Getting error "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Windows.Forms" at 'Import-Module "AzureAD" line in PS script - powershell

I am trying to deploy a simple powershell function app that contains the following commands:
Import-Module D:\home\site\wwwroot\HttpTrigger1\AzureAD\AzureAD.psd1
Connect-AzureAD -TenantId $tenantId -Credential $Credential
AzureAD module files have already been copied from local repository "C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\AzureAD" to "D:\home\site\wwwroot\HttpTrigger1\AzureAD" using KUDU.
Getting error at the Import-Module line, here is the ERROR stack trace:

In PowerShell 7, the AzureAD module needs to be explicitly imported with the -UseWindowsPowershell switch, so that it is loaded into a separate Windows PowerShell session:
Import-Module AzureAD -UseWindowsPowerShell
For more details and caveats, see https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-powershell-worker/issues/544#issuecomment-702324803

I still get the same issue in the terminal of my Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS with Visual Studio Code 1.53.2 and PSVersion 7.1.1
PS /media/xxx> Import-Module AzureAD -UseWindowsPowerShell
PS /media/xxx> Import-Module -name AzureAD

EFG fails to generate after database was restored

I am using entity framework core .Net 2.2 and Microsoft SqlServer 2017 and am trying to update models generated by entity framework code generator (database first approach). I was able to initially create all my entities and mappings. I made changes to the database and did a restore using a .bkp file to update the copy on my local sql server instance.
After the update, I use the following cli command in package manager console,
efg generate -c "Server=localhost\SQLEXPRESS;Database=SOLA_DEV;Trusted_Connection=True;"
but I get the following error. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or where to start investigating? It is telling me Instance failure but I am connecting fine to it. I've tried making sure the schema was updated in sqlserver, all of my updates are visible after the backup. I've tried creating a new solution and generating from the same database but I get the same error.

I figured out the issue, if you have an instance failure, typically that means that you have something wrong with your connection string. Once that was fixed the code generated as expected.

please suggest me a solution to overcome this error.
On the context, I can see that powershell is not able to load any of the default modules. Not only that but also it is failing to understand the ps1xml files.
This issue happens when a system is having some critical issue.
I believe you should do a system restore or you should try a deep scan using sfc.
Hope this helps you

I cant upload files to ... I am getting this error everytime.. Any solution?

I guess it cannot load metadata or something like that, at least deapest lines looks like known behaviour of XmlDocument and XmlSchema when they do not check that input stream is null. I tried to use metadata files instead of embedded resources, but it did not help.
I will try to digg into sources, but it would be really helpful if someone already have idea what is going on.
You are running quite unusual configuration, EF compiled by Mono and System.XML from .NET Framework. This itself should work if System.XML can deal with the location of your schema but it's not common configuration.
I'd check how is the schema embedded into your assembly and whether is using same namespace.

Any help fixing this error?
Thanks
SR
Why are you still using the CTP? The release has been out for quite some time. Upgrade, then see if your problem persists. It may be a fixed problem.
The stack trace points out that there is a problem with your connection string.
Fix your connection string, and the problem should dissapear.
