Is there any way to configure the order in which the OpenLiberty container launches deployed web apps (deployed WARs)? I need a particular web app to be ready before other web apps are fully loaded. Thanks.

I have created a release pipeline in TFS web interface. Instead of default website, I have created a new website in IIS in dev server.
How to configure this website in IIS WEB APP MANAGE and IIS Web App Deploy what is the path I have to give in Virtual Application in IIS WEB APP MANAGE and IIS Web App Deploy in TFS web interface.
IIS Web App Manage:
Creating an IIS Web Site and Application Pool. Typically this is only needed the first time deploying to a target machine.
Example: To create an application Site/Application enter /Application as the Virtual path . The parent website should be already existing.
IIS Web App Deploy:
If you have created the web site/application, then you just need to deploy it directly with IIS Web App Deployment task.

We have Multiple apps under one profile in JBoss server. Is there anyway to just deploy one app under the profile and not deploy the other apps under the same profile? It may be a valid situation where only one app under the profile is updated and needs re-deployment but other apps should continue to work as is and should not be re-deployed un-necessarily.
Thanks,
Nik
You can use management console of JBoss to deploy/undeploy application. Go to Deployemnts tab, Add/Remove/Replace your particular application.
I've run into issues when running a web server in an app that is embedded using the AppView approach.
The background is that we need to run two applications in Kiosk mode (digital signage implementation).
There is a primary app and a supporting application running, the support application needs to run a local web server for configuration and control purposes.
The web server needs to be accessible from external browsers.
I have had some success embedding the app with the web server and being able to access from a browser running on the same device, but not remotely.
These tests have only been done in desktop rather than kiosk mode.
From what I can tell the Manifest for both the embedded and host apps are correct, in that the apps run in single app mode ok.
The apps will embed using the AppView tag.
as per... https://developer.chrome.com/apps/tags/appview
1 - Is it possible to embed a web server as per the above senario?
2 - Are there any additional properties needed in the manifest
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
P.S.
There are a few additional undocumented requirements for the embedding to work in Kiosk mode.
Such as listing the apps ID in the in the manifest for the container app.
i.e. you need to include "kiosk_secondary_apps" with a list of kiosk mode apps that you want to embed.
My adapter is running in an IBM Container. I have marked all my procedures as securityTest="wl_unprotected".
Everything works fine locally when testing with browser simulation, but fails when I try the same after deploying both the app and adapter in container.
I do get my first page pulling data correctly, but subsequent calls for navigating to other pages of the application fail. All I see is following error messge
http://134.168.16.88:9080/MobileFirstStarter/authorization/v1/clients/preview?applicationId=econfig_poc_mf&applicationVersion=1.0&environment=common&isAjaxRequest=true&x=0.06548149750907506
With status as "404 Not Found"
I am not sure why this is failing in a container but working fine locally
In an external server environment there is no preview available - the servlet that allows previewing of an application is not present, which is expected.
Previewing applications is available only in the development environment, locally.
If you'd like to preview your application once moving to an external server environment (QA, UAT, Production... bluemix or not), you'll need to test it in a device. Alternatively you could add the Mobile Web or Desktop Browser environments as well, which will allow previewing in the browser (but of course may not have all capabilities available to a Mobile app).
Our architecture consists of several backend (non-ServiceStack) services and applications that send data to our system via ServiceStack service hosted in asp.net - this is currently a standalone ServiceProject project containing our required Services/Repository/DTOs following the structure of all the provided ServiceStack samples.
With our backend complete we're now designing our two front-end requirements consisting of a web application and native mobile application. For the web application I'd really like to continue leveraging ServiceStack by using the Razor plugin to create the application's layout/views from our existing DTOs, for our mobile app we will only rely on the ServiceStack service for authentication and data - as it is native it's layout/views will come from it's own SDK.
Can I leave my standalone ServiceStack service as is and:
Create a separate web application project that authenticates
against our existing standalone ServiceStack service and uses the
Razor view plugin?
Have our native mobile app clients
authenticate against the same standalone ServiceStack service?
Most of the examples ie. RazorRockstars I've seen have the services embedded in the web project so I'm not sure if this distributed type of setup is supported. Any guidance or feedback on this is greatly appreciated!
It is very much possible. You can consume the web service from both, web and native mobile application. I worked in a ASP.NET MVC web application which used to make call to Web API service hosted at different server. The Web API service was shared among multiple applications. We were consuming it by making AJAX calls from client.
Something similar to your scenario is done at below link but they are using cloud to host service:

If you have opportunity to make a web app for mobile instead of native app, then in a single solution both mobile and desktop app can be created. The exemplary solution can be found here: http://nopcommerce.codeplex.com/
