Get data from .json file without XML in MockServer - sapui5

I'm new in SAPUI5 and on this way at all. I'm sorry if my question looks stupid.
I created a project and MockServer in this project.
Now I want to get data from "products.json" file and show it in my "localServer.html". But I don't have "metadata.xml" file.
Can I get the necessary data without creating "metadata.xml" and if it's possible can anybody give me some advice or show me how to do that.

browse file path spring webflow

I am currently working on a spring webflow application. In this project there are certain entities that point to a document that contains more information about that entity. However sometimes this document is not provided. In that case the user must be able to research the file for himself.
I need a simple way to let the user search a file and then save the filepath of the selected file into the database.
For most of our components we use richfaces but I don't really like the richfaces <fileUpload> because it's too big and too complex. I have seen that icefaces and tomahawk provide nice solutions but our application is limited to richfaces.
I thought of just using the normal:
<form:form> <input type="file> </form:form>"
but I don't know how I can get the information from that submitted form into my bean. I hoped that I could trigger an event once the file had been selected and then use a listener in my bean that would read the filename from the event. However I cannot find the syntax to do this (I don't even know if this is possible).
Can anyone help me? I know I can just do it with richfaces but I don't think that the client would like that enormous form to just select a filepath
why don't you use a simple jsp file upload?

how to get data from wcf service using WCDL2OBJC

hi i got project files using WCDL2OBJC, and included it in my project.
but i don't know how to give inputs and get data, i am blank here can not move forward.
were as my url:
and i want to pass the parameter studentID='E6A83233-7D7F-49AF-B54E-375BBF3E3E59' to this url and get the out put in IBAction from the files of WSDL2OBJC.
can any one have some examples or source code to do this.
i have #class GetSchoolEvents, which is my method to get data in WCDL2OBJC file. how to access this and get data?
On the WSDL2OBJC pages you can find some samples how you can use the generated code. http://code.google.com/p/wsdl2objc/wiki/UsageInstructions
Just create a ..OperationRequest object and set properties for the variables

Web.config overwritten

I have a web.config for my website. I just made a web service which likes to overwrite the previous one. From what I can understand I need an xml transform here. I have read several sites and I am confused as how to complete this. One reference. Would love some insight, thanks in advance.
If you want to add or change something in web.config you don't need any XSL(T) because your output format is still XML.
Transformation (XSLT) is mainly for presenting XML data in different format.
What yo need is basic XML editing functionality. Parse to DOM, add/change nodes, save.

create jrxml file at run time and modify at run time

I have a requirement to develop custom reports where we already have some reoprts developed using JasperReports using iReport tool. Now the requirement is to modify those reports design at run time. I should use those existing jrxml files and save as to new report then change the design at run time. Also I should see those newly created reports whenever I want.
I have gone through the Jasper API and Dynamic Reports where we can create the reports dynamically at run time but we can't save the design (like JRXML).
I am looking for any other JRXML design API to create and modify and save the Jasper Reports at run time.
I appreciate if any one can help me.
Thanks in Advance
Srinivas
It seems DynamicJasper can do this.
First thing you will need to draw a flow chart of how you want to do things.
For example, if the report already exists, and you want it as is, what will you do?
In case you want to modify it a little, do you want to save as jrxml and compile each time?
Or do you want to compile to jasper, store on local storage then populate later.
It seems you want to build a reporting engine and answering all those questions is basic. In that case here is something to start from.
Find a factory called DocumentBuilderFactory which will help you parse the XML into DOM object, modify then save it.
Here is a good tutorial on using it

How to use Core Data in saving all the details which were stored or displayed in a table view?

I am developing an app which parses an Xml or RSS feeds of a magazine..The thing is I have to include an offline capability,ie save the previous results which were displayed in each cell(similar to the New York times app) and then display the saved ones when there is no network connection..
Please help me with the codewise explanation using Core data as I was suggested to use it for this particular task.
Will be of great help for me..
Looking forward for your replies
Regards and Thanks
Arun
You probably want to start here.
OH Boy... CoreData.
Good bye 3-4 days of learning how this works. You wont regret learning about core data but there is a LOT.
#OhioDude has a great link. You can also.
1. Xcode > file > New Project. Select Navigation Based App, make sure the coredata checkbox is checked. Viola you have a project with all the core data templates.
2. There is other sample code on Apples website.
One of the tricky and cool things about core data is that you if you deploy a new version you have to write a template of how you app is to roll the data into the new structure.
During dev as I am changing the DB structure, I seem to get errors, so I just do a build>clean. And rename the string for the DB file to something new.
Good luck. Otherwise NSUserDefaults will be fine.
Or just learn about PLIST's you can simply serialize a NSDictionarly object into a PLIST and save it to the disk in a few lines of code. SUPER easy and no stuffing around with CoreData.
