I am trying create a Gatling load test script on Intellij Idea and I'm at the very beginning steps. I created a Gatling project with Maven but i cannot import io.gatling.core package.
Could you please help me to resolve my issue? Thanks in advance.
My pom.xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0 http://maven.apache.org/xsd/maven-4.0.0.xsd">
<modelVersion>4.0.0</modelVersion>
<groupId>io.gatling</groupId>
<artifactId>gatling-core</artifactId>
<version>3.5.1</version>
<properties>
<maven.compiler.source>1.8</maven.compiler.source>
<maven.compiler.target>1.8</maven.compiler.target>
<encoding>UTF-8</encoding>
<gatling.version>3.5.1</gatling.version>
<gatling-maven-plugin.version>3.1.1</gatling-maven-plugin.version>
</properties>
<dependencies>
<dependency>
<groupId>io.gatling.highcharts</groupId>
<artifactId>gatling-charts-highcharts</artifactId>
<version>3.5.1</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>io.gatling</groupId>
<artifactId>gatling-app</artifactId>
<version>3.5.1</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>io.gatling</groupId>
<artifactId>gatling-recorder</artifactId>
<version>3.5.1</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>io.gatling</groupId>
<artifactId>gatling-core</artifactId>
<version>3.5.1</version>
</dependency>
</dependencies>
<build>
<testSourceDirectory>src/test/scala</testSourceDirectory>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>io.gatling</groupId>
<artifactId>gatling-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<version>${gatling-maven-plugin.version}</version>
</plugin>
</plugins>
</build>
</project>
What i want to achieve:
import io.gatling.core.scenario.Simulation
import io.gatling.core.Predef._
import io.gatling.http.Predef._
Or you should use only variables like ${"ANY_PACKAGE".version} or check the right version from the terminal.
Gatling creator here.
Really, as explained in my comment, your issue is most likely that you have a corrupted gatling-core-3.5.1.jar in your local maven cache. Just remove it from there and re-trigger the maven download and it will be fine.
Hope it helps anyone stumbling on this thread.
I changed my pom.xml to below with Gatling 3.5.1 and it works now:

My project already runs correctly inside netbeans, but when I want to do "clean and compile" to create the .jar file, it doesn't create the "dist" folder but a "target" folder and doesn't even execute the file, in Console I get It shows some meven errors and the pom file that I still don't know how to fix. I hope someone can guide me in this final step of my project. I leave the capture and the code of the pom file.

I tried to delete the dependencies and download them again, but it didn't work...
I am trying to make a new project in eclipse using Maven.
And I used simple "struts-archetype-blank" template of struts.
There is no spring dependencies in it. Still I am getting missing spring artifact error.
Is there any way to resolve the same? Or I am doing something wrong?

You are using struts2-junit-plugin which has transitive dependencies to Spring. Those dependencies are also available from the central Maven repository. For example spring-beans-4.1.6.RELEASE
Why the resolving of dependencies is not working cannot be seen in your question. It could be everything from misconfiguration (e.g. settings.xml, private repository, authentication) to network problems (e.g. private repository not reachable).
Your log4j2 version is also wrong. All log4j2 versions start with 2.the current version is 2.8.
I'm creating a Maven plugin (to hook into Spigot/Bukkit/BungeeCord) and am attempting to connect to a database. On startup, I get this error:
Exception encountered when loading plugin: WarCore
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/zaxxer/hikari/HikariDataSource
I've tried using the Maven dependency plugin, Maven assembly plugin, but I cannot find a solution.
Here's my current pom.xml:

Let me know if you have any solutions, thanks in advance!
I am using Eclipse with the Maven integration and included JFXtras in my project. When I do the maven build, it successfully creates the jar, but when I try to run it, I get a
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: jfxtras.scene.control.ListSpinner
I integrated jfxtras like described here:
http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.jfxtras/jfxtras-labs/8.0-r3
Edit:

Any ideas / help?
JFXtras consist of a number of artifact; labs, controls, common, ..., with some dependencies between them. The dependency for labs is missing. The pom below works for me.
<project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0 http://maven.apache.org/xsd/maven-4.0.0.xsd">

That is for a release, if you want to use a snapshot, you need to add the Sonatype snapshot repository in the pom or .m2/settings.xml

I would setup my eclipse maven project for cassandra, but I don't know what kind of archetype I've use. Any suggestions for this?
I don't have any archetypes to share, but here's a pom file you can use to get started. It has hadoop, pig and json dependencies you can get rid off if you like. Since hector isn't in cassandra-all anymore, you have to add it separately.
