Light2D not rendering in build - unity3d

I've been working on a project that uses the universal render pipeline and the new Light2D for some scenes. I load the lights in via scripts on awake. For some reason, everything looks fine in the editor but when I make builds of the game, none of the lighting effects display and the project looks just like it did before I switched to the URP. I'm using Unity 2019.4.10f1.
Any ideas on if there is a setting I need to enable for the lights to work with the build or if this is a Unity bug or just not supported yet?
Thanks!

URP Renderer Feature works on mobile?

I'm developing a VR project using Universal Render Pipeline.
I'm using the Renderer Feature to use the screen space outline in my project.
It works good on pc, but not works on mobile(android). Also, other custom renderer features won't work.
Tested on unity 2019.3.7f1 and Universal RP 7.1.8, 7.4.1.
Is there a way to make the renderer feature work on mobile?
Make sure you have changed all "Opaque Texture" fields to true state in all your UniversalRP assets. Worked for me.

Using HDRP Rendering Pipeline

I just tried to create a Smoke and Fire particle system in Unity version 2019.1.14f1. I installed ShaderGraph and followed a Tutorial by Brackeys. I couldn't go far because I didn't have HDRP on the project. It was simply a 3D project. I used this website to figure out how to change to HDRP. I did so, but it won't render the project. It says "Platform WebGL with device Open GLES3 is not supported, no rendering will occur". I then tried to switch back to the normal rendering system. Now it won't let me share my WebGl game. I don't know for sure that these two problem are connected, but seems like it. I don't know if that is a problem with my computer, but I have added the specs below. How do I switch my current rendering system to HDRP, so I can create a nice Fire/Smoke Particle System?
WebGL is based on OpenGL ES and unfortunately, HDRP doesnt support OpenGL ES devices so there is no way to run it on WebGL.
However, URP (Universal Render Pipeline) would be much better way for WebGL.
And yes, URP supports Shader Graph.

Light in the scene window got way brighter after upgrading to Unity 2018.2.18f1 but the game window shows light correctly

So I had a project that I created using unity 2017.3 now I decided to move to Unity 2018.2.18f1 and notice a very annoying problem that I can't seem to solve,
the lighting in the scene window got way too bright on the other hand in the game window even before hitting play it shows the correct light. here is an image of the issue:
I tried everything out there that worked on past versions with no results, trying removing auto generate and generating the lightmap manually, tried to change the reflection source from skybox to custom didn't work.
although in the game it self the light is correct so it didn't really break the project but it is really annoying designing levels this way
any insight on this would be great.
Sometimes, issues occur when upgrading a project to another Unity version. If the issue is related to lighting do the following in order:
1. Delete the lights in the current scene then create new lights. For some reason, there seems to be light issues carrying it's settings to the new Unity version and creating new lights usually fixes it.
2. Go to Windows --> Lighting --> Settings then go to the Scene tab. Scroll down and disable Auto Generate checkbox then click the Generate Lightning button.
3.Go to Assets --> Reimport All.
4. If everything above did not work, go your Project's Library folder then delete it. Restart Unity.

Unity crashes when changing scenes in the editor but not when built

I am currently developing a game for the Vive using Steam VR. After updating to 5.5, Unity is freezing when I try to load into roughly half of my scenes when playing in the editor (I have not made any changes), but when I build and run, Unity does not freeze and everything works as would be expected.
I have gone as far as removing all game objects from a scene and replacing the vive camera rig with a unity camera and clearing all baked data, and even then, when I load into the empty scene the Unity editor will still freeze. This is very strange because I can load into some of my other scenes without them being affected.
One thing that I have noted is that the affected scenes that I can not load into I have heavily been working on in 5.5 and not so much in 5.4, so perhaps there is something there?
All of the scenes use the same prefab for a character controller, and the only scripts in my scenes are attached to that. I am really at a loss here. Any ideas or thoughts about things I can try to resolve this would be much appreciated!
As I stated previously, the game builds and runs completely fine, but the editor in play mode freezes when loading into some of my old scenes, even after removing everything from them and only leaving in a Unity camera object to sum it up.
I also have deleted the library folder and reopened my project with Unity and this did not fix it either.

Unity not loading project properly

Me and some of my mates work together on a project in Unity. When I try to load the project, one of them gave to me (via Dropbox or USB-Stick, doesn't matter), I keep seeing the empty Hierarchy-window (I don't even see a main camera), although he created some objects in the scene.
The scene is definetly loaded in the editor, the name of the scene is shown at the top of the editor. I am not even able to instantiate a prefab in that scene, prefabs from the project are shown with a grey file-symbol, not with the normal blue "prefab-symbol".
By the way: We are using Unity 5.0.x
I hope you have a solution for my problem :)
The problem was a wrong setting of the meta-files and a version-conflict of Unity. The project was created with Unity 5.0.0, opening it with Unity 5.0.1 did not work.
