I have a model where I need to display the date and time coherent with the current ones.
When I try to set the simulation parameters I have to specify each time the start time to a fixed value.
Is there any way to change the start time, even via code?

I have created a simple model (see first attachment) in Anylogic. Resource unit W1 is seized in service and resource unit W2 is seized in service 1. The delay time of service and service 1 is both 5 minutes. The interarrival time of source is 10 minutes and interarrival time of source 1 is 6 minutes.
Now I would like to analyse the usage state of both resource units, but in dataset resource_unit_states_log there is only the state "usage_busy" logged. Is there any possibility to also log the usage state "idle" in this dataset? Later in my evaluation I want to know the exact date and time when the resource was in state "idle". Currently I can only read the exact date and time for the state "busy" from the data set (see screenshot in first attachment). Theoretically, I could manually calculate the date and time of the "idle" state based on the existing values, but that would take a long time with thousands of dates.
Another attempt was to track the "idle" state using a timeplot. If I use W1.time() as x-axis value, I get the model time (e.g. 0, 1, 2 ...) in the dataset. But I want instead as in the dataset "resource_unit_states_log" the exact date like 27-12-2021 00:06:00.
Does anyone have an idea how I can solve either of these problems?
AnyLogic internal tables/logs are not modifiable. They are as they are. If you want data in any other format, you need to do it by using your own data collection functions/codes. In your case, the second approach is pretty good. You are collecting information every minute and you can export it. I usually do the post-processing in Python. I work with millions of rows and it takes a few minutes; in your case thousands of rows should take some seconds. Here is how I would do it:
Export the data (in your second plot approach) into Excel. The data should look like this:
Open Jupyter notebook (or any IDE).
Read the data into Python. Lets say you have saved your data as data.xlsx.
Input your start_datetime, i.e. starting date and time of your simulation.
Then just add the minutes from your data to the start_datetime.
Write the modified data in a new Excel file called data_modified.xlsx. It will look like this:

Another approach:
You can use the cells On seize unit and On exit inside the Service block and log the time when the resource is seized and released by using the function time() and write this information into a dataset. Then do the calculations.

Since I would like to let other people use my model (not on cloud), I export it as an application, so would it be possible to set the model start date on the simulation page before running the model? As we can see in the picture, I can only set "running until date" of the model instead of the "running from date" on the simulation page. Thanks in advance! Simulation Configuration
To control the start time, you need to generate the following code in your experiment on the initial experiment setup:
getEngine().setStartTime(50); //assuming you want to start after 50 time units
also you can use getEngine().setStartDate method if you want to select a starting date
but i think you can't have that value as a parameter in your user interface because the start time is set before your user interface shows up... you would need another pre-userinterface where you set it up and runs the anylogic exported file separately by interacting with some database where the start time value is stored...
But maybe there's another way? I don't know.
I download adjusted time series from AlphaVantage using the following call (you need to insert your own API key):

Next, I look at one particular (and faulty) data point at date 2003-04-18:
"5. adjusted close": "766464.0000"
Then, I reload the exact same API call and check the same data point again. However, this time there is a different value for adjusted close here! Every time I reload, different value (and always wrong, too). Why is this happening and how do I fix this wrong data?
For those who come across the same problem with AlphaVantage data, I try to answer my own question.
The random data problem only occurs on some (not all) non-trading days. For example, the above date is Good Friday in 2003. I have written a function to filter out all non-trading days from the downloaded AlphaVantage data, and that "fixed" the problem of the random-data days.
I am facing an issue with setting time on page properties on cq:Page. The time being set into the JCR is getting converted to the timezone that is set in author’s machine. For example: time being set when author is in India is saved as +5:30 while in NY it is being set with -4:00 offset. Is there any way this can be fixed ?

I don't think you want to change this, unless I misunderstood the issue. Time is linear, so at any given point in time, there are as many possible ways to express the time as there are valid time zones. Anyone who views that page information through the application (not directly viewing the JCR) should see that timestamp converted to their local system time.
I am working on a simple application that I need to be run as a service and report gps position every 3 minutes. I already have a working example based on the tutorial, but still have the followin doubts.
The starting of the service GPS1.Start(5*60*1000, 0)
Says first parameter is time lapse, and 2nd parameter is distance difference, How is determined, based on prior position ?
If I want to do what I stated before and I am scheduling / starting service every 3 minutes, this means I will need to ask a GPS1.Start(0,0) to get latest fix? what would be the gain to use the parameters?
I trying in a NexusOne and the Time object comes with local time, I have to do this to make it UTC but this is a tweak to the code. Is this a standard or could It change based on Phone model ? hora=DateTime.Date(Location1.Time + 6*DateTime.TicksPerHour)

If you are only interested in a single fix each time then you should pass 0, 0. These values affect the frequency of subsequent events.
