I have set log rotation(Application server log) to 10000KB of 50 files in WebLogic but it is writing to single file. Is there any other configurations have to be done other-than this log rotation configurations.
Log in to Weblogic console > domain name > configuration > General Information > Advanced > lock and edit. The parameter value of the rectification configuration audit type is "change log and audit" - > Save > activate change
"Rotation type" is set to "by time"; "files to retain" is set to "180"; and "severity level" is set to "warning". In this case, you need to check domainlog, serverlog and accesslog.
The operation steps of domainlog are as follows: login to Weblogic console, domain name, configuration, logging, locking and editing, rectification, rolling type is by time, check limit the number of files to be retained, and the value of the number of files to be retained is 180, save, activate and change
The operation steps of serverlog are as follows: log in to Weblogic console, environment, server, servername, logging, general information, locking and editing, the rolling type of rectification is "by time", check "limit the number of files to be reserved", and the value of the number of files to be reserved is "180" - > save → activate change
The operation steps of accesslog are as follows: log in to Weblogic console, environment, server, servername, logging, HTTP, lock and edit the scrolling type as "by time", check "limit the number of files to be reserved", and the value of the number of files to be reserved is "180" - > save → activate and change

I recently reinstalled Netbeans IDE on my Windows 10 PC in order to restore some unrelated configurations. When I tried checking for new plugins in order to be able to download the Sakila sample database,
I get this error.
I've tested the connection on both No Proxy and Use Proxy Settings, and both connection tests seem to end succesfully.
I have allowed Netbeans through my firewall, but this has changed nothing either.
I haven't touched my proxy configuration, so it's on default (autodetect). Switching the autodetect off doesn't change anything, either, no matter what proxy config i have on Netbeans.
Here's part of my log file that might be helpful:

It might be that the update server is down just right now; i haven't been able to test this either. But it also might be something wrong with my configurations. I'm going crazy!!1!
Something that worked for me was changing the "http:" to "https:" in the update urls.
I.E. Change "http://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz"
to "https://updates.netbeans.org/netbeans/updates/8.0.2/uc/final/distribution/catalog.xml.gz"
No idea why that makes it work on my end. I'm running Linux Mint 19.1.
I use Openfire with Conversations and would like to implement offline file transferring with HttpUploadComponent, I have copied httpupload folder inside openfire folder as below screenshot:
Then I did below configurations in openfire:
I also installed Python and configured config.yml file in httpupload folder like below:
component_jid: upload.192.168.105.164
component_secret: 1234
component_port: 5275
storage_path : ./var/lib/httpupload/
max_file_size: 20971520 #20MiB
http_address: 0.0.0.0 #use 0.0.0.0 if you don't want to use a proxy
http_port: 8080
get_url : http://192.168.105.164:8080/
put_url : http://192.168.105.164:8080/
expire_interval: 82800 #time in secs between expiry runs (82800 secs = 23 hours). set to '0' to disable
expire_maxage: 2592000 #files older than this (in secs) get deleted by expiry runs (2592000 = 30 days)
user_quota_hard: 104857600 #100MiB. set to '0' to disable rejection on uploads over hard quota
user_quota_soft: 78643200 #75MiB. set to '0' to disable deletion of old uploads over soft quota an expiry runs
allow_web_clients: true #answer OPTIONS requests to allow web clients to upload files
I did run Httpupload server as well :
After starting python server, if you go openfire\serversetting\external components*view the external components* [in the first line], you'll see whether session is created or not:
After all of this, when I want to send a file from android client its failling and It gives me this error:
Where is my problem? Thanks.
In attached error screenshot, the last word is 403, which is indicating that it's related to authorization on HttpUploadComponent end.
Now I started to check the code of this component and on line 83 of https://github.com/siacs/HttpUploadComponent/blob/master/httpupload/server.py it is picking the variable "storage_path" from configuration to place the file in that directory.
Now as mentioned in your question, you have set storage_path : ./var/lib/httpupload/
But you are on a windows machine and this path is invalid.
Try giving a valid windows os path.
I need to debug through the start of an OSGi dynamic service in Eclipse RCP application but the timeout is too short (or I'm too slow at debugging!).
!ENTRY org.eclipse.equinox.ds 2 0 2015-02-25 21:46:26.374
!MESSAGE Getting a lock required more than 10000 ms. There might be a synchronization problem in this callstack or just the build/dispose process of some components took too long!
Is there a way to set the timeout value to longer than the default 10000?
Looks like this can be configured in the debugging '.options' file for 'org.eclipse.equinox.ds' plugin:
# Debugging options for the org.eclipse.equinox.ds plugin
# Turns on/off debugging of SCR
org.eclipse.equinox.ds/debug=true
# Specifies that logged entries should be printed to the framework runtime console
org.eclipse.equinox.ds/print_on_console=false
# Enables generating and printing logs about the time performance of the operations executed by the SCR
org.eclipse.equinox.ds/performance=false
# Makes instance of each component nevertheless components are "immediate" or not
org.eclipse.equinox.ds/instantiate_all=false
#Advanced options
# Enables caching of the parsed XML documents of the component descriptions
#org.eclipse.equinox.ds/cache_descriptions=false
# Specifies the maximum time in milliseconds, which is allowed to a user component's activate or bind method to take. If the method invocation has not finished, a new dispatcher thread will be launched to process the pending work of SCR
org.eclipse.equinox.ds/block_timeout=30000
To use this file specify -debug <path to options file> on the eclipse command.
You could also set a VM argument if you start the eclipse instance with run configuration
-Dequinox.ds.block_timeout=300000000
To increase the Time have a look at Equinox/RuntimeOptions:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox/RuntimeOptions
For example:
-Dequinox.scr.waitTimeOnBloc=15000
In deployment PhpStorm (7.1.2) cant upload any files with FTP.
Error says "Failed to collect files: Could not determine the type of file" both with gif and php file.
idea.log:
2014-08-06 08:00:38,590 [ 384809] WARN - ins.webDeployment.TransferTask - Could not determine the type of file "ADDRESS_OF_FILE.php". org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Could not determine the type of file "ADDRESS_OF_FILE.php".
Caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
I guess it was all my fault.
After setting "Passive mode" in "Advanced options" for FTP connection all works fine.
Main Menu: Tools -> Deployment -> Configuration
"Advanced options" button
Check first checkbox "Passive mode"
I faced the same error even after setting "Passive mode" in "Advanced options" for FTP connection.
Main Menu: Tools -> Deployment -> Configuration
"Advanced options" button
Check checkbox "Instead of MLSD".
(I was also facing issue of uploading only new files which were not existing on server before. this option will fix the issue. )
Have a safe phpstorming ahead.

What could be the possible mistake in configuring the GAE?
Additional info : when i try to use the project with GAE manually(ie by using the launcher) it works
Update:
i experimented and discovered that since the workstation and the python installation folder is not in the same directory i get these errors
got the hint from here:
File
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Google\google_appengine\google\appengine\tools\dev_appserver.py"
line 582, in main

but when i made another workspace in the same partition i got this as console output and the the local host is still not working

Invalid arguments
seems like the arguments to dev_appserver.py are incorrect any ideas
If you did the same mistake as mine, then its a very high chance that you have space in the name of your directory
The warnings about deprecated things in search can be ignored. As can the message about the rdbms API if you don't plan on using that.
AppConfigNotFoundError happens when there is no app.yaml in the directory passed to dev_appserver.py. If you followed those instructions, then your app.yaml would be in the 'src' directory, and the 'program arguments' in the build command would be ${project_loc}/src - is this the case? When you run from the command-line, and see it work, what command are you running, and from what location?
