Not Getting sim800 response correctly - stm32

I am struggling to get correct response (OK) from sim800L module that is connected with stm32f103. But through serial terminal (using USB to serial module) everything(sms, call,gprs) is working fine.
I am getting series of AAAAAAA........ . I tried it with echo off but same response
Reduced the timeout too.
here is my piece of code

I would suggest the following to debug the problems you're facing:
You need to make sure that your UART code is working correctly, to
do that you can connect your STM32 to a serial terminal on your PC
via an FTDI cable and check if the messages sent from the STM32 are
received on the serial terminal.
Once step (1) is resolved, you need to check that you are powering
your SIM800 module correctly (ie: correct power pin and enough
current).
Once step (2) is resolved try to connect the SIM800 to your PC via
an FTDI cable and send & receive AT commands and responses via a serial monitor.
Back to the code here are some simple examples on how to send an AT command and wait for its known response:
With Echo:
/* Wait at most 1000 ms for the command to be sent completely */
HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart3,(uint8_t *)"AT\r", (sizeof("AT\r")-1), 1000);
/* Wait 5000 ms for response with echo */
HAL_UART_Receive(&huart3, (uint8_t *)rx_buffer, (sizeof("AT\r\r\nOK\r\n")-1), 5000);
Without echo:
/* Wait at most 1000 ms for the command to be sent completely */
HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart3,(uint8_t *)"AT\r", (sizeof("AT\r")-1), 1000);
/* Wait 50000 ms for response without echo */
HAL_UART_Receive(&huart3, (uint8_t *)rx_buffer, (sizeof("\r\nOK\r\n")-1), 5000);
OR you can do it asynchronously via the UART receive callback:
With Echo:
/* Wait at most 1000 ms for the command to be sent completely */
HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart3,(uint8_t *)"AT\r", (sizeof("AT\r")-1), 1000);
/* This will raise a callback when the response length is reached */
HAL_UART_Receive_IT(&huart3, (uint8_t *)rx_buffer, (sizeof("AT\r\r\nOK\r\n")-1));
Without echo:
/* Wait at most 1000 ms for the command to be sent completely */
HAL_UART_Transmit(&huart3,(uint8_t *)"AT\r", (sizeof("AT\r")-1), 1000);
/* This will raise a callback when the response length is reached */
HAL_UART_Receive_IT(&huart3, (uint8_t *)rx_buffer, (sizeof("\r\nOK\r\n")-1));
Callback:
HAL_UART_RxCpltCallback(UART_HandleTypeDef *huart)
{
if(huart->Instance == USART3)
{
/* if you are here then you received a response */
}
}

Access to register of unclocked peripheral at 0x40000000 cause BUS_FAULT [U2_CM3CORE]

I'm working with STM32F103C6, HCSR-04 Ultrasonic sensor and LCD display.
I simulate that in Proteus Professional 8, when I activate Timer 2 in STM32, there are big problems with frequency, frequency of LCD display = 250kHz, frequency of STM32 = 36MHz. In this state, program will eject this message "Access to register of unclocked peripheral at 0x40000000 cause BUS_FAULT [U2_CM3CORE]" more than 1000 times, and then program will crash.
If I increase frequency of STM32 in Proteus then LCD display shows nothing. Does anyone has idea how to fix this problem.

STM32F103C8-EEPROM (AT24C04) I Can't Write/Read To EEPROM

I'm a beginner at stm32. I'm currently using STM32F103C8 and want to store WiFi Config in EEPROM. Thus I am using AT24C04 EEPROM. But I can't write or read any value in that EEPROM. I couldn't find any problem. I checked the connections code etc. How can I fix my problem?

SD card in SDIO is not working in latest CubeIDE

Im trying to connect sd card in sdio to stm32f407vg discovery to store some data. Im using this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NbBem8U80Y. Im doing everything step by step, but it is still not working. This is my code.

STMCubeIDE Debugging Live Expressions

I have a Live Expressions problem on STMCubeIDE. My problem is I can not see my variable on Live Expression. I am trying to calculet voltage and that is why i am using adc with dma. I have one adc_val[3] array and i can see arrays variable thet i calculeted but i can not see my calculeted voltage variable as you can see on picture.
define of the variables
Convert that i measured value to mV
My question is, how is it possible to se adc_mV1, adc_mV2, adc_mV3 to see on live expression?

Your problem ist not the live expressions but your C code.
adc_mV1 = (3300/4096)*adc_val[0];
This is always 0.
(3300/4096) will be executed as integer division and the result is zero, so your voltages will also always be zero.
To avoid float calculations you could use:
adc_mV1= (3300*adc_val[0]) / 4096;

How to display a variable (here the temperature) in the console of STM32CubeIDE?

I'm a beginner with SMT32 products. I try to reproduce this tutoriel which proposes how to interface with the HTS221sensor to get temperature values and display them on a terminal :
tutorial
I strictly followed the tutoriel, the building of the project is OK, but when I run the code in debug mode on the STM32L475VGT6 board and I open console -> command shell console -> nothing is displayed in this console (no temperature displayed).
Moreover when I set a variable in "Expressions", the value displayed is "Error : Target not available"...
Can you help me to solve these problems ?

Thanks you,
Regards,
Lionel
There can be heaps of reasons for this.
First, you check whether you are actually connecting to the target and debugging the target.
I will give you some general debugging tips.
Make sure you can connect to the target and step through the code
Make sure your wiring/electronic is correct.
Attach the things to the appropriate pins and everything is powered up as specified in
datasheets.
Breakpoint, in your while loop, for example
int tmpInt1 = temp_value;
in that line and make sure the values you are getting is sensible.
Otherwise, go back to step 2 and debug your electronics
and check your code again.
If you want to screen your variables use USART protocol and TeraTerm program for printing values on screen. It's called as printf style debugging. Check bit rate of USART in CubeMX and Teraterm settings, they must be same.
First thanks you for your answers.
I finally found the solution to my problem. It seems that there is a bug in the STM32Cube MX code generation tool.
In deed, although I rigorously set the pins and activate the USART1 in the "Pinout & Configuration" panel, the following piece of code is not generated in the MX_GPIO_Init function :
GPIO_InitTypeDef GPIO_InitStruct = {0};
/*Configure GPIO pins : PB6 PB7 */
GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = GPIO_PIN_6|GPIO_PIN_7;
GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_AF_PP;
GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL;
GPIO_InitStruct.Speed = GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_VERY_HIGH;
GPIO_InitStruct.Alternate = GPIO_AF7_USART1;
HAL_GPIO_Init(GPIOB, &GPIO_InitStruct);
So I have to copy/paste manually this piece of code in my code (main.c). Thus the global working code is the following :
/* USER CODE BEGIN Header */
/**
