I am looking for a way, that when I get a Facebook user ID, I can get their email too.
At the moment, I cannot find any way to get their email from their Facebook acc/id.
The only way to get the email of a user is by creating an App and letting the user authorize it with the "email" permission/scope. There is no other way.

I don't want to have users login or anything, so how would I capture and sort their data to firebase?
Is there anyway to code and have the app recognize people by their device?
Firebase provides an anonymous login feature. You can read more about it here:
https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/ios/anonymous-auth
Also, if you choose to include a sign in feature later, you can convert the anonymous account into a permanent account while keeping their data.

How do you subscribe to the real time API to user photos changes in order to get the likes and comments of user uploaded photos when they are liked and commented? Are there any necessary app settings or specific graph api calls that need to be made?

Keep in mind that you can only receive user updates if the user has given your application the appropriate permissions.

I have created a brand/business page and I'd like to include is as my employment on my personal account and I keep getting 'The employer you have entered is invalid.' Why is this? Shouldn't my brand page show up in the records? Why can't I enter whatever employer I'd like?
Sometimes the Facebook 'intellisense'/'auto-complete' isn't very responsive/exhaustive. In the employer field, try typing in the EXACT name of your Facebook page and hit 'enter'. It should show up.
