As detailed here, nuget has deprecated the licenseUrl tag in favor of the license tag, which can either specify the path to a license file or a Software Packaging Data Exchange (SPDX) expression; for example, you can specify that your package is distributed with an MIT license as follows:
<license type="expression">MIT</license>
This is very nice, but after running nuget pack (with nuget 5.4) and examining the resulting package in either Visual Studio 2019 or NuGet Package Explorer, for the license I am linked to https://licenses.nuget.org/MIT and see this:
SPDX identifier

So the copyright isn't filled in. Is there an SPDX expression to fill in the copyright? Or is the nuget client just supposed to be smart and fill that in from the copyright field of the nuget package itself?

Do I need to include the Install4J license text (see here) in full or in parts when I distribute my commercial software whose installation is based on Install4J?
Neither could I find a LICENSE.txt file or something similar in the installation directory, nor did the installer GUI show any Install4J-related license texts.
The Install4J license does not seem to require an explicit listing of the license text but I'm wondering if I should still include some license info on Install4J in my attribution statement which comes with the software.
No, all generated installers and the runtime are freely redistributable, no attribution is required.

Can I redistribute only MailKit.dll and MimeKit.dll that are included in package(installer)?
I know the MailKit is under the MIT License but I don't understand whether I can redistribute only the dlls.
I write a PowerShell Script that uses the MailKit.dll and MimeKit.dll and I want to distribute them as a package. Is it OK?
Yes, you can redistribute the dll's.
I want to use GprBuild to create a product not licensed under the GPL. Is this possible, and what variant of it and GNAT would I need to use for this to be legal?
I read that in order to make an application not licensed under the GPL with GNAT, I would need to use the FSF distributed version, because that version is released with a linking exception (supposedly; the FSF library directory doesn't actually state that it is licensed under such an exception, but Wikipedia does).
That said, I am struggling to find any similar information for GprBuild. Is it possible that GprBuild doesn't need this exception in order to be used as such? I get the impression that if the latter is true, then it is for a technical reason that I don't fully understand.
The reason why the GCC runtimes need the exception is that the runtimes are included in a delivered product, either as object code or as source (in the case of e.g. the Bison parser generator).
The GCC compiler itself is licensed under pure GPL, because no part of the compiler ends up in the delivered product; and the same applies to tools like gprbuild.
So, FSF compiler/runtime and gprbuild => OK to deliver under proprietary licence.
I have installed NetBeans IDE. Also downloaded GlassFish Server and extracted it, when I'm adding the installation location on NB it says "Not a valid GlassFish Server installation."
Probably the simplest solution would be to create a new folder, select it. Click the check-box on the 'Accept License ...' and download it again within the Add Server dialog, that way it has to be where Netbeans put it.
To check why the previous download didn't work. The file it checks for should be in the following subdirectory of the directory you specify.
./glassfish/config/glassfish.container
That is if I specify /opt/glassfish4 then /opt/glassfish4/glassfish/config/glassfish.container should exist.
The file should look like this:

Update
I missed the version number for your Netbeans. For Netbeans 7.4, it looks like you need to use Glassfish 4.0 so either upgrade your Netbeans to 8.02 or download the older version of Glassfish.
In my product we are using winzipCLI to zip packages. After a long time i seeing an issue not able to resolve it. A evaluation acceptance message is thrown in CLI which is causing my build system to fail. I found the issue by manually running the winzip cli and below the evalution question asked ....How to suppress it? Any options? or any script? or...etc?

Yes, buy a license for WinZip.
(Stack Overflow is not the place to ask questions like "How can I avoid paying for this piece of commercial software?" If in fact you have bought a license and you're still getting that message then I apologise for misjudging you and you should take it up with WinZip tech support.)
