I tried to test a Minecraft Mod im developing right now and this error popped up in the console:
[15:31:05] [main/INFO] [FML]: Searching E:\MinecraftForgeMods\forge-1.12.2-14.23.4.2705-mdk\run\.\mods for mods
[15:31:05] [main/ERROR] [FML]: Unable to construct net.minecraftforge.fml.common.Mod container
In theory there shouldn't be a folder between 'run' and 'mods'. I tried creating such a folder, but that doesn't work of course, and searched for while but found nothing to this problem.
So does anyone have an idea how to get the right searching path?
As per https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/249039/what-means-the-dots-on-a-path
E:\MinecraftForgeMods\forge-1.12.2-14.23.4.2705-mdk\run\.\mods
will resolve to E:\MinecraftForgeMods\forge-1.12.2-14.23.4.2705-mdk\run\mods
. represents the current directory, when it's mid-way through a path, it doesn't do anything.
The reason it's getting displayed, is the path that is being output isn't the resolved/absolute path, but the relative/dynamic path that has been built from multiple pieces.
this error popped up
The first line isn't an Error! It's an INFO, there is no reason to worry, this is normal.
Unable to construct net.minecraftforge.fml.common.Mod container
This is a problem, but unless there were lines before this it's hard if not impossible to tell what's going wrong.
If you have other mods in your mods directory, try removing them.
If this has only started happening after you started making your mod, Then it's likely something in your mod.
Usually there is a stack trace immediately after that, this one shows an issue in

Can somebody tell me what am I doing wrong? :(
Please make sure you had the OSGi-converted jars to the "C:\Program Files\WSO2\Enterprise Integrator\7.0.2\streaming-integrator\lib".
The OSGi-converted jar list:
kafka_2.12_2.3.0_1.0.0
kafka_clients_2.3.0_1.0.0
metrics_core_2.2.0_1.0.0
scala_library_2.12.8_1.0.0
zkclient_0.11_1.0.0
zookeeper_3.4.14_1.0.0
The, copy the original jars to to the "C:\Program Files\WSO2\Enterprise Integrator\7.0.2\streaming-integrator\samples\sample-clients\lib"
The list of original jars:
kafka_2.12-2.3.0
kafka-clients-2.3.0
metrics-core-2.2.0
scala-library-2.12.8
zkclient-0.11
zookeeper-3.4.14
In order to generate the OSGi-converted jars, copy all original jars to a folder called "source" and create an empty folder called "destination". Then run the following command in the terminal:
MINGW32 /c/Program Files/WSO2/Enterprise Integrator/7.0.2/streaming-integrator/bin
$ ./jartobundle.sh C:/DevTools/source C:/DevTools/destination
Finally, distribute the OSGis and original in accordance with the directories above.
PS1: in my case i am using kafka_2.12-2.4.1, but the basename of the jars does not change.
PS2: adapt the directories to your installation path
For more details check WSO2 documentation: Kafka transport
I'm using Jboss EAP 7.1 and when i try to dumpAllModuleInformation from ServiceModuleLoader, i'm getting null pointer exception, however i could see results for LocalModuleLoader. Attaching the Stack Trace below.
Basically i'm trying to see all loaded resources for my war file. I'm really not sure what's the reason for null pointer exception. All other operations like dumpModuleInformation, getDependencies, getModuleDescription, getModulesPathInfo, refreshResourceLoaders, relink and unLoadModule throwing IllegalArguementException: Module specification is null. Only queryLoadedModuleNames is returning my war filenames. Application is running fine without any issues. Jconsole is also throwing the same exception. I need to find a way to see all loaded jars for my war file. Standalone server is hosted with multiple war files, so planning to write a JMX program to get loaded dependencies for all of my wars/ears. Can you guys help me on this

It's possible to use Grape to download a dependency from Maven central:
#Grab(group='org.apache.commons', module='commons-lang3', version='3.4')
Specifying a type of jar within the Grab annotation does the same thing:
#Grab(group='org.apache.commons', module='commons-lang3', version='3.4', type='jar')
and according to the javadoc, the value of type can also be javadoc and sources, however trying the following in IntelliJ:
#Grab(group='org.apache.commons', module='commons-lang3', version='3.4', type = 'sources')
results in:

Eclipse gives a similar error. So is there a a way to use Grape to download sources/javadoc when editing a groovy script in an IDE?
The doc you link to also mentions the possibility of using the classifier attribute, which seems to work better (Grape will indeed grab the corresponding jars):
#Grab(group='org.apache.commons', module='commons-lang3', version='3.4', classifier='sources')
However, it looks like Grape support in Idea is incomplete. In order for Idea to use the grabbed packages, you need to place your cursor on the #Grab annotation, press alt-enter and grab the artifacts manually. You could then copy them to module libraries from the projet structure's settings. That seems to do it for me, although I also feel it defies the whole point of using Grape...
Here I am trying to import Vuze-SVN to Eclipse. I followed the instructions on http://wiki.vuze.com/w/Using_Eclipse. I think I solved swt.jar version issues, because the error I am encountering now is different than previous swt version issues. When I try to run AZ-SVN:

What is the problem now?
It seems you have a problem in your java.library.path
Search for your SWT lib and setup your path.
Maybe you'll have to reinstall SWT and or Java.
The Vuze project was lured into the Ads with pro-plus payment options but luckily some of the original developers took a fork before leaving and created BiglyBT. Their first fork is mostly the same except: it's not full of adverts, doesn't contain any of the premium features and doesn't hassle you about upgrading.

There's more information about differences between BiglyBT and Vuze:
https://www.ghacks.net/2017/08/05/biglybt-new-vuze-based-torrent-client-without-ads/
I tried to build Vuze in Eclipse the last time I got pee'd off with all their bugs but the project was a bit of a mess, had Bugzilla (the worst bug tracker in the world IMO) and I couldn't get it to work either: a rabbit hole of dependency issues.
Gave BiglyBT a go and got it up and running quite easily. It's all GitHub, openness and no BugZilla now which is a great improvement.
Im using XWIKI ENTERPRISE 2.5 and want to upgrade it to 4.4 or 4.3 (stable)
I found this upgrade documentation for XWiki. Following the guide, I backed up the important files in WEB-INF.
After that, I copied all the files from the new .war to my wiki directory (/var/lib/tomcat6/webapps/xwiki). Then, I moved back the important files and overwrote the new files.
I get this error message, when I visit my wiki page:
HTTP Status 404 - type Status report
message description
The requested resource () is not available.
Apache Tomcat/6.0.28
Here is the logfile:

When you say that
I copied all the files from the new .war to my wiki directory
Did you copy the new files over the existing directory? You're supposed to delete everything from the old version and use only the files from the new version, and only copy from the backup the essential configuration files. Also, note that you're not supposed to just copy the old configuration, but merge your custom settings into the default new configuration.
The root error in the stack trace:
Caused by: org.infinispan.jmx.JmxDomainConflictException: Domain already registered org.xwiki.infinispan
suggest a duplicate jar. The other case when this could occur is when you have more than one instance of XWiki in the same container, in which case you should edit WEB-INF/cache/infinispan/config.xml, and replace the line jmxDomain="org.xwiki.infinispan" with a unique value, like jmxDomain="org.xwiki.infinispan.wiki1" and jmxDomain="org.xwiki.infinispan.wiki2" for the two instances.
I've been having the same problem when upgrading from 4.0-rc-1 to 4.4 or 4.5. I have no duplicate jars nor am I running several instances of XWiki. It may be there is an issue either in infinispan or in XWiki's cache implementation.
A temporary workaround is to allow duplicate domains explicitly in config.xml :
<globalJmxStatistics
[...]
allowDuplicateDomains="true" />
