Cloudant Dashboard is not launching in IBM Cloud - ibm-cloud

Logged in to IBM Cloud and created Cloudant NoSQL DB service.
After launching Cloudant Dashboard, I am getting folling error :
{
"statusCode": 401,
"message": "'https://broker.eu-gb.cloudantnosqldb.cloud.ibm.com/sso_dashboard?spaceId=34e3fe3e-b59a-48bc-9bb7-0c33fd14e831&instanceId=da0fa2ff-50eb-43af-86d1-4bc0aed1406b' is not a valid redirect_uri for client CloudantClientId"
}
region/location I have tried - UK / Sydney
Any Suggestion will be appreciable.

This sounds like a defect - please open a support ticket as described here: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSTPQH_1.0.0/com.ibm.cloudant.local.doc/support.html
I’m mirroring Glynn Bird’s comment as an answer so this question can be accepted and closed.

Watson NLU suddenly began returning {"code":401, "error": "Unauthorized"}

Our access to the api that has run for years suddenly stopped working and returns {"code":401, "error": "Unauthorized"}
There is no issue with signing into the account, charges or resource usage.
The only previous interruptions were when IBM purchased the original vendor and again when IBM changed some access requirements.
The application is .NET C# and the api returns title, author, and text from urls.
How can we find the cause of the interruption?
Thanks
This is a duplicate of The old Watson Conversation API (21st Apr 2017 version) seems to have stopped working. Gives me the 401 Unauthorized error and How to know if an application is using Cloud Foundry?
The answer is the same :
IBM Cloud is switching off any services that have not been migrated to a resource group. The Watson services were part of the first batch affected. You will need to migrate your instance to IAM, then use the generated IAM key for authentication.
If you need to migrate from Cloud Foundry, see Migrating Watson services from Cloud Foundry.
You can find out details about the service instance that you are using by clicking the service instance in your Resource list on IBM Cloud and looking at the credentials.

Error on creating Message Hub service

I got the following error while creating IBM Message Hub service. Could you please help to check what causes this error?
Service broker error: {"description"=>"Error getting account info with org guid = b3213773-a799-43bd-9e7e-41c9636f40f9, error = empty account."}
Please raise a ticket using the IBM Cloud support service. The ticket should be directed to the IBM Cloud BSS team. This sounds like an issue with your account rather than anything else.

Can't delete Cloudant service - Error 400

I am taking the DWC001 Bluemix Intro course exercise 3b. After creating a node.js app and binding a new Cloudant database, then deleted my app from dashboard, checked delete for Cloudant, my Cloudant service remains and I cannot delete it.
This error from Dashboard & cmdline:
Service instance RLCCloudant: Service broker error:
{"description"=>"Error 400 received from broker url
https://cloudantbroker.ng.bluemix.net/v2/service_instances/40791045-620f-
4fda-b9d4-eabe50c4783c?plan_id=cloudant-shared&service_id=cloudant"}
As you can see in the Bluemix Status Page we are currently experiencing some issues provisioning and managing Cloudant service instances in Bluemix. Bluemix users attempting to provision/unprovision/bind/unbind Cloudant service instances may see errors during these operations. The operations team has restored the service to allow provisioning, binding and unbinding. Issues may still be experienced when unprovisioning a service (as in your case).
Please visit that status page to see when the issues are resolved.
The service has been restored by Cloudant team as announced at https://developer.ibm.com/bluemix/support/#status.
Now the deletion action is working as normal.
"Service Broker Error" usually means that something went wrong communicating with the service side. Please send a request to delete the service to Bluemix Support.

Embeddable Reporting Service on Bluemix - EU GB region

I tried binding a new Embeddable Reporting service into my sample application on bluemix on the domain eu-gb.mybluemix.net. Sample application uses liberty runtime with Cloudant NoSQL DB service and SQL DB services bound to it.
I get a pop-up indicating the URL endpoint https://erservice-impl.eu-gb.bluemix.net:443, prompting to enter the user id and password. Upon providing this, I'm requested to enter the information again.
Anyone who has surfaced this problem on the bluemix UK region..?
Thanks,
Raghavendra.
This behavior is indeed in UK and AUS regions but not in US. We have a support issue open with the Embeddable Reporting Team about this and hope that will be resolved soon.

API Management service in Bluemix can't be bound to CF application

I'm building a CloudFoundry application in Bluemix using the API Management service. For this I'm following this tutorial http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/cloud/library/cl-bluemix-api-mgmt-app/index.html.
I can successfully create an API Plan for a custom REST API application (running on a Liberty server on Bluemix as well) and it is published.
I can also create a service in my Bluemix dashboard using the new Custom API, which I take as the API plan was successfully deployed on Bluemix.
Whenever I try to bind this new service I get the following message:
BXNUI2055E: Unable to connect to Cloud Foundry because of the
following exception: "Read timed out." If the problem persists, see
the Troubleshooting topics in the IBM Bluemix Documentation to check
service status, review troubleshooting information, or for information
about getting help.
From time to time I also get this message
The service broker returned an invalid response for the request to
https://apimasv1-stage.stage1.mybluemix.net/d118dceb-edbf-4a7f-9bab-d44371b0c9f9/privateservices/v2/service_instances/1a60830c-0796-4105-afb4-e3477424acf9/service_bindings/ebb853dc-ec88-4987-b8f2-e9acd38d1741.
Status Code: 502 Bad Gateway, Body: 502 Bad Gateway: Registered
endpoint failed to handle the request.
Also, I can open the API portal and see the services listed in there. However, whenever I try to test the service, I get the following error
A security error has occurred. If using a self-signed certificate on
your gateway, you will need to accept it in your browser, which you
can do by clicking the following link.
https://api.wawona.apim.ibmcloud.com/victorshmx1ibmcom-dev/sb/LibraryREST/rs/authors/1
Also, below in the response I get this message:
NetworkError: Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to
load
'https://api.wawona.apim.ibmcloud.com/victorshmx1ibmcom-dev/sb/LibraryREST/rs/authors/1'.
I must clarify this service (the liberty app) doesn't have any security constraint to access the REST service nor I added some kind of security in the API Management portal.
Another thing to clarify is that I can bind other services, but not this one.
Does anyone know how I can fix those problems? Is there a known issue with IBM API Management service?
this seems to be an error with the service API Management instance you are trying to bind to.
