Why my site isn't getting approved by AdSense? - adsense

I have a website under construction in Blogger, but my Adsense account is not approved as I received the email that my site is not meeting the Google guidelines.
Message :
valuable inventory: under construction

In order to enable AdSense in your blog and this be approved by Google, your site have to include content and important information. Your site is checked by Google for this information and decide about your site is suitable to host Google ads...If your site is under construction, this is not possible

Facebook Developer App Review - Your submission must include pages_read_engagement to use instagram_basic

Hello Facebook Developers Community,
I am trying to go through the 'Request for App Review' process for which I have completed all the steps besides one which is very confusing and literally has no useful guidance anywhere.
The dashboard shows visual checkmarks on all the steps completed besides the 'Your submission must include pages_read_engagement to use instagram_basic'
Just a brief background on what i am trying to do:
I am only trying to get the facebook developer access approved to go live to use 'Instagram Basic Display' and the api's to allow my application users to connect their instagram account and fetch only single images posted on their account to be displayed with in my application.
We have already gone through the 'Business Verification' process and already have that approved as well as having the facebook business account connect to our instagram account.
the only help i came across was on 'Pages Api' docs which mentions that
'The pages_read_engagement permission allows your app to read content (posts, photos, videos, events) posted by the Page, read followers data (including name, PSID), and profile picture, and read metadata and other insights about the Page. The allowed usage for this permission is to help a Page Admin administer and manage a Page. You may also use this permission to request analytics insights to improve your app and for marketing or advertising purposes, through the use of aggregated and de-identified or anonymized information (provided such data cannot be re-identified).'
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/permissions/reference/pages_read_engagement
for which none of those endpoints I am using or plan on using at all and not sure how it even got added.
I am really not sure what else to do and what pages_read_engagement has to do with my app to be approved.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Facebook one App multiple websites

I currently work on CMS which should give a user (client) an option to publish some article also to his facebook page.
so all what I need from client is to give me permissions to manage his page(s) and after that he has access to a button to publish also on facebook page that article.
My question is, is there any option to have only one facebook app and use it for all clients and all websites which are using that CMS?
And if there is that option, in privacy policy URL and Terms of service URL could be link to our company sites (with relevant content of course)?
I am sorry if there was asked question like this, but I did not find satisfying answer for this problem.
Thanks for your response

How can I verify multiple other Adsense publisher-ids on my website

I have a website with articles written by myself and others. To reward the other persons for written content for my website I would like to share the Adsense income. I'm thinking about making a standard Adsense code and let the publisher-id rotate.
Can I just use their publisher-id or should the others person verify my website somehow in their Adsense account? And may I just use multiple publisher-ids on my website?
Hopefully someone can tell me what to do. Can't it lead to a ban?
Google states "Publishers are permitted to place ad code from different AdSense accounts on the same page as long as the owner of the website has given permission for ads to be placed on their site, and the webpage complies with our program policies.
A publisher will only be credited for clicks and impressions on the ad units associated with their account. Additionally, publishers are responsible for monitoring each webpage upon which their ad code appears to ensure compliance with our policies."

Google's policy on using your own AdSense account on another publisher's website is here: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1346295?hl=en. You will also need to get the publisher to add you to their ads.txt file, as described by Google here: https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/7441288?hl=en .
Below are highlights from these two sources:
Ads on the same page or site as another publisher
If a site is in compliance with our program policies and the company or owner of the site has given you permission to display ads on their site, you may place your ad code on the same page as the other publisher's ad code. You will, however, need to contact your web hosting company or the owner of the site to obtain permission to display ads on their site. Additionally, you will only be credited for clicks and impressions on the ad units associated with your account.
Keep in mind that every publisher is responsible for the content of a site on which their ad code is placed. If a site is found in violation of our policies, we will notify any publisher(s) whose ad code is on the site.

Authorized Digital Sellers, or ads.txt, is an IAB initiative to improve transparency in programmatic advertising. Publishers can create their own ads.txt files to identify who is authorized to sell their inventory. The files are publicly available and crawlable by buyers, third-party vendors, and exchanges.

Facebook App WhiteList process

Does anyone know a process of getting a FB app whitelisted to enable certain features? I have seen few people asking the same question, but no answers. Is there a contact at FB who deals with whitelist applications?
There is no public process though which to apply for whitelists.
Facebook, like most companies, is likely to have a small number of private APIs which are only available to whitelisted partners - but they're only made available to those close partners.
Facebook has some features which you may request access to as part of their review process: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review. At the time of writing, these only include the Taggable Friends API and Page Mentions.

Google adsense account not approved

I have created a Web Portal bugnull.com and applied for the Adsense account, but my Adsense account is not approved as I received the email that my site is not meeting the Google guidelines. Please review my site and tell me what is wrong in my site and what kind of improvement I should made so that I can have approved Adsense account.
Please tell me as I am really disheartened with this rejection from Google .
You need to have the Privacy Policy on your site. You could generate one at http://www.serprank.com/privacy-policy-generator/
You should also post your question to the offical Adsense forum: http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/adsense
