Interoperability Beween Unity and Agora.io Web SDK - unity3d

It is possible to connect the web sdk of agora.io, and get the video sources using Unity?? i need a client side with a simple browser Link for my end users to log in a channel and publish a stream, but then i need the vide in Unity to process video and develop an interactive experience.

Yes, you can! As long as the web app and Unity app share the same app id and the channel name, you are good to go. In Unity, make sure you call this method to have the best compatibility:

is it possible to make an application for video calls in Ionic?

I need to write an application with video chats (1:1), and i know Angular. There are tons of SDKs for Angular(or web) to handle video calls(like e.g. twilio.com, agora.io?). Yes.
You can use the camera and the microphone with Ionic (in native or pwa mode).
Ionic fully supports Angular and Angular components.
I recommend you the use of notifications like Google FCM to notify the caller.
You can trigger an action directly from the notification (app in background or in app which is not the same).

Firebase for Unity3d Windows App

I have been trying to figure out the best way to implement dynamic photos and voice notes into my Unity3d app, and am looking for guidance about the correct backend/database to use. There would be two apps, one that a user would login to and upload content: I am working with someone that can build an Android app that allows for a user to login with Google, Facebook, etc and upload content (images, messages, etc) to their profile using Firebase. The other half would be the Windows Oculus Rift app.
I am building a Unity VR experience for Oculus Rift that needs to use this user content dynamically during runtime, but I am not sure the best way to connect Unity with Firebase. I am aware of the recent Firebase SDK for Unity, but the examples show use cases for Android and IOS builds from Unity, whereas I would need to build to Windows for use with the Oculus Rift. Will the Unity Firebase SDK work for Windows and if not, are there any suggestions about the best way to accomplish my goal?

The current version of the Firebase Unity SDK only works on Android and iOS. There is nothing on the road map to implement desktop apps in Unity at present.
Note that you can still interact with the Firebase Database using the REST API.

How can i get facebook sdk work with Unity3d web game?

I have integrated facebook sdk to my unity game for android and ios. On both platform it works .
But now i turned my game to run in web player. but unfortunately i am not unable to login in facebook. I read documentation written in facebook.

For that i need canvas binary url. but i dont understand which url should i write? i want steps to make my web game to work with facebook sdk.

For webplayer, you will be placing the yourgame.unity3d, yourgame.html file and other game related files on some kind of a webserver. The Unity Binary Url is that address where you will be placing your .unity3d file.
For testing purpose, you can have a local webserver like Apache and host the file there and then put something like http://localhost/yourgamefolder/yourgame.unity3d
and later you can replace that with the place where your game will be hosted.

iPhone: Access Camera and Album from Web app

I want to develop a web app using html5, js. One of the feature is to launch device Camera and record video, take a picture and access photo album. Is it possible to access via web app if i develop? I saw in the forums that, it is saying not possible in some places and it is possible in some places. I would like to know, is it really possible to access directly camera and album etc. ?

It's not possible to access phone camera using Web app, as the "Web APP" typically runs in the browser of device.
Though there are some frameworks (like Phonegap) allows you to embedd your web app into native container. With this approach and added libraries from such framework you can access some of those native API's and Device Hardware.
One Possible solution is,
Create one app and distribute it using app store
using your webapp, you can connect to above app using url-scheme

Phonegap facebook, html5 video, iAds issues

I'm trying to build android+iOS application via phonegap build API. I found that that this api has some limitations, but I want to make sure...
1) Implementation Facebook features to phonegap application is possible only by phonegap plugin, which is not able to add via build API.
2) iAds aren't also supported. I found some plugin which can handle this, but as in first point, it is not possible to add plugins via phonegap build API.
3) Playing video using HTML5 video tag doesn't work if operation system of device doesn't have installed needed codecs. And there is no other way how to be sure that some type of video will be playable on most androis/iOS devices.
...so when I want to build applications via phonegap API, I have to forget to use facebook, iAds and video(on all devices) ?
