Getting more information from form choices - forms

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. But I work for a large design company and the way we receive work is through a request form in Adobe Workfront.
We would like to have a spreadsheet that gets populated with all of the info from the choice they made ie: if they selected a social media graphic for twitter, we would like there to be an output of the correct aspect ratio, whether we use our logo on that graphic, and whether we include text (if yes what would that be?).
Is there a good way of going about doing this? And if I am in the wrong place, where would I be able to get a good answer?
Thanks for the help!

confluence display content by user

I am trying to get specific content on a confluence cloud wiki to display content based on a specific user. The scenario here is that there are links on a page but only 1 should display, the one that displays is based on whom ever is logged in.
I have been told how a macro is the way forward, but I have read the documentation and I am at a loss. I do not understand what I have to do or how to write a confluence macro. could someone help me out with either an example or some links? I have searched like crazy, but maybe i am not asking the right questions but hopfully you can all help me out?
There's a plugin for this:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.customware.confluence.plugin.visibility
But I'm not sure how thoroughly it hides the content. It might still be visible if users view the page source. If you're trying to hide content which needs to be really protected, you'll probably need to do something else.
Depending on how many users are going to be using the page, you could also just make separate spaces for them, add the permissions to those spaces, and then use a page-include on your "main" page to display the content. If they don't have access it shouldn't show up. You might experience some formatting issues with that solution, however.
Finally, you could grab the username with jquery and display stuff based on that. This solution will be pretty easy if you are familiar with javascript/jquery.
Edit: Here are some helpful resources on how to use javascript and jquery within confluence:

SurveyMonkey survey as in-page overlay/modal/lightbox

I've searched the SurveyMonkey website, both help... and developer..., as well as the general net and stackoverflow, and can't find any examples of a SurveyMonkey survey being displayed in an in-page overlay (referred to by some as a "lightbox" or modal).
I think what I need to use is SurveyMonkey's Embed option, as opposed to Invitation or Survey Popups:
http://help.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/kb/How-do-I-embed-a-survey-or-have-it-open-in-a-popup-window-on-my-site
I'd like that overlay div to appear, close, etc upon the same triggers as a regular survey would/could, that is open if the user has no previous SurveyMonkey cookie, close when completed or closed by user, etc.
I can probably hack through a solution by forcing the survey into a custom overlay I build, but the behaviors would be more tricky, probably having to read the SurveyMonkey cookie, I suppose. Or, perhaps I could check for certain IDs of SurveyMonkey content that exists at various stages to pull off the behaviors (but I'll have to look at the generated code throughout the process to know if this is an option).
In short, it seems like someone else has surely run into this issue before and likely that a solution has already been created, at least partial to save me some time. I just can't find it.
Here are some things I found on the embed itself:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/blog/en/blog/2013/04/16/video-tutorial-how-to-embed-your-survey-on-a-website/
Any and all help much appreciated, pointers/resources, example code, etc. Thanks!

Form Analyzation and Suggestions

I was filling out a form on uSell.com to ship out an old phone and when I entered my address, a dialog box popped up telling me what I entered along with their suggestion of what to change it to. I thought this was cool and was wondering how I can replicate that in my forms.
Looks like you talking about some kind of auto-completer. This can be done in various ways, depending on the languages you are using. You can make a simple auto-completer using just html, javascript and css. More complicated auto-completers can make server side calls to search through a database etc.
Have a look at the link below, they explain a very simple auto-completer.

Wordpress Gravity Forms - Dynamic population

I have a gravity form on my site that looks like this:
Activities:
[checkbox] Brand
[checkbox] Retailer
[checkbox] Other
Tags:
[Text input]
I want to dynamically fill the text input with the selected activities, so for example when Brand is selected it places Brand into the text input.
Is this possible with dynamic population? If so is there any tutorials for me to follow? I've been able to find how to dynamically populate using the page URL but nothing like this but imagine it has to be possible…
Cheers!
Nick
This is possible with Gravity Forms Copy Cat. Here's what it looks like:
Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the dynamic population of an input in Gravity Forms has to come from a pre-established piece of information. You can write a custom filter to pre-populate the field on page load, but that info has to come from somewhere. It needs to already be established. With PHP it is fully processed on the server when the page loads, so I don't think you can watch for the checkbox to be clicked and then dynamically populate the field just from a Gravity Forms filter. I believe you would need to implement some custom JS or AJAX to accomplish this. I'll mess around with GF a bit and see if I am wrong or can find another way of doing what you're after. Maybe someone else can better answer this in the mean time.

Is it possible to get the page number and line number in iPhone

Is it possible to get the page number and line number of particular text from doc/rtf/pdf in iPhone sdk?
Can QLPreviewController or UIDocumentInteractionController be of any help?
EDIT:
I am trying to create something like iAnnotate,Sente. Application where in user will be able to select some text and can add comments for selected text.
I have gone through the fastpdfkit api's which seems the only api which can be of some help.
Can you guys guide me in the right direction.

Go with this link, it will help you for PDF reader and you can see there how I am doing total page and current page.
If you're looking at doing this with PDF, RTF and DOC it might be best to approach it in a different way as they are all very different formats.
Instead - if you consider attaching comments to an area of the page as opposed to a specific text selection then all you need to know about the document is which page you're looking at. A much easier task. Then you get the user to 'drag out' a comments box for an area of that page. Think of them more like sticky-notes.
This way you can add comments to images as well as text and it allows a much more flexible system for support of other file formats in the future.
I realise this isn't I direct answer to the question, but thought it relevant enough to post.
