In Octopus Deploy, I'm trying to have my Web.config be transformed using my Web.Debug.Config and I'm getting the following error:
Found multiple target elements, but the 'Replace' Transform only applies to the first match
Notice that the two application settings sections contain a setting with the same name.

I'm having issues trying to log in to a CRM Online organization through the use of the latest version of the Xrm Tooling nuget package using the connection string constructor from a custom powershell cmdlet.
I'm receiving a rather unhelpful "Unable to Login to Dynamics CRM" error message and am attempting to enable tracing to troubleshoot but have not been able to enable it by modifying the .dll.config file like the below (taken from an XrmToolbox issue on GitHub):

I was able to work around this by configuring the listener programmatically through:
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.TraceControlSettings.TraceLevel = System.Diagnostics.SourceLevels.All;
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.TraceControlSettings.AddTraceListener(new TextWriterTraceListener("log.txt"));
Which pointed me to the actual error which was that the CrmServiceClient was expecting a URL with the organization unique name instead of the URL name.
I am required to create a provider using the DNOA. I have downloaded the libraries from the DNOA site and attempted to load the oAuthServiceProvider example. I couldn't load this as this is looking for
\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v10.0\WebApplications\Microsoft.WebApplication.targets"
which is part of Visual Studio 2010, I however am on 2008. Despite changing the version to v9.0 it was still looking for v10.0. Nevermind.
I open the project as a website and tried to run this. But now get the error "Error 1 Unrecognized configuration section uri."
Any ideas as to what is going on here? Below is the webconfig

I am using mybatis 3.0.4 for a test against a mysql 5.5 database with mysql-connector JDBC driver, version 5.1.16.
The problem I am experiencing is that if I get a SqlSession via openSession() method and i retrieve data via a select from database, subsequent selects in same session are not aware of changes made (and committed) to database even if i call clearCache() on session. To concurrently modify database I am using Mysql command line client. Setting cacheEnabled as false in configuration file doesn't help too.

Ok, solved by myself. It was not a mybatis issue, it depended on Transaction isolation on JDBC driver, which was by default TRANSACTION_REPEATABLE_READ, I needed TRANSACTION_READ_COMMITTED instead. Solved with:
getSessionFactory().openSession(TransactionIsolationLevel.READ_COMMITTED);
I have got a Web.Release.config that is successfully transforming a connection string.
When I add a microsoft.identityModel section I get a warning saying
The 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/XML-Document-Transform' attribute is
not declared
And the transform doesnt work on that section.
What am I missing to get the transform to work?

I've run into this also but have gotten it to work. What I did was a "RemoveAll" and an "Insert" instead of a replace/match:

When I do it that way I get the desired transform and output config file.
This appears to be working now with Visual Studio 2012 (v4.5.50709). I still get the 'attribute is not declared' warning in the editor, but the xdt:Transform="Replace" directive is working for me.
