I am using the Google document viewer to view the uploaded documents via a browser. It works fine, but the real problem comes from China. Since google services are banned in China, my end users from China cannot able to access the documents via browser.
Could you please recommend a solution for this? Is there any replacement for Google document viewer in China, so that I can view my documents over browser?

There are some Docs for this on the Google Support site. They explain how to connect CSE (Google Custom Search) with the required AdSense Account. They also write:

I am searching a solution to retrieve news from google news.
I am already retrieving the news from the RSS feed. But this is not scalable, and I will get blacklisted.
I wanted to use Google CSE API (with billing option, I want to be able to send more than 100 000 queries per month), but it seems not to be possible to use it directly with google news. (it seems to be only working with google image, or global web search)
I have already read about Bing Search API, and Yahoo Boss API. I want to know if there is a way with google news. I have already tried to set the site only to google news, but I am getting old news article clippings.
I have already read this discussion(but there is no answer) and this discussion had no new solution for me.
Is there a billable way of doing high volume query directly to google news ?

We (Google) currently don't offer programatic access to Google News, and unfortunately I'm not aware of any plans to change that.
You can still use RSS though for free, just watch out for the number of requests you send our way.
By Google adsense/adwords, after pasting some code scripts in one website, then google will push the ads. to the website automatically.
How google do this? What is the core technology of pushing ads. to the website?
The core tech is HTTP!
When a user visits your site, the user's browser loads your page. As it loads your page the browser also loads the Google ad script. When this ad script loads it makes a HTTP request off to Google servers. When they Google gets the request they provide a suitable ad back to the user. Google have a bunch of technology internally that decides which ad to show to your user, but that doesn't affect how the ad gets to your site.
This all happens in a very short time - fractions of a second - so it looks seamless to our eyes.

recently I uploaded my app internationally. I found that the app is selling in China compared to other countries that I localized my app to.
So, I would like access to Chinese Apple App Store so that I can read their feed back if there is any. But I only have ID for North America, not China.
I tried http://www.apple.com.cn/itunes/ but this page is for downloading iTunes for Chinese users.

I don't know about the web interface, but you can switch the store from within iTunes. There is a little country flag all the way down in the right corner. Click on it to get to a page where you can choose the country whose store to show.
You can browse other countries' stores, you need the ID only to buy.
Especially for languages you don't speak fluently, the following can also be helpful and will display your app (or any other app) in your browser in the language of your choosing. Search your own app on the web, you'll find a link like:

You can view the same information in other stores by changing the store identification part - "us" in the example link above for the United States store.
To see the Chinese page of your app, it would suffice to change "us" to "cn":
