I am having an error when I run the algorithm of Wang and Liu for filling of sinks in the catchment area.
The error is following:
"Load grid: C:/..(path) failed"
How can I resolve this?
Several scenarios are possible here.
Probably your QGIS has no read permission in that particular directory
because of UAC / missing admin privileges. Try executing as administrator.
The algorithm you are using does not fit with the version of QGIS you are using.
Try using 2.18 Las Palmas, it's more stable then the current version 3.

I have installed nominatim 4.1.0 (tokenizer= ICU) via following instructions on nominatim documentation, added wikipedia data during the installation, and imported an updated pbf file from geofabrik.de.
All works but when I sent some kind of request (e.g. Cagliari via Roma) the answer I get from Nominatim Website (https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/) and my local installation are very different. The right results are on nominatim website of course.
The problems seems to be with the search candidate algorithm or the attribuition/calc of AdressImportance parameter.
The very strange thing is that I get these wrong results only for some requests.
There is any particular parameter to set or anything else to verify?

After a discussion with the maintainers (https://github.com/osm-search/Nominatim/discussions/2839), I found an acceptable solution by editing the Geocode.php file line as follows:
$this->iLimit = $iLimit + max($iLimit, 150)
the result is not exactly the same as that of the online version but it works fine for me
I want to segment pelvic in MRI from the SMIR dataset using the MONAILABEL plugin. I have read relatively a lot about this plugin. However, I can’t perform the segmentation well enough yet.
These are the steps I take to do so:
connecting the server using the anaconda prompt
enabling the plugin in Slicer and loading one image
labeling the pelvis manually using the paint button in the scribbles part and the updating
click “submit label”
and then repeating the process for some other images while the network is being trained.
After the training process, I actually could not see anything when opening the mask files.
I also encounter these two errors:
" AssertionError: Not a valid Label "
" TypeError: object of type ‘NoneType’ has no len() "
Is it the correct way of using MONAI or am I missing something?
Which aspects should I take into account before starting the process?
I would appreciate your help and suggestions.

I am working on Solaris 12 and I am trying to get device path like this:
/pci#0,0/pci108e,4856#1f,2:devctl
I could obtain the this path through CLI using prtconf -v. How could I obtain the path through api using C function? I tried serveral functions in libdevinfo, such as di_devfs_path, but it didn't give the same path as the prtconf gives me. Should I use functions like di_node_name, di_instance, di_binding_name to get pieces of information and construct the path by my own. Or there is a function to get the whole device path?

Firstly, unless you're working for Oracle in the Systems division, you're not working on Solaris 12. (If you are working for Oracle, why haven't you asked
Oracle internal mailing lists for help?)
Secondly, the :devctl node is a minor for the device, so you'll need to walk the minor nodes using di_walk_minor() and check di_minor_name() to see if it matches your criteria.
Finally, yes, this should work on Solaris 10 and later.
I need some help with Stata. I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but hopefully somebody can help me.
The problem occur, when I want to use new commands in stata. I will explain it with an example: command outreg. I assume the problem is the version.
Stata Details:
Version 10.1
Unlimited-user Stata for Windows (network) perpetual license (decompressed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Stata)
I downloaded the command ssc install outreg
I tried the new command with the example given here:

After execution, the following error occur, after outreg using test.doc, nolabel replace
MakeSmat(): 3499 _CColJoin() not found
CalcStats(): - function returned error
<istmt>: - function returned error
Stata.com also provide a solution for the problem:
http://www.stata.com/statalist/archive/2011-07/msg01018.html but a restart of stata doesn't work for my problem.
The necessary library (l_cfrmt described in the stata.com link) is also available:

But when I search for the usage of the library l_cfrmt (which is necessary for outreg) there occur the following error-message:

It looks, if the version, which I loaded via ssc is not compatible with the Version 10.1 of Stata.
Does somebody have any idea how to solve this problem? I search for a few hours now, but I did't find any possible solution.

First, the code you found on the ucla website for -outreg- is not correct -- John Gallup has since made many changes to the latest version of -outreg-, one of which affects your example. (ignoring your mata issue for a moment) This code should be modified to this in order to make it run:
**install latest outreg
ssc install outreg, replace
use http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/notes/hsb1, clear
regress read write
outreg using test.doc, novarlabel replace
the code above works on my machine with an updated version of Stata 12 MP and updated -outreg- version 4.12.
Regarding the mata error: It might be the case that the newest -outreg- just might not work with Stata 10.1 - but I wouldn't give up yet. First, make sure your Stata is fully updated (-update query- and -update all-).
Second, follow the advice of the author of -outreg- in this Statalist thread:

Finally, if you do have a missing mata component/library, as that thread hints at, and cannot follow this advice to correct it, then consider re-installing Stata and/or contacting Stata tech support.
So we're trying to set up replicated repositories using PlasticSCM, one in the US, and one in Australia and running into a bit of a snag.
The US configuration is Active Directory, the AU configuration is User/Password. This in itself is not a big deal, I've already set up the SID translation table.
The problem is with plasticscm's replicate command itself. This is the command which should replicate from the US to AU, run ON the AU server.
cm replicate br:/main#rep:default#repserver:US:8084 rep:myrep#repserver:AU:9090 --trmode=name --trtable=trans.txt --authdata=ActiveDirectory:192.168.1.3:389:john.doe#factory.com:fPBea2rPsQaagEW3pKNveA==:dc=factory,dc=com
The part I'm stuck at is the authdata part (the above is an EXAMPLE only). How can I generate the obscured password? I think it's the only thing preventing these two repositories from talking to each other.
Ok, I've solved my own problem.
To get that "authdata" string, you need to configure your client to how you need to authenticate.
Then navigate to c:[users directory][username]\Local Settings\Application Data\plastic.
Pick up the client.conf and extract the string from the SecurityConfig element in the XML.
Check the new GUI here. It's a little bit easier.
