How to run function when user swipe screen flutter - flutter

I want to use part of my code that start when user click button on screen ,when he swipes screen to the left. It should work like when user swipe screen to flip the page in books app.
I tried GestureDetector but didn't found anything looks like what i want
I have a few widgets in column, code of widget that i show takes up most of screen
Expanded(
flex: 7,
child: GestureDetector(
child: SingleChildScrollView(
scrollDirection: Axis.vertical,
child: Html(
data:
"<p>${CheckList
.checkLists[widget.index]
.checkListPoints[
CheckList.checkLists[widget.index].position]
.requirement}</p>")),
)),

Use page_turn
or better_page_turn
better_page_turn is null safe and page_turn is from flutter community but not null safe

Flutter: I need to make the widgets scrollable so that whenever i'm scrolling with list view they will follow

I have 2 rows in my screen, the first row is consist of dropdown button and elevation button and the second row is where the stream builder located, I used flexible so that the stream builder is scrollable. What I want is every time I scroll the stream builder I want the first row to follow the scroll not stay in the screen.
This is how my widget set:
Scaffold
-Column
-Row
-Dropdown button
-Elevated buton
-Flexible
-Streambuilder
-stack
-listview
Just like in facebook everytime you scroll down the "what's in your mind" controller disappers too, not floating like an app bar
Inside Listview add physics: NeverScrollableScrollPhysics()
//
Listview(
physics: NeverScrollableScrollPhysics(),
return .....;
)
//
Follow this pattern.
If you want that widget to disappear when you scroll, you need to wrap your Column in a SingleChildScrollView which you will need to wrap in a Flxible
Code:
Flexible(
child: SingleChildScrollView(
child: Column(
//your normal code insode Column
Depending on your code, you may also need to make the ListView not scroll (as suggested by Rafid):
Listview( physics: NeverScrollableScrollPhysics()

Using TextField and Button to create a message bubble in Flutter

Android Studio + Flutter
I have a Row at the bottom of the screen.
It includes TextField and Button (Add).
When there is some text in TextField and user clicks Add, I want it to appear as a Bubble inside a Container starting from the top left.
What would be the correct way to do it? I want the bubbles to accumulate like a notes app and eventually be scrollable too.
Thanks!
Try using the Snackbar Widget, which can be personalized heavily.
Here's the documentation.
EDIT. Since you want a permanent list of bubbles on the top, I'd suggest using a provider, so that when you click the button, the onTap event validates and adds the data to a list (below, myElements). Then, up to the top, just add a Consumer Widget that listens to changes to the list (it rebuilds its children every time something changes). In the following example code (I have not tested it!) I use an Expanded widget just for fun and I use a ListView.builder inside the Consumer to show the list of elements you've added, since the amount of added element could be high. Finally, I suggest using either ListTile or Card or a combination of the two, since you want something aesthetically beatiful like a bubble (you'll have to play with the settings, a little):
return ... (
child: Column(
children: [
Text("Some title..?"),
Expanded(
Consumer(
builder: (ctx, myElements, _) => ListView.builder(
itemCount: myElements.length,
itemBuilder: (ctx, i) => ListTile(
title: Text("You added ${myElements[i]}"),
// something else...?
),
),
),
),
Row( /* ... Text field + Button here... */),
],
),
// ...

Flutter How to add multiple pages on one page

Hello and thank you in advance..
I am new to flutter and i want to make screen which i shown u...! Just look at the picture..i marked red color in that pic i have circle avater and when i tap on each i need to show there data on same page...no need to navigate to another screen...! Show that data on same page...! Plz help me provide me if there code u have
Something like this will work, you're basically creating your widget tree in a declarative way in flutter, the column will allow you to stack two separate widgets (your list and your grid). I recommend going through a few tutorials (starting here: https://flutter.dev/docs/get-started/codelab)on building an app, flutter comes really easy, then watch all the videos created by the flutter team on the different widgets. Everything is a widget and you will use each kind of widget to build your ui.
#override
Widget build(BuildContext context) {
return Stack(children: [
Positioned(
top: 20,
child: Column(
children: [
ListView(
children: [/*circle images*/],
),
GridView.count(
crossAxisCount: 10,
children: [/*profile images*/],
)
],
))
]);
}

Make first item (or padding) of SingleChildScrollView not scrollable and delegate the touch events

I have a Stack with two Columns.
First column contains contains only one child (1) with InteractiveViewer which has defined height (for example 250). It changes its content's zoom and translation based on scroll offset of SingleChildScrollView from second column. It shouldn't be pushed out of the screen while scrolling, so it's under the scroll view in a stack.
The second column have SingleChildScrollView with top padding (2) OR first view (3) that matches the (1) height.
Now I'd like to make the top padding (2) or view (3) not scroll the SingleChildScrollView but pass those touch events to InteractiveViewer. Doesn't matter whether the solution use padding or empty view, I just wanted to note here than what I want can be achieved with padding or view. I tried both but failed.
I tried the GestureDetector, IgnorePointer and AbsorbPointer, but seems like the SingleChildScrollView always get the touch events. I haven't found a way to make the top padding not scrollable too.
Basically I'd like to achieve something similar to the attached gif, except that I don't need the "Collapsing Header" text animation and app bar. Just pay attention to the mountains that hide below the scroll view. The scroll view should take entire screen once the scroll offset is equal padding/view height (250 in this example).
Is that possible somehow? My logic behind InteractiveViewer is way more complicated than the example provided below, I just simplified it to make the question easier to understand.
Stack(children: [
Column(
children: [
Container( // (1) Widget that should get the touch events
height: 250,
child: InteractiveViewer(...)
),
],
),
Column(
children: [
Expanded(
child: SingleChildScrollView(
padding: EdgeInsets.only(top: 250), // (2) Either not scrollable padding
child: Column(
children: [
Container(height: 250), // (3) or not scrollable first item
Container(...)
],
),
),
),
],
),
]);

Scrolling Widget inside a Constant size Container flutter web

Hi all fellow developers,
I am developing a responsive web page in flutter using the flutter web SDK, but i am stuck at one part of the page where i have a Row inside row I have 2 Containers among which i want the 1st Container to be Scrollable and the Second container to be of constant size(Non scrollable) just like whatsapp web ui where contact list keeps scrolling but the chat side and the rest of the page doesn't.
please Help me,
Thanks in advance...
This should work You need a fixed sized container and make sure a Scroll able widget should be inside it. Now size can be made responsive by using Media Query Parameters and below code you only need to adjust space and sizing and it would work.
Row(
//Your parent Row
children: [
Container(
//static non scrollable container
child: Column(
children: [
//Children you want to add
//this wont be scrollable
//It is also preferred that you give this some height or width too
],
),
),
Container(
//Scrollable container
//Please adjust height and width yourself
//You can use media query parameters to make it responsive
width: 200,
height: 500,
child: SingleChildScrollView(
//You can also change the scroll direction
child: Column(
//Add children you want to be in
//Scrollable column
),
),
)
],
),
