I can't seem to remove the ruler line. Is there a way to?
Go to your settings.json and look for "editor.rulers", removing that should remove those lines

when I open my vscode or checkout another branch, the vscode auto create a file named Close. My question is: I donot want this Close file, how can I disable the Vs-code creating this Close file? This is not normal for vs-code behavior.

Maybe you just want to look in the log files?
However, delete this from your workspace:
.../.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.snap
Also please delete your metadata folder. There are many issues with that

It looks like you have multiple definitions of the main method. You should remove one (or comment it out).

I want go create a tag v1.1, but the path is /tags/v1.1/xxxxx not /tags/v1.1
why?
I've had the same issue for the past week or so however I have just installed a new update via Help -> Check for Updates and this has fixed it for me.
