Raspberry Pi VNC fail connection Code::Blocks - raspberry-pi

I’ve been trying to rebuild a code on Code::Blocks on VNC but every time I tried it I got a message after a few seconds saying “Attempting to reconnect to VNC server” timed out waiting for response to “keep alive” message”. I tried to rebuild it several times and then another message saying “cannot currently show the desktop” appeared on VNC. I restarted mac and now it doesn’t even connect to the server. How can I fix this problem and how can I rebuild the code without encountering this issue? Thank you!

Running a Sensu handler on the client instead of the server

I have the following problem: I am using sensu to monitor some raspberry pis. Im using standalone checks which works just fine. Now sometimes it might happen that one of the pis lost its wifi connection or just gets restarted manual and dhcp fails or for some other reason has no internet connection. The idea is to let the pi check it self for a internet connection and if the check fails it should solve the problem by it self like restarting wifi or reboot the pi.
Of course a simple bash script with a cronjob should do the job but I want to do the check with sensu. The problem is obvious if the check fails i don't have a internet connection and therefore can't send the check result to the sensu server.
Long story short ;) is it possible to implement something like the remediation feature just on the client? So that a handler on the client it self starts the script which should resolve the problem.
I don't think this is possible. Standalone checks are scheduled by the client but the check result us still published to the server. The result is then handled by the handler which resides on the server.
You could write a standalone "check" plugin which monitors the wifi and if it is off then it will turn it on. It isn't using a handler though.

Fiddler blocks my Internet access when it starts to capture web traffic

I have Windows 8.1 installed on my computer and regularly use Fiddler to capture web traffic.
Recently, however, when I open Fiddler and
it strats to capture web traffic, my Internet connectivity dies.
The error I get when I open IE is "the proxy server isn't responding."
In Chrome, I get "Could not connect to proxy server" with the following error: "Error code: ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED."
Fiddler doesn't even capture any of the requests going out. The weird thing is that Fiddler was working ok just some days ago and nothing was recently installed on my system.
Searching the Internet for 5 hours, trying everything, and no effective response.
This also had no effect: http://www.telerik.com/blogs/fiddler-and-internet-explorer-11-on-windows-8-1
It seems that the proxy server created by Fiddler is simply not attending to any traffic.
If I close Fiddler or disable the capture mode my internet come back to normal.
Uninstall and reinstall Fiddler does not solve the problem, neither restart Windows.
This question has some similarities with my problem, but as I said, none of the answers worked for me.
Why is Fiddler having this problem, and how can I fix it?
99% of the time, this is caused by running a 3rd-party firewall which is blocking access to Fiddler.
1% of the time, this is caused by plugging a Windows Phone device into your PC over USB. The Windows Phone team steals Fiddler's default port (8888) from it.
Running Help > Troubleshoot and updating your question with its output may help.

My netty TCP/IP server stops listenning few hours after starting

I have written TCP/IP server using Netty4.0 running on a Linux machine listening to small GPS tracking devices. I have been facing weird problem, which is server stops listening to them in a sudden several hours after I starts it. There is any error log I can see and still server is running. It looks like only channel is not working. When I run a client to do health check, the client socket is still alive and keep sending packet to the server but server does not get it.
If you have any idea how to solve it, please tell me about it. It would be appreciated.
It is impossible to tell without more informations. I would check different things like if there was an OOM exception or with telnet if the server really refuse connections etc. Also jstack may show you if there is some deadlock etc.

Sockets won't connect after Windows 8.1 update

I am currently working on a project that involves the use of sockets. The program was working just fine, but after a windows 8.1 update on my computer, either the client socket is sending out a signal to be accepted or the server socket isn't receiving the signal so it can accept. I tried to use it on my emulator and it worked just fine. In addition, I have updated my GPU drivers to see if this could be fixed, but they still won't connect. The program doesn't crash and give me an error; it just sits there and waits. Does anyone have any ideas? Perhaps the update is blocking my peer to peer connection? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Tomcat : Unable to connect for remote debugging

I am trying to debug server side code (running on Tomcat) using eclipse's remote debug option. This issues is showing up intermittently and rest of the times it works just fine. I have made sure
1) Server side has got the latest Jars - I copied the .war file and redeployed.
2) Tomcat is running on debug mode and firewall settings have been modified to allow connections on the debug port.
3) Verified that before the attempt to connect, on the server its listening on the debug port and afterwards it shows that connection has been established.
but Eclipse is throwing an error popup saying "Its unable to connect to the remote VM" and sometimes it times out waiting for a packet #
Should I be checking for some more things? Are there any more log files by eclipse that throws light on what went wrong? Please help
This is can be a solution sometimes if your debugger fails to connect to debugger with an error something like "timed out while waiting for a packet #packetnumber" then it could be because of the low timeout setting and slow network. One can increase the timeout value using debug setting in the eclipse preferences.
