Amazon Workspace: upload / download files from / to local computer - amazon-workspaces

I am using an Amazon Linux Workspace and cannot find if there is a direct way to upload / download files from / to my local computer. Is it possible? For example, using an ftp server, or maybe with ssh?
Thanks in advance.

Is there any vscode plugin to sync between folders in different machine?

In my organization , the development machines are in office network and lab environment is in private network. Due to this code will be written in lab environment then we will copy it to office network and push the changes.
Doing this manually is error prone. Is there any plugin available in VS code to compare a folder in local machine and remote machine then sync?
I would like to sync between folders in different machine
/root/labfolder/feb4 <-> root#devmachine:/root/devFolder/feb4
Try sftp extension. You can also upload a file on save. See this documentation: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=liximomo.sftp

Accessing files on a Synology Diskstation via a local IP

I have a Synology Diskstation with a number of shared folders including a folder with a large number of images which I've organized via Photostation.
I also have a virtual machine on the NAS which is running as a webserver. I'm trying to figure out the best way to access the images through the webserver using http.
example: http:DiskstaitonIP/shared_folder/images/folder_A/image_1.jpg
The only way I was able to come up with was to install Web Station, and configure it to the base directory.

Compress / zip multiple files on google cloud storage without downloading

I want to compress / zip multiple files in google cloud storage bucket into single zip file without downloading them.
Is there any gsutil cli method which takes multiple path input and cp zip / compressed of all those input files.
Thank you in advance.
Nope, there's no functionality in GCS that supports this. And if the API doesn't support it, no tools or client libraries can, as they're simply making API calls under the hood.
Here it is, though not natively but you can host on ur machine or Google cloud for better

PgAdmin4 download files

Is there any way to download the backup files saved on the server's file system by pgadmin4 server. The best way I thought was to make the files available through Apache, but this solution has problems with authentication, or leaving the files public or requiring a new password.
You can use Store Manager to download backup files from pgadmin.
You can access it from Menu -> Tools -> Store Manager.
From the docs,
Storage Manager is a feature that helps you manage your systems
storage device. You can use Storage Manager to:
Download, upload, or manage operating system files. To use this feature, pgAdmin must be running in Server Mode on your client
machine.
Download backup or export files (custom, tar and plain text format) on a client machine.
Download export dump files of tables.
It was implemented in version 4.28.

Auto upload remote files into Google cloud storage via FTP?

I download a lot of csv files via ftp from different sources on a daily basis. I then upload these files into Google Cloud Storage.
Are there any programs/api/tools to automate this?
Looking for a best way, if possible, to load these files directly into Google Cloud Storage without having to locally download them. Something that I can deploy on Google Compute, so I don't need to run a local programs like Filezilla/CrossFTP. The program/tool will keep checking the remote location on a regular basis and load new files into Google Cloud Storage; ensuring a checksum match.
I apologize in advance if this is too vague/generic question.
Sorry, no. Automatically importing objects from a remote FTP server is not currently a feature of GCS.
