I am interested in trying out Jess Rules, but I am not able to access the web site. Both jess.sandia.gov and herzberg.ca.sandia.gov sites are down currently. I am unable to locate the new location if it has moved. Any help appreciated.

I have an issue, in a project, I’ve been asked to extract the number of installations for each app on the GitHub marketplace. I wrote the code to scrape data from the marketplace website but there are no stats (including the number of installations) for apps. Can someone help me through this?

I've been installing our very own ArcGIS Enterprise instance on AWS.
The instance I chose is ArcGIS Enterprise on Ubuntu.
It is important to mention that this installation was conducted without using Cloudbuilder. I know it is a tool that automates the process but I was introduced to it only after I have already started to attack my current instance problems head-on. So, please don't advise me to restart the whole process from scratch using it.
The current status of my instance is that my ArcGIS Server is working. I can access it, upload services and we have already started using it in out Staging environment.
I have authorized all of the software on the server and verified it is licensed. The Portal for ArcGIS is my main problem.
Whenever I try to access it externally(from my office computer) it seems to redirect to the internal IP for some reason, and then times out on that request.
for example typing(from my browser):
https://[dns address]:7443/arcgis/home
redirects to:
https://[internal IP]:7443/arcgis/home
and this times out. (...took too long to respond error)
The funny thing is I can access the portaladmin area.
it's only the portal itself which doesn't work.
Also, another curious thing is that if I type without using the ports, I can access a window but exceptions are thrown in the browser.
For example:
https://[dns address]/arcgis
This will lead to a window where the ArcGIS world icon can be seen but nothing else loads and there are exceptions for "resource not found" 404 on some of the components of this page.
Any ideas? What further information should I include to answer this question?
I've looked everywhere but Esri's documentation is not very forthcoming with examples and information to understand what it is I did wrong.
Also, I don't think this is a ArcGIS software issue. It looks like this might be a proxy issue. Anyone else experienced something like this?

I found the solution.
It was a combination of two problems:
Tomcat that was running the web adaptor service was crashing because of an entirely different and unrelated issue.
The Portal was missing a web adaptor configuration and therefore did not have the WebContext property set with the web adaptor URL.
After fixing both of these problems, I was able to access the portal correctly.
Hi I need to try out Jess rules engine, but I can't download the distribution of this. I can't even access the URL as it keeps loading. Anyone found a proper link where I can download this?
I am working on a salesforce project and need to add a package. The issue is that under developer console I am not able to create Apex Classses , which leads to the following error when I add the package to salesforce.

After reading many forums, I came to a conclusion that i need to activate Apex Author permission under permission sets.
But the permission is not present there.
I created a developer account for salesforce in which the Apex Classes where already active and was able to import the package and make changes.
The Salesforce account is Professional Edition and is not under trial.
Any help regarding this will be appretiated.

Currently, Professional Edition (PE) does not have the ability to create, modify, or deploy Apex classes directly in an org of that edition. This includes using Apex in an unmanaged package. The Author Apex permission is only found in Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer editions.
If you are an AppExchange Partner, you can write apps that use Apex, and send them through security review to be installed in PE orgs (as well as Group Edition).
From the Apex Code Developer guide relating to Apex and PE, you can read about the basic statement about Apex and supported editions. In the ISV Developer Guide (for App Exchange Apps and partners), you can read the specifics of what is required to get your app to run with Apex in a PE/GE org.

I work in a corporate environment where I manage several websites. Some websites that are in our system have been developed my an outside agency. We are in the process of adding google webmaster tools to the sites. However the outside agencies have already place google webmaster tools on the sites they've created.
Would there be an issue with a site having 2 google webmaster tools on it?
No you can't because webmaster tools is connected to Google analytics code, and you can't have two GA code in your website.
