Drupal 8 - Change position of the Save Preview Button in a form - forms

I'm using Drupal version 8.6.10 with the default Bartik theme.
I created a new content type called Post and I would the change position of the "Save" and "Preview" buttons of the form used when creating a new Post.
Actually these buttons are shown immediately after the Title as you can see in the following picture:
Instead I want them to be shown at the end of the form.
These are the Post manage display settings:
I don't understand why this doesn't happen with the default content types provided by drupal (Article and Basic Page) but only with the content types I add.
How can I change that?

You probably disabled the title position at some point and then re-enabled it without consideration for the position. The 'Manage display' setting you mentioned does not handle the positioning of the form element, it is meant for when you view content in read mode.
To resolve this, go to the 'Manage form display' tab of the specific content type and re-order the position of the title field (e.g. at the top of the field list).

Displaying the wiki content dynamically beside each image

I want to display images of 10 people on my dashboard, when i hover the image dynamically it needs to display a wiki page to the side of each image related to that person, how do i achieve this in tableau?
Here are the steps after you have a dashboard with your people on one of the charts. My example uses the pesticide list from the most recent #makeovermonday.
In your dashboard, drag the web page object in.
Click the option dropdown of that new object and click Add URL Action.
In the popup place the main portion of your wikipedia url in the box and select your people field which will become the dynamic portion of the URL. Mine is pesticides.
Change Run action on to Hover
Now when you hover on your main chart it will update the web page object with the person hovered on. I just hovered on Atrazine in this image
You will probably have to update your people names to make sure they match wikipedia's url.

Tracking form properties besides fields

I have a multi-page form, using a vertical tabs UI, in redux-form, and I'd like to track the current tab selection in the redux-form store.
What's the best way of doing this?
I would track the current tab selection outside of redux-form, but I've integrated redux-form with redux-undo, and I'd really like for undoing a form change to go back to the tab of the modified control.
I tried using a selected redux-form field, but this means that changing the selected tab marks the form as dirty.
From reading the docs, I could probably use reducer.plugin to add arbitrary properties to the redux-form store, but I don't see any documentation of which arbitrary property names are "safe," and I'd have to update the plugin for every form that should behave this way.
Any ideas?

way to give tooltip in remedy

We can able to create lot of fields and forms using remedy developer. i just wanted to know whether any options for giving tooltip to those fields so that users can better understand over the respective field.
For eg: If there is a field say price, say tooltip like decimal values accepted or something reasonable.
Try to edit fields' "Alternate Text" attribute for a small tool tip.
If you want a bigger one like in overview console table etc., run AL log and see which AL opens it.
Hover option is available for ARS 7.6 or later, and here are some info for you from BMC docs:
Using the message action to create tooltips
Tooltips are brief informational messages that are displayed in response to a user action with an object on the screen. Tooltips are commonly used to provide descriptions of menu items, toolbar buttons, or other objects.
In AR System, tooltips can be applied to tables, attachments, field labels, or field data.
A tooltip can be displayed either by hovering the mouse over an area in a form or by clicking an object such as a button. For table fields, a tooltip can be displayed by hovering over a row. The tooltip displays the values for the row being hovered over, even if that row is not the currently selected row.
When a tooltip appears by hovering, it is closed when the mouse is moved outside the tooltip's border. When a tooltip appears by clicking (for example, when a tooltip appears when you click a button), it is closed when you click anywhere outside the tooltip's border.
A tooltip also can be dismissed by pressing the Escape key.
Tooltips can include URL links, which can be added through a Set Fields action.
Implementing tooltips
Tooltips are implemented through two types of AR System features:
HOVER event
Active link Message action

Zend_Dojo_Form in tabs creates ID conflicts

I have a dojo layout that creates a sidebar on the left with a list of pages and a center area which is a tab container.
When a user double clicks a page in the sidebar, it creates a new closable tab in the center with a form to edit that page (the form is loaded via the href attribute on the ContentPanes, it's a standard Zend Framework request). However, if I open two or more pages, it creates all the elements and form controls with the same dijit IDs which creates conflicts. (This is expected I guess)
Aside from manually appending the current page ID to every element/dijit on the tab contents, does anyone know of a cleaner way for me to do this? Will this be an issue with the form element name attributes still being the same?
I guess the other approach is to not put id's on any of your widgets.

How do I create an "iframe popup" when I hover over an <a> tag?

Here is the scenario: a User will see a list of company names, each wrapped in an tag. He is able to see dynamic information and as he hover over each name and then make a request.
So Given a list of companies, each wrapped in an tag.
When the cursor hovers over an tag
Then a "pop-up" appears that contains an -based, dynamic content.
Given the pop-up
When the User clicks on the "submit" button in the pop-up
Then the form (based on the framework" is submitted and ajax displays "request succesful"
So, because I am using a php-framework, I'd like to use iframe to contain the form.
Some challenges:
When the cursor is no longer hovering over the tag, the hover disappears. How do I keep it operating?
How do I make it appear in an so I can have full form-submission and POST-ing dynamic values through the URL?
How do the "popup" disappear when the cursor is no longer on either the -tag or the pop-up itself?
Can I do it without loading a bunch of 's onto the page, because the list of companies could be long.
for an example:
http://browseusers.myspace.com/Browse/Browse.aspx hover over one of the link.
jQuery with the clueTip plugin is something I have used for this in the past.
