Tooltip changes plot and displays plot in tooltip, but I just want the plot to change

I am working in Tableau and I have a plot that updates based on hover over a tree map by adding the sheet that updates to the tooltip. However, I find it redundant to have both the updated plot and tooltip displaying, but when I disable the tooltip the plot no longer updates. Is it possible to have the plot update with hover AND disable the tooltip?
You should be able to set this up separately using "Actions". If you are not familiar with actions, the below link would be helpful:

Use filter actions and set your target sheet to "Exclude all values" in the "Clearing the Selection will:" section. For more information, check our the docs. https://onlinehelp.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/en-us/actions.htm

Highcharts: automatically give a highlite backgroundcolor to one series item like in the hover state

I have a line/area chart in highcharts. When you hover over the chart you will see the tooltip but also a background color for that particular x-axis item. What I would love to have is this backgroundcolor automatically shown (without tooltip) (for the current month)without having to hover. So it makes the chart more easy to read and they can see directly what month it is.

Unhide objects/legends in Dashboard tableau

I have objects on the dashboards - filters and legends, I've click 'x' on some of the objects because I dont want to display them. Now I want to display them - how can I make them appear on the dashboard again? I've tried remove and add the sheet again, but doesn't bring back everything anymore.

When editing your dashboard, select the sheet or object that you wish to manipulate. You should see a small black triangle in the top right corner of the sheet. Pressing on that triangle reveals a menu that allows you to control it's settings -- including which filters and legends are displayed.
Once you've turned on displaying a filter or legend, you can move it where you like, edit its title or format, or change it between tiled and floating to adjust its position.
To unhide Legends, Follow steps as under in the image:
Select floating and adjust Legends as per your requirement and you will get desired results.
