Ion-color-secondary/primary class not applied - ionic-framework

I've created a stencil.js application (app starter) where I would like to use ionic components.
I included Ionic using the cdn following this tutorial (https://ionicframework.com/docs/installation/cdn). I have a problem with the style of some of the components like buttons, toggle etc. The problem is that the primary/secondary/x style is not applied also if I use
color="primary"
I've searched a lot to solve this problem and I saw that the property .ion-color-primary isn't apply to the button like it should, so none of the colors are applied to the button that remains white.
If I use Ionic from cdn in a html page (with no stencil.js) the problem don't happen so I think that the problem it's stencil.
I've the latest stencil version, 4.11.7.

angular material icons renders first before the interpolation

I'm doing an angular project using angular material, while im using mat-icons it keeps coming before the interpolation even though i coded it after the interpolation enter image description here
i tried typing anything before of after the icon and the icon comes first no matter what

I couldn't find it documented anywhere in the official docs for some reason (in neither mat-button or mat-icon parts at least).
Lukcily, it's at least documented in the migration guide here.
What you need to do since v15 is to add iconPositionEnd directive to the mat-icon inside the mat-button, e.g.
<button mat-button>
Icon after text
<mat-icon iconPositionEnd>favorite</mat-icon>
</button>
EDIT: There already is a git issue about this feature not being documented here.

React-leaflet does not work using create-react-app and react 16.8.4

I'm trying to get a basic example of react-leaflet 2.2.1 to work with the latest react release, 16.8.4. However, the leaflet map does not display correctly.
I used create-react-app to create a new project, then modified the App.jsx to include a component that is identical to the codepen example given for react-leaflet. The only change is to the containing div where I specified the height & width.
The map tiles do not render within the div and instead end up in somewhat random positions.
The entire app code in https://github.com/sknutsonsf/agdex/tree/master/src
This looks like some kind of compatibility issue with the new react version.
I had the same issue, adding
import 'leaflet/dist/leaflet.css';
solved my problem

not able to register two plugins of touch-ui rte dialog

I am using the steps given in the URL to make a color-picker rte plugin
http://experience-aem.blogspot.in/2015/01/aem-6-sp1-touchui-richtext-editor-color-picker-plugin.html
and at the same time I am making another custom rte plugin to do some text modulation.
But only one of them is working using rte.coralui2 as categories.
and both icons are coming at the same location.
If I disable one js then another is working.
I have registered the plugin with different name and I have also used different variables.
I am not able to make the rte plugin button at different location.
Please suggest the possible solution.
it's possible you are overlaying rather than extending the rte.coralui2 category. I suspect your custom clientLibs are competing with each other and only one is available.
It seems like you are using the same steps provided in the blogpost for creating both the plugins and while doing that, you are using the below code twice with different icons :
if(items.indexOf(ExperienceAEM.TCP_UI_SETTING) == -1){
items.splice(3, 0, ExperienceAEM.TCP_UI_SETTING);
}
So, maybe, the icons are being added at the same place and only one of them is shown.
You should create ExperienceAEM.CuiToolbarBuilder Class only once and add both icons inside that class

roundslider UI is malfunction due to ionic.bundles.js file in ionic android app

I searched alot about this topic but couldnt find any answer. I am ionic to build a android app. I used roundslider component from www.roundsliderui.com. Though whole roundslider fully works but the text input right in middle of roundslider does not work in ionic. I figured out that ionic.bundles.js script in ionic app is causing problem. If I remove this script, roundslider works fine.
Any advice why this script causing problem?
Thanks
I had the same issue. You have to disable the tap functionality.
http://ionicframework.com/docs/api/page/tap/
"In some cases, third-party libraries may also be working with touch events which can interfere with the tap system. For example, mapping libraries like Google or Leaflet Maps often implement a touch detection system which conflicts with Ionic’s tap system."
<div data-tap-disabled="true">
//Your Round Slider here...
</div>
I hope it helps.
there is a conflict between files of roundsliderui and ionic
read this article thats will help you
The problem is that the modal is not fully loaded at the time the circular-slider is rendered. This article states correctly that the offsetPosition is null if the document (in this case, the modal) is not finished loading

How to keep NPAPI plugins alive in ExtJS tabbed views

I'm trying to use a custom video player NPAPI plugin (view FireBreath) inside an tabbed ExtJS application. The plugin lives in one tab, and the others contain presentations of other non-video data.
When switching from tab to tab, the element that contains the plugin is destroyed, and all plugin state is lost. Is there any way to configure an ExtJS tabbed panel so that the html contained in it is not altered when switching to another tab (just hidden)? The alternative is to re-populate the plugin state when returning to the tab, but this would be associated with an unacceptable delay (mostly while waiting for video key frames).
Thanks,
O
I don't know about your ExtJS approach, if you can solve it on that side that would of course be preferrable.
However, if you can't, you can avoid the reinitialization by moving the stream handling to a helper application that is running in the background. The plugin would launch it as needed and receive the stream data from it after registering for it.
The helper would be told when to kill a stream and possibly kill it by itself after some timeout (to avoid session leaks in case of crashing plugins etc.).
I was about to consider a helper application as recommended above, or look into rewriting the plugin to be windowless. Both might be more robust solutions for other JS frameworks.
Fortunately, the solution ended up being simpler than this, at least for ExtJS. By default, ExtJS sets "display: none" on the tabbed view's div whenever it is undisplayed, which calls the plugin destructor. After doing a little more looking through their enormous API, ExtJS has a parameter hideMode as part of the Ext.panel.Panel base class:
'display' : The Component will be hidden using the display: none style.
'visibility' : The Component will be hidden using the visibility: hidden style.
'offsets' : The Component will be hidden by absolutely positioning it out of the visible area of the document. This is useful when a hidden Component must maintain measurable dimensions. Hiding using display results in a Component having zero dimensions.
Defaults to: "display"
Setting the parent Panel that contains the plugin to hideMode: 'offsets' fixed the problem perfectly.
