Unable to upgrade Couchbase server Community Edition from 4.5 to 5 - upgrade

I tried upgrading my Couchbase server Community version form 4.5 to 6.0 via 5.0 v. as mentioned in
Couchbase Official docuemntation.
Every time I run the 5.0 installer it gets rolled back due to the presence of 4.5v in the system.

ServerManager.exe -This application could not be started

I have problem on Windows Server 2019, all application which use .Net cannot be started. I have 4.8 version with all windows update. But I get this error. I tried reinstall, use fix tool for .NetFramework but i cannot fix .NetFramework
enter image description here
We just found this solution. (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-server-for-it-pro/windows-server-2019-and-net-4-8/m-p/2660319)
I ran into this issue after the Windows Update, Cumulative Update for .NET Framework (KB5006765), was installed on a Windows Server 2019 that also had Azure AD Connect installed. Apparently, a bunch of .NET registry items where deleted. Server Manager and any software built on .NET was not working...throwing this error:
This application requires one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319
Do you want to install this .NET Framework version now?
DSIM and SFC repairs did not work, nor did rolling back the Windows Update.
Found some insight here:
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/758800/net-48-kills-server-2019/
Ended up having to import these registry items from a working system:

Move projects from an older version of TeamCity server to a newer version

I have two TeamCity Servers which are running on different software versions: one server is running "TeamCity Enterprise 9.1.7" whereas the other Server is running "TeamCity Professional 7.0.2". What is the best way to perform a migration. I want to transfer the projects that exist on Server 7.0.2 to the Server 9.1.7.
I would be very grateful if you could provide me with the steps to undertake.
There are a lot of TC versions between 7.0.2 and 9.1.7, more than 4 years of updates: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TW/Previous+Releases+Downloads
First of all, you should make a backup using maintainDB tool, then you can try to migrate from major to major version and test the results:
UPDATE: base on vlad-p53's comment you can migrate directly form 7.0.2 to 9.1.7, so, just follow the tutorial A Step by Step Guide to Migrating a TeamCity Instance from One Server to Another.
7.0.2 to 8.0 and test the results.
8.0 to 9.0 and test the results
9.0 to 9.1.7
If a migration to a major version does not work, you can try a previous versions and repeat the process.
Each release has a release note that explains if there is a migration issue, I recommend to you to read them.
To each migration you can follow the steps of this tutorial: A Step by Step Guide to Migrating a TeamCity Instance from One Server to Another.

When is Spring Data MongoDB targeting support for MongoDB 3.0?

Seems the MongoDB release is a significant performance upgrade - ay idea when Spring Data MongoDB will support this version?
Strictly speaking, the MongoDB 3.0 server can even be used with the latest 2.13 Java driver and thus the currently released Spring Data MongoDB 1.6.2. For a full compatibility overview of the driver and server versions, see this wiki page.
The recently released first release candidate of Spring Data MongoDB 1.7 ships support for the MongoDB 3.0 Java driver. This is mostly a compatibility release, we don't target special 3.0 features yet (although you should be able to benefit from an upgrade nonetheless).
Find more information about this in the release train wiki, the JIRA ticket as well as the corresponding section of the reference documentation.
The GA release of Spring Data MongoDB 1.7 is scheduled to be part of the Fowler release train GA end of March.
Spring Data Mongo has 1.7RC1 -> http://docs.spring.io/spring-data/data-mongo/docs/1.7.0.RC1/ Hopefully that one will be released soon.
As Java Driver github repo says, they released a 2.13.0 version on January 29th and it is stable -> https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-java-driver/releases/tag/r2.13.0 It includes all the features for mongo 3.0, but you need to go through the compatibility to upgrade to this version.
Also, they are working on v. 3.0.0. for Java Driver, you can find it here -> https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-java-driver/releases/tag/r3.0.0-beta3 (its still in beta though)

Upgrade from mysql 4.1 to mysql 5.5

I was going through upgrade process of mysql server. It is mentioned that to upgrade from 4.1 to 5.5 we need to upgrade step by step like first to 5.0,5.1 ...5.4 and then 5.5.
I have some questions :
What if we directly upgrade from 4.1 to 5.5. What might get effected? functionality or problem related to upgrading
Chances to loose data ? Even though I'll take backup using 'mysqldump --all-data-base' option.
Lets say, I have two database. I'll take only two database backup. I'll install latest version of mysql 5.7 and load two database back. What are chances to loose data or get corrupted ?
I'm curious to know this. If anybody tried? Because I need to do upgrade in live server.
Is there any step by step document which tells exact steps to upgrade from 4.1 to 5.5 in linux server
Major new features added to MySQL 5.0 and 5.1 that may not work/won't work in 4.x can be located here:
MySQL 5.0 - http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysql-nutshell.html

Why does MySql.NET driver need .NET 2.0 for a .NET 4 application

I am rolling out a WPF application which uses Entity Framework but also has MySqlConnection connections.
On Windows 7 the rollout is fine with just .net 4 installed, but on SOME older hardware running XP I have run into difficulties.
The symptoms are varied.
I install the driver and Entity Framework operations are successful but MySqlCommands fail - the event viewer either (depending on which machine) shows a FileNotFound Exception or it shows an exception relating to the .NET 2 optimiser.
I install the driver and nothing works - the error is that the driver failed to load.
I attempt to load the driver but the install complains that either .net 4 or .net 2 needs to be installed even though .net 4 is present.
One XP workstation out of the half dozen or so I have tried worked perfectly first time - what I noticed on this machine was that .net versions 1.1, 2.0, 3.5 and 4 were all present before I performed the MySql connector installation.
I am going to try uninstalling .net 4, reinstall .net 2 and then install the MySql connectors to see if that resolves the problem, but if I am honest I am hacking away at this without really knowing what the underlying issue is.
Can anyone enlighten me ?
What we found was that those workstations that had .NET 4 'Extended' preinstalled, and those that had a full 2, 3.5, 4.0 history of .NET preinstalled worked without a problem.
The workstations that only had .NET 4 'Client Profile' installed were not supported by, or did not support, the MySqlConnector. We found this to be true for a number of different MySqlConnector versions.
