Is there an available option with Danfo's danfo.readCSV to skiprows like in Pandas?
I checked out https://danfo.jsdata.org/api-reference/input-output/danfo.read_csv / looked a bunch online, but haven't found anything...

I'm new to the lsp4e & lsp technologies and as far as I have seen the framework provides almost everything for working with eclipse. However there is a way to use this features at will? i.e I would like to use the LS to get all the functions on a file, I think this will be done with textDocument/documentSymbol but how can I get this using the lsp4e framework?
NOTE:
I checked for SymbolKind and seems it was not the one I was looking for however that input helped me finding a sample of DocumentSymbol
DocumentSymbolParams params = new DocumentSymbolParams(
new TextDocumentIdentifier(documentUri.toString()));
CompletableFuture<List<Either<SymbolInformation, DocumentSymbol>>> symbols =
languageServer.getTextDocumentService().documentSymbol(params);

I'm trying to find the source for R14B05.
The reason is that I want to see how Precise Explanation of Typing Errors was implemented. That page provides a link to the source code, but it doens't seem to be version-controlled. So I want to diff against the code is based on in order to see what changed.
The page that links to the paper says that the code is based on R14B05, so now I'd like to try diffing against R14B05.
I look at https://github.com/erlang/otp/releases?after=OTP_R16B01_RC1 or git tag -l in the repo, I can only find R14B04, then the R15 series–no R14B05.
I see no R14B05 anywhere, only R14B01-R14B04.
http://erlang.org/download/ and http://erlang.org/documentation/ seems to have old files.
doc-5.8.5 is for Erlang/OTP R14B04, and the next one, which is doc-5.9, is for Erlang/OTP R15B. There does not appear to be a R14B05 one, so perhaps it indeed could be a typo. Perhaps they thought 5.8.5 was R14B05?
You could try contacting the authors as well, just in case.
According to the documentation here, it looks like there are 16 COLOR_ATTACHMENTS that we can use in webgl2. However, when I print:
console.log(gl.getParameter(gl.MAX_COLOR_ATTACHMENTS));
It returns 8 in the console.
I've search on the internet to learn whether or not there is an extension allowing us to use 16 COLOR_ATTACHMENTS, but I could not find any. Does anyone know what is the problem here?
Thank you in advance.
The documentation you linked to does not say there are 16 color attachments. It just lists constants for 16. How many you actually get is GPU/driver/browser dependent.
According to the spec section 6.2 page 272, 4 is the minimum required by WebGL2, some devices support more than 4. Checking WebGLStats it looks like the most supported is 8.
Note: According to the creator of WebGLStats the reason that there's a tiny percentage reporting only 1 is because some webpages sharing their stats either by their browser or other reasons are falsely claiming WebGL2 support when they don't actually support it.
I'm currently trying to detect which drivers appear as "not working" in visual basic.
This unknown device is a good example of what I'm trying to grab (notice how it has the flag DN_HAS_PROBLEM).
I've tried using searches such as:
Dim searcher As New ManagementObjectSearcher( "root\CIMV2", "SELECT * FROM Win32_SystemDriver")
And running a loop in the searcher.Get() through this documentation
However, none of these seem to return what I am looking for.
Would anyone happen to know how I can get the DN_ statuses within Visual Basic?
Thanks!
The Win32_SystemDriver class documentation lists these Status properties:
OK
Error
Degraded
Unknown
Pred Fail
Starting
Stopping
Service
Stressed
NonRecover
No Contact
Lost Comm
...whereas DN_HAS_PROBLEM comes from the CM_Get_DevNode_Status function, or perhaps also from other system calls.
There may not be a way to get that specific code from the API you're using, but perhaps the existing Status properties will suffice for your needs if you don't need to know more specific failure reasons.
If you do need to know that specific status, you'll have to call other APIs, like the one I called out.
I have been working on creating appointments from Powershell in Outlook. Everything seems to be working with the exception of being able to set the appointment.RTFBODY. It looks like it is stored as a byte array, but despite my best efforts and many attempts I have been unable to set it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Edit: I was able to find what could be a similar issue. https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/sqlserver/en-US/5dba0d12-94e8-47a5-b082-93d3693e2a47/cant-set-the-rtfbody-of-an-appointmentitem
"I assume you add a wrong version reference. If you add Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook 12.0, I could reproduce your issue. I suggest you remove this reference, and add Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook 14.0."
Also found this: Outlook AppointmentItem - How do I programmatically add RTF to its Body?
from the link in your question - "it is just a known problem in OOM - setting the RtfBody property using early binding works. Setting through IDispatch::GetIDsIfNames / Invoke does not."
Powershell always uses late bindings (i.e. you cannot declare a variable as an instance of a particular object. e.g. AppointmentItem).
