I recently changed the nameservers on Godaddy to a private namesevers pointing to an ip. The website seems to be working fine with Google DNS but its not accessible on wifi in my country
If you have just recently changed or updated the DNS records on your Godaddy management page, this might not be accessible.
Normally, this will take up to a maximum of 72 hours to propagate the Internet.

I have deployed my frontend React app on Render.com (personal project for portfolio). However, I do not know how to deploy the Strapi backend (hopefully for free). Most information I've found directs to Heroku's free tier, but this is no longer offered.
Does anybody know where to deploy Strapi for free?

so, I have been struggling to figure out how to do port forwarding with a gryphon router
when going to the default gateway link thing it seems not to have an option for anything, including port forwarding, which i expected to exist.

I've successfully set up a mail server using iRedMail on Ubuntu 20.04. While testing my server, https://www.mail-tester.com/ reported only one problem - Your message is not signed with DKIM.
The fact is I've already set the DKIM entry in my DNS settings, but still I get the same error, thus my emails end up in the spam folder.
What am I doing wrong?

I have a kubernetes cluster created on GCP, it's fully functional, every logs/metrics are enabled on GKE but, when I go to Stackdriver/resources/kubernetes engine nothing is showed, stuck in loading page.
Can someone help me?

It looks like a specific problem with GCP. I assume you don't have enterprise support in that case I recommend opening a ticket with the free trial support. Otherwise, you'll have to sign up for Silver level support which is $150/month
