Lost access to Facebook Instant Article Audience Network App - facebook

I've lost access to my Instant Article Audience Network App. The developer who managed the App lost his account while I was not an admin of the App. Instant article is running fine and perfect but the placement id integrated is old one which I've no access right now.
Is there any way to change/replace the Audience Network App and continue monetizing with new placement ID.
or any way to recover the old App
Please help
(Im the administer of the page and linked website )

How to provide an Facebook app review screencast for an app with no UI?

I’m trying to automate creation of ad accounts for my own business, and then upload custom audiences into these ad accounts. I wish to do this using a system user.
I have written some scripts to automate this process, but I am unsure how to receive the appropriate permissions from Facebook as I can not create a screencast, as my scripts has no UI. It’s just a collection of scripts.
Some research has a said that if apps only talk to a small number of accounts, you can just leave apps in dev mode to avoid going through app review, but I don’t think that’s possible in this case for the following reasons.
When my app is in dev mode, and I try to POST to https://graph.facebook.com/v7.0/<my-business-id>/adaccount to create a new ad account in my business, I get the error: "(#270) Development access is not allowed to access business API post:Business/adaccount.” OK. So my app has to be live for me to use this end point. If I set my app to Live, and then try to hit this end point, I get this error "(#294) Managing advertisements requires an access token with the extended permission for ads_management”
Then, looking at the permissions screen in my app, it appears I need to submit an app review with a screencast to be able to use the ads_management permission.
Additionally, if I want to use a system user, I can only approve permissions that have been approved by the app review process.
Given that my app has no UI (and nothing to screencast) how should I proceed? Or am I missing a way to do this without going through the app review process?
Facebook as provided instructions on how to submit those kinds of apps here, https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review/server-to-server-apps:
If your app has no user interface because it exchanges data directly with our APIs, refer to this guide when configuring your app's Basic Settings, and when completing App Review.

Facebook App Review: Privacy Policy for app without UI

I know this is not a strictly code-related question but I wonder if anyone here could help.
As you know FB has updated his policy and app now must undergone a review process.
We were about to send our app for review for Public Content Access but now we are in a dilemma:our "server-to-server" app does not involve a UI and only aims to help our operations team with a small integration to our CRM: checking the presence of our customers (always other companies) in the platform.
The app will store only, if exists, the link to the FB public page of the company.
What kind of privacy policy we need? Do we need one?
Otherwise, are there any facebook contacts for developers looking for help?
Thank you for your time!

Facebook deleted all my applications because of someone tried to access my Facebook account

Yesterday I got a message from Facebook inform that someone tried to access my Facebook account! Well, it's not a problem because I'm securing it.
The problem is related to my applications, more than 4 apps has been disappeared without any details from Facebook!
When I try to make a brand new app, I get a message that about I couldn't create a new application because this activity is temporary blocked to in my Facebook account!
My Facebook developer account is already verified by phone. Was running a lot of apps since 2014.
Please any Facebook developers here to help me?

How to get access to twitter ads api?

after a lot of back and forth with the Twitter documentation I am now able to authenticate with OAuth 1.0 and make request behalf on the user who sign-ined and accepted my app to preform changes / retrieve data.
Now, I'm trying to make requests to the Twitter Ads API.
This is the error I get:
{"errors":[{"code":"UNAUTHORIZED_CLIENT_APPLICATION","message":"The client application making this request does not have access to this API"}],"request":{"params":{}}}
As it seems, there is a need of another app registration. I registered it with my app id, assuming the 'developer' stage is the fit for me. I'm trying to retrieve analytics, e.g., retrieve campaigns for the user who accepted it.
After registration the Ads App Form, the error stays the same. The docs don't specify if there is a need for a special implementation for the ads-api. Also, the Ads App I opened isn't mentioned anywhere, nor in my twitter apps.
Am I missing something?
Thanks before.
Looking at Twitter ads API documentation, getting access is a pretty involved process. From their site, you'll need:
One positive referral from a client, advertiser or Twitter team
(outside of Ads API)
Clear value proposition on how how your solution
will supplement the Twitter ads offering and improve advertiser
performance
History of compliance with Twitter developer policies
Experience running Twitter Ads
Twitter App ID associated with a corporate #username, with no more than 5 active tokens
It seems a little overkill, but I haven't seen any other way around it. If you find a better way to get ads API access, please post another answer here because I have a potential project that would use these APIs, but the application process has been too daunting to really justify starting the effort.
As of Sept 2016, the application process appears to be much easier.
It appears you no longer need positive referrals, value props, history, or experience running Twitter ads.

Can't create Facebook Ad creative with a facebook app in a development mode

I am working on a FB app for creating Facebook Ads. In the past I was able to debug the whole FB Ad creation process in a development mode but suddenly I started getting this error that I was not able to find documentation for.
Request:
https://graph.facebook.com/v2.2/act_foo/adcreatives?access_token=bar
Response:
{"error":{"message":"Invalid parameter","type":"FacebookApiException","code":100,"error_subcode":1885183,"is_transient":false,"error_user_title":"Ads creative post was created by an app that is in development mode","error_user_msg":"Ads creative post was created by an app that is in development mode. It must be in public to create this ad."}}
I've searched Facebook API documentation but haven't found anything about this error error_subcode: 1885183.
Anyone has experience with this error or a hint how to deal with it?
EDIT
Bug is already reported to FB: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/1605648466391176/
For completeness of this question, the answer from the resolved bug report is as folows:
Across our entire platform, Marketing API included, content created by apps is only visible to users that can see the app
We had a bug which was allowing ads to be created which were promoting posts created by apps that are in development mode - such ads would not be visible to anyone other than Admins, Developers or Testers of the app - this caused multiple issues in our ad delivery system and the correct validation is now in place to prevent such ads being created
If you want to create ads from an app which is in development mode, this is possible, but the post you're going to promote must have been created by an app which isn't in development mode - i.e if your app is in development mode it's OK provided you're promoting existing page posts from a page's /promotable_posts endpoint and the app that created those posts is not itself in development mode
If you're not using existing page posts, and are creating them inline/implicitly as part of an ad creation, the app used to create the ad must be visible - you can change this for your app using the "Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?" toggle on the Status & Review tab of the app dashboard for the app
https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/1605648466391176/?comment_id=1039672816061177
We had the same issue and found a workaround that fixed it.
We created a new basic facebook-app with no additional permissions and published it right away.
We then added ourselves as admins and could create creatives through the marketing api again.
Hope this helps you
