IPN Simulator says accepted, but verification always comes back as "invalid" - paypal

Question

I have a script basically created from the few examples of a PayPal IPN calling I could find. When I run it through the simulator it says handshake was received and all's good. But based on the data sent back to me, the IPN is always coming back as invalid. Have no clude what is wrong and am in a tight space. Please help! Code below.
