Can't Connect Google Tag Manager to Meta. Getting "Publishing failed."

I am in need of assistance with my Meta's Conversion API and Google Tag Manager setup. I have successfully set up a web and server container, with the server container being manually configured and running on AWS.
I am currently working on the "Publish resources" section, but am encountering an error that says "Publishing failed. We were unable to publish the resources to your Google Tag Manager account. Please try again." I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide some guidance in resolving this issue.
For reference, my web container is running on web.example.com, the tagging server is running on tagging.example.com, and the preview server is running on debug.tagging.example.com. I have followed this guide to set up my server-side tag manager on AWS: deploy-server-side-google-tag-manager-aws/.
Here are some screenshots:

I google-searched for this error and all I can find is other people with the same error but no solution was provided. I have also emailed Google and Meta support but I haven't gotten a response yet.

Google Sign in error 403 - Project marked for deletion

I've recently integrated play-silhouette 4.0.0 with Play 2.5 to handle authentication. I am allowing my users to login with Google and as such am using Silhouette's OAuth2 features. I am redirected to Google's authorization page properly but after pressing allow the app fails with
403 - Project marked for deletion
I have enabled the Google+ API in the developer's console and am requesting the scopes "profile email" from the service. I've also deployed the sample app and get the same error. The error codes listed by Google are not much help - anyone have an idea? I've been testing on my local machine.
I resolved this issue:
Create a new project in the Google Developer Console.
Enable Google+ API.
Create OAuth Credentials.
Perhaps I created the credentials before I enabled the API. Seems a bit silly order would matter. Hope this is helpful to someone else!

Collaboration in Eclipse via ECF

I wanted to use the DocShare plugin so I installed the ECF SDK in Eclipse Luna and tried adding my google account using the File->New->XMPPS and added my google account information to log in but I get the error "Container Connect" has encountered an error.
Do i need to include anything except my email address in the field for User-ID?
I would love any help on this issue as I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it working.
BTW, I also tried adding the details of my account into the XMPP dialogue with the same result.
EDIT: I just realized that I also need to enter a port with my email address but I have almost no knowledge of ports and have no idea what port to assign.
Allowing "Less Secure Apps" in my google settings did the job. Am now connected to my Google Account through Eclipse. Recieved an email that asked me to allow this.

Eclipse and Google App Engine: " Registration with Endpoints Server...FAILED!"

i've got a problem with google appengine and eclipse.
I'm going and try to be very specific:
I'm trying to make it work NOT locally, so i've done the following:
1) create a project in the google developer console
2) created a google app engine new project in eclipse passing the project number and the api key obtained in the google developer console
3) deployed the app engine project on appengine.google.com, and it says that the state is "running"
4) to do the previous point i had to give the app id number generated in the developer console
5) i set this variable: LOCAL_ANDROID_RUN to false, because i want to do it online
that's it, i get the following error:
2) Registration with Endpoints Server...FAILED!
Unable to register your device with Cloud Endpoints server running at https://myapp.appspot.com/_ah/api/ etc etc
Ah and "myapp" is not a generalization i made to hide the app id of my app, thats exactly what it tells, it seems like the id i gave it is not passed to the url...
I've been trying this for 2 hours, it's getting painful, please help me!^^

Unable to download API Bundle google plugin app engine

When I go Add Google API's and click on any API I want to download I
get the following error
"There was a problem downloading the API bundles, See Error log for
more details" Can any one help me figure out what might be going wrong
and where is this logs location ?
The Error Log can be accessed by clicking on Window - Error Log.
The server is currently malfunctioning and returning HTTP Error 502 (Bad Gateway). It should be a transient issue, though, and everything should be back to normal soon.
