looking for some code, which I could send mails out of my website.
I want the user's registered in my website, to be able to automatically send emails at specific time, that's defined by the user. I need a triggering mechanism in asp.NET such that it fires the exact date & time as specified by the user
Any suggestions/approach apart from the above statement is also welcomed.
I have found a solution for the problem, and would kindly request the moderators to delete the post.
Thank you
Asp.Net is not the correct framework to perform scheduled tasks.
You can use Asp.Net for a web interface in which you allow the users to create "tasks", set the timed intervals and even the content of the emails.
BUT - The process which sends the emails should probably be done using a task scheduler...
Here is a post to point you in the right direction...
The problems is since the mail is not an actual html page putting in webserver
The problems are:
How can i use the google analytics to check the open rate of the mail?
IF i use a random code eg. newsletter?code='sadsd' I can actually know who have opened the email?
Can i view the result by capture the data instead of login to google and view.
Thank you for any kind of help/ experience sharing.

You can't just write something and get something. First of all, if your question is referring to email campaigns then there is a well structured way to achieve this. You can use this for reference.

Yes, by using GA-API , you can extract the data, store it in database and view it in your desired format. Also for testing purpose, by using tools like Omnibug or Charles you can test what values are getting passed to the google analytics server (through the Google Analytics Code placed to capture the data(from user interaction) and pass the data (to GA server)).
*Pardon me if I misunderstood your question.
