getting not a usable net address error , in between a mlcp job run - marklogic-10

we are running a mlcp job to redact data from one server to other and the whole process take 2 days time to complete but now after running to 10 hours, it is giving
'Default provider - Not a usable net address: outputhost:8000 ERROR LocalJobRunner:450 - Error committing task: null' error.
I am not able to understand why we are getting this error as earlier it is working fine.
marklogic version: 10.0.3, mlcp version: 10.0.4

OTRS Mailfetching issue

I have issue with OTRS version 6 which is running on ubuntu 16.04.
OTRS didn't fetch the mail properly whenever i tried to fetch the mail it through below error
" OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-77[5799]: [Error][Kernel::System::Daemon::DaemonModules::BaseTaskWorker::_HandleError][Line:52]: There was an error executing Execute() in Kernel::System::Console::Command::Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch: Error: Timeout of 600 seconds reached, killing child process!"
I tried below steps:
Tried to reconfigure fetchmail:bin not success
Tried to add new param in Daemon: "ArtticlIndex rebuild" add new param "--force-pid"
3.Restart the server from remote console
How to fix this issue? please guide me on this.

Install fail: DSX Desktop (IBM_DSX_Desktop - Vs.: 1.2.3 - 3/27/18) on Windows 10

I'm trying to install DSX Desktop (IBM_DSX_Desktop - Vs.: 1.2.3 - 3/27/18)
on Windows 10 and it fails with the following error:
[2018-04-23 16:29:59:0524] [error] Error while pulling
hybridcloudibm/dsx-desktop:rstudio:Error: (HTTP code 500) server error
- {"message":"Get https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/:net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while
awaiting headers)"}
Based on your error, it seems that Docker is unable to access the registry. You can test it by trying docker pull hello-world, which should also fail with the same error message.
This can happen if you're behind a proxy. If that's the case, this article by Microsoft on how to configure a proxy for docker, may be of use.

IBM BLUEMIX BLOCKCHAIN SDK-DEMO failing

I have been working with HFC SDK for Node.js and it used to work, but since last night I am having some problems.
When running helloblockchain.js only few times works, most time I get this error when it tries to enroll a new user:

Other times, the enroll works and the failure appears deploying the chaincode:

This code worked yesterday, so I don't know what could be happening.
Does anybody know how can I fix it?
Thanks,
Javier.

These types of intermittent issues are usually related to GRPC. An initial suggestion is to ensure that you are using at least GRPC version 1.0.0.
If you are using a Mac, then the maximum number of open file descriptors should be checked (using ulimit -n). Sometimes this is initially set to a low value such as 256, so increasing the value could help.
There are a couple of GRPC issues with similar symptoms.
https://github.com/grpc/grpc/issues/8732
https://github.com/grpc/grpc/issues/8839
https://github.com/grpc/grpc/issues/8382
There is a grpc.initial_reconnect_backoff_ms property that is mentioned in some of these issues. Increasing the value past the 1000 ms level might help reduce the frequency of issues. Below are instructions for how the helloblockchain.js file can be modified to set this property to a higher value.
Open the helloblockchain.js file in the Hyperledger Fabric Client example and find the enrollAndRegisterUsers function.
Add “grpc.initial_reconnect_backoff_ms": 5000 to the setMemberServicesUrl call.
chain.setMemberServicesUrl(ca_url, {
pem: cert, "grpc.initial_reconnect_backoff_ms": 5000
});
Add “grpc.initial_reconnect_backoff_ms": 5000 to the addPeer call.
chain.addPeer("grpcs://" + peers[i].discovery_host + ":" + peers[i].discovery_port,
{pem: cert, "grpc.initial_reconnect_backoff_ms": 5000
});
Note that setting the grpc.initial_reconnect_backoff_ms property may reduce the frequency of issues, but it will not necessarily eliminate all issues.
The connection to the eventhub that is made in the helloblockchain.js file can also be a factor. There is an earlier version of the Hyperledger Fabric Client that does not utilize the eventhub. This earlier version could be tried to determine if this makes a difference. After running git clone https://github.com/IBM-Blockchain/SDK-Demo.git, run git checkout b7d5195 to use this prior level. Before running node helloblockchain.js from a Node.js command window, the git status command can be used to check the code level that is being used.

OrientDB 2.1.9 crashes with OStorageException EOFException when running SQL script in console

I've been using my SQL database initialization script for a while, but it seems that recently the database crashes in the middle of the execution and I don't know why, but here's some details:
I am running OrientDB on Ubuntu 14 Trusty x64 (via Vagrant)
It always seems to crash while the script attempts to create a UNIQUE_HASH_INDEX, but doesn't always crash at the same UNIQUE_HASH_INDEX instruction
The script creates a lot of vertices and edges, but for example, it will crash here (see line with UNIQUE_HASH_INDEX):
CREATE CLASS Channel EXTENDS V;
CREATE PROPERTY Channel.version LONG;
CREATE PROPERTY Channel.channelId STRING;
CREATE INDEX Channel.uq_channelId ON Channel(channelId) UNIQUE_HASH_INDEX;
The database crashes entirely with the following error:
Creating index... Error:
com.orientechnologies.orient.core.exception.OStorageException: Error
on executing command: sql.create INDEX Channel.uq_channelId ON
Channel(channelId) UNIQUE_HASH_INDEX
Error: java.io.EOFException
Looking at the log files, the only hint I get are the last two lines:
2016-01-14 17:17:05:437 INFO Received signal: SIGTERM [OSignalHandler]
2016-01-14 17:17:05:454 INFO Received signal: SIGTERM [OSignalHandler]
How can I resolve this issue, or at least get better hints as to what is making the database crash?
I also test with OrientDB 2.1.6, as I was running the older version initially. Same problem.
Sorry, false alarm -- this is a Vagrant issue, not an OrientDB issue. Running the exact same script on a 32bit instance instead of 64bit solved my problem, and installing the same script on a real 64bit server also works.

How do I fix server Oops error when deploying Play Framework 2.0 application as a Windows service?

I was following the processes in this very helpful post:
How do I run a Play Framework 2.0 application as a Windows service?
when I ran into trouble in Step 9. When I execute runConsole.bat, the service cycles between the running and restarting states. The full log is here:

Half way through writing this post, I realized that before step 9., you should terminate the start.bat script which you start up in step 6. When I did this, runConsole.bat would execute normally without all the errors I list above.
