How to generate report (for example html report) using a different language aside from English in OWASP ZAP? - owasp

I am supposed to generate a html report with a specific language (aside from English) but I could not find a solution how to change it. It's my first time to use OWASP ZAP.
I tried changing it's language (for example 日本語) and restart the application but the generated report is still in English.

The text used in the ZAP alerts is generated when they are found, rather than when the report is generated.
So you will need to:
Change the language in the ZAP desktop
Restart ZAP (the language cannot be applied dynamically I'm afraid)
Perform a ZAP scan
Generate the report
How much of the text will be translated will depend on the language - some languages have been translated more than others.
All of the translations have been provided by the community - anyone can help out via https://crowdin.com/project/owasp-zap

Form content in multiple languages: View behaviour and model handling

Currently I work an an app where the user can create products for a catalog. The status is, he can do this in one language, data gets send to the backend and saved. The next step would be to make this creation process ready for multiple languages e.g. english or french. The behaviour should be the following, he choses the language inside a drop down field and gets a form in the selected language.
The problems I encountered and my solution process till now:
1) How should the view handling be? Should I create a new fragment for every language and exchange the content? If Im correct that would mean I would need to destroy and create fragements for the languages, right? And then create them with a binded model again.
2) How should I handle the model/models? Should I create one model with the data they share e.g. creation date and create a model with language related attributes? That would be my solution right now.
Maybe you already did something similiar or have some thoughts about this, thanks for any help!
You should do neither of those things. There are mechanisms in place, generally referred to as i18n that help you with this process. UI5 help available here:
https://ui5.sap.com/sdk#/topic/df86bfbeab0645e5b764ffa488ed57dc
and
https://ui5.sap.com/sdk#/topic/5424938fc60244c5b708d71b50a0eee4
In summary, translations should be done using the i18n mechanisms and the oData logon language.
Logging into the application, assuming it's hosted on an SAP gateway or SCP / Launchpad, the user's current logon language will drive at least all standard SAP translatable texts like the labels returned from data elements in your oData services. The appropriate url parameter is sap-language=EN, but it's set automatically from the current browser settings. Generally, you don't have to worry about this.
The same browser settings drive which particular i18n file is loaded. This could be specific like en_US for American English, or fr for French.
If you code your app without any hard coded translations but always follow the rules in the links above, adding a language should be trivial.
These translations could probably be triggered programmatically via a dropdown as well but I have never tried that since it's extra steps for my users.

Language problems associted with a new theme in sugarcrm

I have installed the latested version of sugarcrm and installed it suite crm theme. Every thing worked fine(in terms of design). Then, I installed russian langauge pack. Language was applied correctly except global controll links. I cleared caches(both browser and sugarcrm). If i enter crm(for example using English language) and logged out and enter using russian language, the global controll links are in English language(while all other elements in russian language). If I clear crm and browser from caches and enter the system(In reverse language order), Global controll links in Russian language while all other elements in english language. I suppose the error associted with caches and sesson. But, I do not know how to solve the issue. Please, help me. Where i need to change in order system work with a new them?
I found answer to the issue. I think that the problem was associted with ajaxheader. Therefore, I disabled them from admin->system settings->settings of ajax

interactive jasper reports

I am using jasper reports in my project to generate html reports. But the generated reports are static. Now we want to add some interactive features in it, like simple sorting and searching of columns. This is preferably to be done the client side. How can this be achieved ? So far I have tried to embed jquery into the generated report with no luck. Does jasper report provide such kind of functionality?
Use parameters and re compile the report every time you want to filter the data.
With your meaning of the word "interactive", nope that is not possible. A report is only a report - a presentation medium that shows data in such manner that is required by the business rule. You can format data here. You can stylize it, add image and what not. A client side application is probably what you want.
Well, your exact requirement can be achieved if you publish the Jasper Reports on the Jasper Server. Once published, all your reports become interactive (For Charts, you must use the PRO charts and not the basic HTML charts but for tables, it works automatically.)
Once you publish it on the Jasper Server, the features that you get are:
Sort button with various types
Export the Report to many formats (PDF, XML, etc - more than 10).
Zoom IN and Zoom Out.
Bubble for your charts making them interactive, etc.
Yes, interactivity is possible in Jasper Reports, but the thing is that you need a Jasper Server Pro or Enterprise version for achieving this. If you are using a community version, it is impossible to create interactive reports. You can download the free trail pro version of jasper server for 60 days from this link https://www.jaspersoft.com/download
For much more details go through this link https://www.jaspersoft.com/community-commercial
Choose according to your requirement.

Translate ASP pages on the fly

Recently i came into a software solution which is developed in ASP and it works only in Internet Explorer. The software is English language and therefore i need to translate it in another language in order to present it to the audience more efficiently.
The problem is that the software was developed with out using resources, and so all the words, sentences etc. that has to be translated are in the code and we have to go line by line to do the translation.
Do you know if there is an IE plugin which can translate the ASP files according to our input in any language?
Thank you in advance!!!
You may want to take a look at Google Translater https://translate.google.com/manager/ It runs on the client side and seems to translate pages well enough.

Email Editor Similar to Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp's editor?

I looking for either an open source (or otherwise) php script/library/code that will provide me with a similar email composer that Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor have.
I've played around with lots of wysiwyg editors (eg: tinymce, ckeditor) but, they don't work very well for allowing users to compose emails.
Mosaico Editor is the first open source email template builder of this kind (AFAIK).
You can find a free to use deployment (working also as live demo) at http://mosaico.io and you can get sources at https://github.com/voidlabs/mosaico
I choose blocks from a set defined by the "master template", then you fill you contents and change their styles in a WYSIWYG style. If you're on a large window you can also have live preview for the mobile version.
The master template defines what are the blocks, what you can edit and what you can style and it contains any html trick to make it compatible with most clients: this means you can change the editor behaviour a lot by simply writing a new master template.
It is 99% javascript (IE10+, and any other modern browser) and depends on server-side functions only to do "final inlining" and "image upload/resizing"
Next generation tool for building templates without coding
Grapejs official site
GrapesJS is an open-source, multi-purpose, Web Builder Framework which combines different tools and features with the goal to help you (or users of your application) to build HTML templates without any knowledge of coding. It's a perfect solution to replace the common WYSIWYG editors, which are good for content editing but inappropriate for creating HTML structures. You can see it in action with the official demos, but using its API you're able to build your own editors.
I'm in the process of building one but as a designer it is a work in progress! I'd suggest looking at PHP template engines. They have a similar functionality. Most however will use php variables inside the html page instead of tags.
Another oprion is to check out Perch it is officially a CMS, but is really lightweight and might get the job done for you.
Hope that helps even though it is a year after you posted the question...
EDIT: Actually just stumbled across this thread which links to the new CKEditor - looks pretty cool.
