free the NETBIOS name

I need to configure Windows server 2019 several times on a single VM and promote it as a DC in a new forest in a domain name, for example "new.det". I am using a powershell script for this, and I have the following problem: after the first installation, I use the snapshot and run the script again on a clean VM, I get the error "NetBIOS name is already in use". How can I solve this problem if I don't want to change the NetBIOS name and any other settings? I can't figure out where the NetBIOS name information is stored. There is no other vms in domain or my network. Thanks in advance!
That was my fault, I set the server name and then tried to install ADDC with the server name as netbios for new domain. Therefore, there was a conflict.

A connection cannot be made. Ensure that the server is running

When I am trying to process dimensions after creating a data source view I get the error:
The project could not be deployed to the server because of the following connectivity problems : A connection cannot be made. Ensure that the server is running. To verify or update the name of the target server, right-click on the project in Solution Explorer, select Project Properties,click on the Deployment tab, and then enter the name of the server.
I have checked in task manager & SQLBrowser is running. Why am I getting this error?
I was able to get the SQL Server instances on my computer this way:
Start Menu
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or your version
Server Installation Center
Admin login
Select "Tools" from left menu
Select "Installed SQL Server features discovery report"
You then get a nice HTML web page. You want to look for Database Services. You should see an instance name. Mine is called "SQLEXPRESS." So the combination of server name and instance would be MYCOMPUTER\SQLEXPRESS given that my computer name is MYCOMPUTER.
BTW, the default instance name is MSSQLSERVER.
Alternatively, you can get it from your registry. Just run regedit and look for this key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\Instance Names\SQL
Check that the SQL Server service itself (or MSSQLSERVER) is running. Also check the connection string.
If you want to deploy the project to a named instance of Analysis Services on the local computer, or to an instance on a remote server, change the Server property to the appropriate instance name, such as <InstanceName>.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/analysis-services/multidimensional-tutorial/lesson-2-5-deploying-an-analysis-services-project?view=asallproducts-allversions
You need the server name and the instance name.

Apache CloudStack: No templates showing when adding instance

I have setup the apache cloudstack on CentOS 6.8 machine following quick installation guide. The management server and KVM are setup on the same machine. The management server is running without problems. I was able to add zone, pod, cluster, primary and secondary storage from the web interface. But when I tried to add an instance it is not showing any templates in the second stage as you can see in the screenshot
However, I am able to see two templates under Templates link in web UI.
But when I select the template and navigate to Zone tab, I see Timeout waiting for response from storage host and Ready field shows no.
When I check the management server logs, it seems there is an error when cloudstack tries to mount secondary storage for use. The below segment from cloudstack-management.log file describes this error.

Can anyone please guide me how to resolve this issue? I have been trying to figure it out for some hours now and don't know how to proceed further.
Edit 1: Please note that my LAN address was 10.103.72.50 which I assume is not /24 address. I tried to give CentOs a static IP by making the following settings in ifcg-eth0 file
DEVICE=eth0
HWADDR=52:54:00:B9:A6:C0
NM_CONTROLLED=no
ONBOOT=yes
BOOTPROTO=none
IPADDR=172.16.10.2
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
GATEWAY=172.16.10.1
DNS1=8.8.8.8
DNS2=8.8.4.4
But doing this would stop my internet. As a workaround, I reverted these changes and installed all the packages first. Then I changed the IP to static by the same configuration settings as above and ran the cloudstack management. Everything worked fine untill I bumped into this template thing. Please help me figure out what might have went wrong
I know I'm late, but for people trying out in the future, here it goes:
I hope you have successfully added a host as mentioned in Quick Install Guide before you changed your IP to static as it autoconfigures VLANs for different traffic and creates two bridges - generally with names 'cloud' or 'cloudbr'. Cloudstack uses the Secondary Storage System VM for doing all the storage-related operations in each Zone and Cluster. What seems to be the problem is that secondary storage system vm (SSVM) is not able to communicate with the management server at port 8250. If not, try manually mounting the NFS server's mount points in the SSVM shell. You can ssh into the SSVM using the below command:
ssh -i /var/cloudstack/management/.ssh/id_rsa -p 3922 root#<Private or Link local Ip address of SSVM>
I suggest you run the /usr/local/cloud/systemvm/ssvm-check.sh after doing ssh into the secondary storage system VM (assuming it is running) and has it's private, public and link local IP address. If that doesn't help you much, take a look at the secondary storage troubleshooting docs at Cloudstack.
I would further recommend, if anyone in future runs into similar issues, check if the SSVM is running and is in "Up" state in the System VMs section of Infrastructure tab and that you are able to open up a console session of it from the browser. If that is working go on to run the ssvm-check.sh script mentioned above which systematically checks each and every point of operation that SSVM executes. Even if console session cannot be opened up, you can still ssh using the link local IP address of SSVM which can be accessed by opening up details of SSVM and than execute the script. If it says, it cannot communicate with Management Server at port 8250, I recommend you check the iptables rules of management server and make sure all traffic is allowed at port 8250. A custom command to check the same is nc -v <mngmnt-server-ip> 8250. You can do a simple search and learn how to add port 8250 in your iptables rules if that is not opened. Next, you mentioned you used CentOS 6.8, so it probably uses older versions of nfs, so execute exportfs -a in your NFS server to make sure all the NFS shares are properly exported and there are no errors. I would recommend that you wait for the downloading status of CentOS 5.5 no GUI kvm template to be complete and its Ready status shown as 'Yes' before you start importing your own templates and ISOs to execute on VMs. Finally, if your ssvm-check.sh script shows everything is good and the download still does not start, you can run the command: service cloud restart and actually check if the service has gotten a PID using service cloud status as the older versions of system vm templates sometimes need us to manually start the cloud service using service cloud start even after the restart command. Restarting the cloud service in SSVM triggers the restart of downloading of all remaining templates and ISOs. Side note: the system VMs uses a Debian kernel if you want to do some more troubleshooting. Hope this helps.

With firebase hosting how do I change the domain name

I have previously configured firebase hosting successfully but now want to change the domain name I am using.
It appears you can Edit the current domain name but this doesnt seem to do anything that I can see when I enter a new domain name.
Not sure how to proceed.
Thanks,
Craig.
So I sent an email to firebase support and this process involves removing your current domain and adding a new domain which involves some downtime whilst they procure a new SSL certificate, etc.
If anyone is attempting to do this and does not want to incur any downtime its not too difficult. The highlevel process I have followed to move from olddomain.com to newdomain.com without downtime is detailed below:
Procure another temp server (i.e. amazon or whatever) and bring up nginx
Deploy your static files (css, js, html, jpg, etc) to this temporary server
Procure a cert for olddomain.com and deploy it on your server. You can get some free ones for a month if you have a search (dont want to endorse any particular product here)
Ensure the site is running as olddomain.com on your temp server (hack you hosts file to force your domain name to point at the new temp server.
If all good, modify your DNS for olddomain.com so it points at your temp server.
Wait a few hours to ensure all traffic going to your temp server (look at w3c style logs to ensure traffic is coming in)
You can now safely remove your olddomain.com and setup newdomain.com under firebase hosting without losing traffic to olddomain.com
Once newdomain.com setup and running on firebase hosting, configure olddomain.com to do a redirect to newdomain.com. May want to leave this up for a while depending upon how much traffic you are expecting to olddomain.com.
Job done without any downtime :)
Hope these steps are of use to others.
Thanks.
I created a new project with the desired domain name, then switched to the new project using the firebase use <project_id> command from Firebase CLI.

My Google cloud instance always in Runnable state and going to running state

I have created a google cloud sql instance.Following are the configurations set:
IPv4 address -> 173.194.247.217
IPv6 address ->2001:4860:4864:1:3f64:544:3d9d:32ca
Database version -> MySQL 5.5
Region-> Asia
Backup window-> 2:30 AM — 6:30 AM
Binary log-> Disabled
File system replication-> Synchronous
Preferred location-> None
Tier-> D0
Pricing plan-> Package
My problem is that the instance is always in RUNNABLE state, even after restarting. Also, I have changed the Activation Policy to "always ON".
Due to this, I am not able to ping the the IPv4 address (173.194.247.217) and so not also able to connect via mysql-client or similar application.
Please Help!!
In order to connect with a Cloud SQL instance via IP, first a password has to be defined for the root account, and in order to do that, you must limit the IPs (either individual (/32) IPs, or whole IP ranges) that can connect to the instance. Therefore:
1: Go to your Cloud SQL instance in the Developers Console, and click "ACCESS CONTROL" at the top of the page;
2: In the Authorized Networks (Optional) section, click "Add Authorized Network", and enter at least the sub-net you'll be connecting from;
3: In the Set Root Password section, enter a strong password, then click the "Set" button to the right. Lastly, save your changes.
