Azure CD Issue : Failed to fetch App Service 'myAppServiceName' publishing credentials

I'm trying to deploy my release on a azure web App. It's not working and I don't know what to do. Maybe I'm missing something in the configuration in my app service or in my release pipeline. I've got the following error
Failed to fetch App Service 'myAppServiceName' publishing credentials. Error: Could not fetch access token for Managed Service Principal.
And here is a block of my debug :

And some screenshot of
azure missing configuration ?
release pipeline config 1
release pipeline config 2
release pipeline config 3
Let me know if you need more informations.. I'm new in this so maybe missing simple things... Best regards
do you have setting identity Status On ?
like below
In my case, we had just moved our app service to a new resource group, but the pipeline was still referencing the old resource group. Correcting the resource group fixed the issue
A simple typo can also be the reason for this error message.
You will get this error message even though if it's just a typo or wrong value in your "slotName".
Please do ensure that the "slotName" you've given is the actual slotname (the default is 'production'). So if you've added a slot that's called 'stage' then inside the portal it will have your '/stage' or '-stage', but it's still just called 'stage'.
I know several have had this error message shown and none of the above helped them out (I faced the same issue the first time).
My research indicated this to be an intermittent problem.
I redeployed 2 times and it worked.
The first redeploy - just seemed to wait for ages to connect to an available agent, so I cancelled that too, and redeployed - which worked without any issue.
If this is still an issue or if someone had this issue, all I did was just to rerun the release and it well went well. Hopefully someone has saved time by just re-releasing, if this wont work then probably try something else.

“Error getting chaincode package bytes” in car-lease-demo deploy via REST-chaincodeID path

I'm trying to deploy car-lease-demo in Bluemix Services and I cant find the right path for chaincodeID in swaggerApi. I've used the github repo from IBM but it outputs this error:
{
"jsonrpc": "2.0",
"error": {
"code": -32001,
"message": "Deployment failure",
"data": "Error when deploying chaincode: Error getting chaincode package bytes: Error getting code 'go get' failed with error: \"exit status 1\"\npackage github.com/IBM-Blockchain/car-lease-demo/Chaincode/vehicle_code: cannot find package \"github.com/IBM-Blockchain/car-lease-demo/Chaincode/vehicle_code\" in any of:\n\t/opt/go/src/github.com/IBM-Blockchain/car-lease-demo/Chaincode/vehicle_code (from $GOROOT)\n\t/opt/gopath/_usercode_/798513695/src/github.com/IBM-Blockchain/car-lease-demo/Chaincode/vehicle_code (from $GOPATH)\n\t/opt/gopath/src/github.com/IBM-Blockchain/car-lease-demo/Chaincode/vehicle_code\n"
},
"id": 3
}
I've found this
source and checked the JSON tab but the package that is referred in the beginning is not working.
Any idea which is the correct path for the chaincodeID to deploy car-lease-demo chaincode in BMX?
I'm using BMX v0.6
As it says in the error message the go get <chaincode path> failed during the chaincode deploy. This is because the chaincode path in your deploy request is wrong. The correct chaincode path for this chaincode is:
github.com/IBM-Blockchain/car-lease-demo/Chaincode/src/vehicle_code
That said, before you try deploying a chaincode from the web in this manner, you can check if the go chaincode is accessible over the web by doing a:
go get <public chaincode path>

Application is active in server but page is not loading, shows err - Access denied

I was preparing production environment to deploy my ADF web application developed in jdeveloper 12.2.1. Installed and configured weblogic 12.2.1.1.0(latest version) and database( Oracle DB 11g) in different servers. I tired to deploy a simple demo application which worked smoothly. But when i tired to deploy my application with MDS enabled which also having login credentials it's not get loading. Application and servers(3 managed servers added in a cluster) are active and its health is fine.
While I checked the log i can found the error message as below:
weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <OracleSystemUser> <BEA1-00A6CDC0DF4E2399D225> <c21c09b7-a391-47ae-b2eb-0d8dc5bec343-00000d61> <1477317511991> <[severity-value: 64] [rid: 0] [partition-id: 0] [partition-name: DOMAIN] > <BEA-010227> <EJB exception occurred during invocation from home or business: oracle.wsm.policymanager.bean.ejb.impl.UsageTracker_oi3aq7_Intf generated exception
: java.lang.SecurityException: WSM-02084 : Access denied. Permission "oracle.wsm.security.PolicyManagerPermission" is required to access the wsm policy manager "UsageTracker" method "recordUsage".>
I am stuck with this issues. Tried by starting and stopping servers and deploy and undeploy application many times.
Any help would be appreciable.
Thanks in advance.
You may want to check the suggestions on "SOA Suite 12.2.1 - OWSM WSM-02084 issue" from Michel Schildmeijer.
He suggests editing the policy.Accessor and adding oracle.wsm.security.PolicyManagerPermission for resource UsageTracker#recordUsage to the wsm-pm Application Stripe via "Fusion Middleware Control" under WebLogic Domain > Security > Application Policies.
