I'm using data science notebook docker image to hose my jupyter lab. However, whenever I want to install a new extension, it will tell me my dependencies are out dated.
Here is the detail:

I'm trying to build a simple web app using Yew, Diesel, and Postgres. When I run
wasm-pack build --target web --out-name wasm --out-dir ./static
I get the following error:
*rust-lld: error: unable to find library -lpq*
I'm on macOS Catalina. I installed Postgres through Homebrew. My libpq.dylib file is at /usr/local/lib.
These are the troubleshooting I've tried already:
Added /usr/local/lib to $PATH. My pg_config shows LIBDIR = /usr/local/lib.
Re-installed Postgres
Updated rustc -nightly

Still it is not resolved. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
Libpq does not support the wasm-web platform as far as I'm aware therefore there is no way to make this work. As already mentioned in the comments you probably want to use diesel in your backend code, not in the frontend.

I have already tried to delete Cypress and install it with npm from the beginning, but Cypress itself is working, when I download it manually , but when I try to start it in console or in Visual Studio Console it is not opening, writing me that I miss dependencies like above.

Run this command in the terminal export NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0
and then try installing again.
I think it had been updated from a previous version, 3.1.3. Go into cache and delete all versions of cypress then re-install.
Maybe that there are missing some vital folders/files like integration, cypress.json... Try to run the 'npm install' command in the terminal for installing the dependencies.
Also, maybe if you start from an existing project, it will be fine (run npm install command also).

I am using VirtualBox with Shared folder.
How can I fix it?
Note: To fix it I stopped using shared folder. Now I keep the entire code in the VM and do not use shared folder. For file synching I am using mutagen.
if anyone runs into this issue, it looks to be a problem with virtualBox and shared folders. when unzipping files, they are not immediately available in the environment.

in short, one needs to override unzip to add a brief delay after unzipping.
I thought I had the same issue, but turned out it was something else.
The upgrade went OK for me, for a sandbox/clean 2.3.4 install, and a client project running 2.3.4.
A few things:
This could possibly be an issue with your cache, try to clear your composer laminas cache (~/.composer/cache/files/laminas usually)
Although it would complain about that, you've possibly got unmet platform requirements (php version, etc.)
Try clearing your entire composer cache (~/.composer)
Double-check the repository URL (should it be 2.3.5 or 2.3.5-p1?)

I am currently learning haskell and just tried using postgresql as a database.
I generated my project with stack (stack new <name> -> stack setup -> stack build)
and then all I changed was adding the dependencies needed to persistent and postgresql to the
package.yaml file (under "dependencies:").

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue and why it even occurs?
Do I have to install postgresql just for being able to run build the project? If so, how would you
do this in production, when the database could basically lie everywhere?
It looks like Haskell is trying to build with the PostgreSQL client shared library libpq.dll and uses pg_config at build time to determine where PostgreSQL is installed and how it was built.
That would mean that you have to install PostgreSQL on the machine where you build Haskell, including the header files, build environment or however it is called by the installer.
For running Haskell you would only need libpq.dll and the dependent shared libraries.
I solved the issue in Ubuntu with the following command:
apt install libpq-dev
Complete VS noob. Fresh install of Visual Studio Community 2015. New project. Trying to install FsLab with NuGet ends with this error:
Unable to find a version of 'Deedle' that is compatible with 'FsLab 1.0.2 constraint: Deedle (= 1.2.5)'
When I search for Deedle the version that NuGet shows is v1.2.5.
I suspect this is a NuGet problem after reading about some issues with its dependency resolution management.
I tried installing Deedle separately and setting NuGet's Dependency behavior to Highest with no luck. In the end I installed Paket which worked with no problems. No time to debug this further for now.
