MongoDB Update many item in nested object by array of Id - mongodb

How to update some of the nested objects found by thair Id in MongoDB.
In the below case, only the first Item will be updated!
Update all nested objects in updateMany.

I would like to create an aggregateField in each document that does the following: If the suppliers array has at least 1 element and every element in that has the duesPaid field == true, then add a field to the document suppliersPaid = true. Otherwise add suppliersPaid = false. The resulting documents from the pipeline should look like this:

I have tried the following pipeline:

and I get the following error: Invalid $addFields :: caused by :: Unrecognized expression '$elemMatch'
I've tried to eliminate the reliance on $elemMatch per the docs https://www.mongodb.com/docs/manual/reference/operator/query/elemMatch/#single-query-condition as such:

But this yields the incorrect result of setting suppliersPaid to true for both documents, which is incorrect.
Note: I would like to avoid using any sort of JS in this code i.e. no $where operators.
For the second condition:
$eq - Compare the result from 1.1 to return an empty array.
1.1. $filter - Filter the documents from suppliers containing { duesPaid: false }.

Problem :
I am able to get application count but it is not getting unique value if 2 specs are same then duplicate value is coming as you can see on sample application collection Social Work is in two different course . So my aggregations is not grouping them based in course name.specs
Not able to find correct Paid_Application_Count and Application_Count

You can do it in several different ways, I took the liberty to simplify the pipeline a little bit.
I will just mention that the structure does not fully make sense to me, and there are some additional contradictions between the sample input you provided and the "text" description/pipeline description.
Just a tiny example is payment_info_status being paid in the sample and capture in the pipeline.
These things will not change the pipeline structure, will just need to be fixed by you based on the actual needs.

Data I'm receiving in an array. What I need it the data to return only the result of the pipeline in the object, not the object inside the topmost array. How can I return the result in a way so that only the first object of the array is returned, as all that the aggregation is going to return is only a single object.

Aggregate will always return an array.
You could destructure the value if your using es6.
