I noticed that these two networks have different accuracies (like as shown here: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/mengcius/cinic10), and I am wondering what's the difference between them?
Realized it is introduced by this paper: He, Kaiming, Xiangyu Zhang, Shaoqing Ren, and Jian Sun. "Identity mappings in deep residual networks." In Computer Vision–ECCV 2016: 14th European Conference, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, October 11–14, 2016, Proceedings, Part IV 14, pp. 630-645. Springer International Publishing, 2016.

I'm genuinely interested in how much traffic has ended up redirected to ChatGPT since it's blown up.
Personally, I have found myself going to it for simple questions and now relatively infrequently have been visiting stack overflow. However I do not have the sufficient access to stackoverflow analytics to access this data.
Yes, I know it's not a direct code related question, but I expect this would be of interest to many on here.

Apple announced Swift becoming Open Source since now two weeks and in his web site https://developer.apple.com/swift, no information was provided to find repository, documentation or Linux implementation announced at WWDC.
Someone have information about this ?
If you have read it carefully it clearly says that it will be released later this year. So you will find no repository yet
Open Source Later this year Swift will be released as open source.
