Cannot create webservices from Oracle APEX - rest

I am new to Oracle APEX, i am trying to create REST Data Webservices from Oracle APEX 20.2, while creating the web services below are the configuration settings,
enter image description here

So regarding this issue i am trying to execute the APEX ACL Script but it's showing an below error,
DECLARE
ACL_PATH VARCHAR2(4000);
ACL_ID RAW(16);
BEGIN
-- Look for the ACL currently assigned to '*' and give APEX_040200
-- the "connect" privilege if APEX_040200 does not have the privilege yet.
SELECT ACL INTO ACL_PATH FROM DBA_NETWORK_ACLS
WHERE HOST = '*' AND LOWER_PORT IS NULL AND UPPER_PORT IS NULL;
-- Before checking the privilege, ensure that the ACL is valid
-- (for example, does not contain stale references to dropped users).
-- If it does, the following exception will be raised:

-- ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XDBZ", line ...
--
SELECT SYS_OP_R2O(extractValue(P.RES, '/Resource/XMLRef')) INTO ACL_ID
FROM XDB.XDB$ACL A, PATH_VIEW P
WHERE extractValue(P.RES, '/Resource/XMLRef') = REF(A) AND
EQUALS_PATH(P.RES, ACL_PATH) = 1;
DBMS_XDBZ.ValidateACL(ACL_ID);
IF DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.CHECK_PRIVILEGE(ACL_PATH, 'APEX_040200',
'connect') IS NULL THEN
DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.ADD_PRIVILEGE(ACL_PATH,
'APEX_040200', TRUE, 'connect');
END IF;

WHEN NO_DATA_FOUND THEN
DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.CREATE_ACL('power_users.xml',

DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.ASSIGN_ACL('power_users.xml','*');

ERROR: (I am facing while execute the above script)

So while i am checking APEX Forum basically we need the connect privilege to create web services, so my question is how to get connect privilege while using apex.oracle.com, I am using testing schema for oracle apex, for that to whom i request to get connect privilege, who is responsible DBA for that, or how to fix this issue.
Thanks In Advance,
Yokes

You don't need to configure ACL if you want to expose restful services. ACL is needed to connect from invoke restful service calls from within the database, eg from pl/sql.
Typically those scripts are run by a DBA, I doubt you'd have the permissions to run them anyway.
The best place to start with restful services is to install the sample service and investigate the sample module. You can just copy the url of a template with a GET handler in your browser and see the results. From there on start developing your own.
By the way, that script for ACL has the wrong apex user. APEX_040200 was the apex schema for apex 4.2. That is a rather old version. apex.oracle.com has the latest version which currently is 20.2.

Keycloak 18 won't create default-tables on docker when configure a second DB via quarkus.properties

I am implementing a Custom Userprovider SPI for keycloak 18.0.2 and therefore have (alongside the keycloak default PostgreSQL-DB) a MSSQL in use.
The customized Keycloak and the PostgreSQL are run via docker-container.
The problems occure on my local MacBook M1 (but the same behaviour on intel-cpu as well). When building and starting the custom keycloak container, all volumes for both containers are removed. So there is always fresh DB-container
(sidenote: As the SPI was written for WildFly and it is broken with 19.x.x, i just stepped back to 18.0.2 to get the whole process working again. Afterwards will update to 19 and adapt the SPI implementations.)
the problem ...
Keycloak will create all tables - for the default keycloak-db (PostgreSQL) - in the public schema ONLY IF i configure the connection to the MSSQL via persistence.xml. This must not be in the production setup, as this should be at least configurable by the gitlab pipeline.
If i move the connection-infos from persistence.xml to quarkus.properties (as described in here: https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-quickstarts/tree/main/user-storage-jpa), the default DB-tables can't be created anymore...

Does using the quarkus.properties overwrite some keycloak-defaults? so, when using it, keycloak acts differently than the configuration without a custom quarkus file?

What does the "dmlreadexception" error mean on Moodle live logs when I try to pull from an external db log? And any suggestions to fix?

I am trying to use the external database log plugin in Moodle to copy over the standard log table into an external database for easier access to do some analytics work.
I activated the external db log and added all correct settings on the settings page. I clicked "test connection" and it connected successfully and returned the table column headers successfully. But if I click around and make some logs, they are visible in the standard log store but my external db table is still empty.
So I tried connecting to my external db locally in TablePlus using identical credentials as I put in the external db log store settings, and I could connect and write successfully.
Next I went into the live logs and picked standard logs, and they showed up just fine. Then I clicked on external db logs (nothing inside except for 2 manually entered rows of data), and got this error:

This is the only error message I get even after turning on debugging in the developer settings. My goal is to successfully configure an external db to track logs, but due to a lack of error messages when testing the connection it is hard to debug.
Environment configuration: Open LMS 3.8 MP2 (Build: 20201008)
The external db is a postgres db so we set it on the postgres driver.
It looks like the SQL used by the external db log store plugin is not compatible with Postgres, despite using the Postgres driver in the external db log store plugin settings, as shown by the '{' error in the SQL shown in the question. See here for documentation.
To fix this, we used MariaDB instead of Postgres, and we ended up getting the external db log store working.
Another note, you have to match your columns and data types exactly to the schema in the Moodle db, and then you have to set the ID column of your db table to auto-increment. If you don't know what the schema looks like, there is an Admin SQL interface under "Reports" that lets you run SQL. On the side, there a button to view the schema for any table in the db.

Error DBLink from 10g to 12c

I have created a database link from my 10g database to 12c database. When I am trying to access table using 10g database it works fine. But when we try to execute the procedure from 10g database, it popups following error
SQL> exec popcust#abcd;
BEGIN popcust#abcd; END;

When we describe a procedure from 10g DB. it comes with like this.
SQL> desc popcust#abcd;
PROCEDURE st#abcd

Issues while using Snowflake component In Talend

To transfer data from Ms sql server 2008 to Snowflake I used talend , but every time I get error as

The column does exist in my Snowflake DB still I get error as column does not exist
On analysing what query Talend executing in snowflake I found that It tries to create a temporary table to store data but in doing so it selects all column from table between “ ” double quotes and hence error comes as invalid identifier '"columnname"'
If I execute the same query manually without double quotes its works fine , can you please let us know what is workaround of this issue
Query executed by talend in snowflake for your reference
CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE "Tablename_20171024_115736_814_1"
AS SELECT "column1","column2","column3"
FROM "database"."schema"."table" WHERE FALSE
The issue is most likely due to a case mismatch between the object names in Snowflake and what is being sent through the connector. On the Snowflake side, all object names are stored as UPPER CASE. Suggest you try passing COLUMN1, COLUMN2, etc and see if that works.
You can also try setting the QUOTED_IDENTIFIERS_IGNORE_CASE to true, it might help.
I found that this issue is due to mixed case database or schema names not properly being applied by Talend. I discover a hack by updating the Snowflake connector role parameter and added something such as this screenshot:

"plan_handle" is not a recognized table hints option. If it is intended as a parameter to a table-valued function, ensure that your database compatibility mode is set to 90.
Code:
USE master;
GO
SELECT * FROM sys.dm_exec_query_stats qs
CROSS APPLY sys.dm_exec_query_plan(plan_handle);
GO
The database was upgraded from Server 2000 to 2005. During installation and configuration the default compatibility level is retained. In this case the compatibility level was set to 80.
EXEC sp_dbcmptlevel 'master', '90'
GO
Server was set to 80....duhh
