(Unreal Engine 4.27.2) Dedicated Server not working with Steam API - unreal-engine4

After I updated the ini file to activate the Steam Subsystem plugin, the dedicated server is unable to host the map level, and closes the connection and then creates an infinite loop of failed attempts. But on the client it works perfectly, I can even open the steam panel inside the standalone game.

Even passing the "-nosteam" parameter, the dedicated server remains incommunicable as long as Steam is open.

I've followed all these steps beyond activating the plugin to install the Steam SDK, but something seems to be missing to make it work in multiplayer.

I don't understand what is the problem and what wrong I am doing because I have followed all the steps in the hyperledger composer document with success....
Is it because I am using it on ubuntu droplet....?? anyone help
EDIT
I followed all the steps mentioned in this tutorial
but instead of using google authentication i am using github authentication.
Also i have changed my local host to the ip of my ubuntu droplet in connection.json file and also in this command
sed -e 's/localhost:7051/peer0.org1.example.com:7051/' -e 's/localhost:7053/peer0.org1.example.com:7053/' -e 's/localhost:7054/ca.org1.example.com:7054/' -e 's/localhost:7050/orderer.example.com:7050/' < $HOME/.composer/cards/restadmin#trade-network/connection.json > /tmp/connection.json && cp -p /tmp/connection.json $HOME/.composer/cards/restadmin#trade-network/
bt yet with no success! i get the following error now.....

This error Error trying to ping. Error: Failed to connect before the deadline means that the composer-rest-server in the container cannot see/connect to the underlying Fabric at the URLs in the connection.json of the card that you are using to start the REST server.
There are a number of reasons why:
The Fabric is not started
You are using a Business Network Card that has localhost in the URLs of the connection.json, and localhost just re-directs back into the rest container.
Your rest container is started on a different Docker network bridge to your Fabric containers and cannot connect to the Fabric.
Have you followed this tutorial in the Composer documentation? If followed completely it will avoid the 3 problems mentioned above.

weblogic fail to start: Address already in use error

I have a test application that I created to start learn weblogic with Eclipse .
yesterday the jsp page was working well when I run as / on server , I got the basic page that I created .
but today I have an error message :
FATAL ERROR in native method: JDWP No transports initialized, jvmtiError=AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197)
ERROR: transport error 202: bind failed: Address already in use
ERROR: JDWP Transport dt_socket failed to initialize, TRANSPORT_INIT(510)
JDWP exit error AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197): No transports initialized [../../../src/share/back/debugInit.c:750]
in the browser I got this :
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
and an other time I got this on console :

can you explain to me what I miss , when I start the server it has the status started . thank you I can add any information .
The most probable cause is server running in debug mode and having the same debug port as an existing server on same machine.
If you have multiple domains configured for each domain running in development mode on the same machine make sure DEBUG_PORT in the setDomainEnv script has different values.
If you have multiple managed servers on the same domain and same machine, create a separate startManagedWeblogic script to start your managed servers and set the Debug Port in that script.
If you use Node Manager to start your managed servers, make sure you have the following lines set in your nodemanager.properties file, otherwise etDomainEnv.sh won't be executed:
StartScriptEnabled=true
StopScriptEnabled=true
This way, if you start the Managed Server via the Admin Console, setDomainEnv.sh will get called.
Then, you can modify the WebLogic domain script setDomainEnv.sh to set the proper DEBUG_PORT value according to the server name that needs to be started:
Use your favourite editor to change the setDomainEnv.sh file
You should find the following lines already :
if [ "${SERVER_NAME}" = "" ] ; then
SERVER_NAME="AdminServer"
export SERVER_NAME
fi
The same way, you can add :
if [ "${SERVER_NAME}" = "ManagedServer1" ] ; then
DEBUG_PORT="8454"
export DEBUG_PORT
fi
if [ "${SERVER_NAME}" = "ManagedServer2" ] ; then
DEBUG_PORT="8455"
export DEBUG_PORT
fi

FTPD Server Issue

So I am trying to use my xampp server and for the life of me can't understand why my ProFTPD will not turn on. It only became cause for concern when I saw the word "bogon" in the application log. Can anyone translate to me what the application log means and maybe how I go about troubleshooting the problem ?

Streaming video with VLC from webcam - errormain access out error: socket bind error (Permission denied)

I would like to use the webcam of my old laptop (my laptop is a Packard Bell EasyNote MX37) in order to do streaming video.
I try to do this streaming video through VLC by following this tutorial from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Unfortunately I'm stuck when I apply this command line :
cvlc v4l2:///dev/video0 :v4l2-standard= :input-slave=alsa://hw:0,0
:live-caching=300
:sout="#transcode{vcodec=WMV2,vb=800,acodec=wma2,ab=128,channels=2,samplerate=44100}:http{dst=:8080/stream.wmv}"
Indeed, I get this error message:
VLC media player 2.1.6 Rincewind (revision 2.1.6-0-gea01d28)
[0x19....] dummy interface: using the dummy interface module...

[0x7f1................] main input error: cannot start stream output instance, aborting
Thanks a lot for your help!
PS: The goal is to keep an eye on my parking space.
Just like the error message says, VLC is not allowed to open the port you specified. This might be because it is already in use by another app on your OS or because your user account simply does not have the rights needed to open a port. Consider using a different port like 32000, etc.

alsa cannot read control invalid argument - raspberry pi

I am trying to record audio with the PS Eye on a raspberry pi model b plus (I have tried with older b models and the same issue occurs as below).
I am able to record, and playback the recording with arecord/aplay so the mic is working. However, I want to increase the mic volume as the recording is very low.
When I attempt this in alsamixer, it exits with the following error when I use F6 to change to the PS Eye soundcard:
cannot load mixer controls: Invalid argument
I also notice that the alsa-utils service will fail when the PS Eye is plugged in (fine otherwise):
sudo service alsa-utils restart
[FAIL] Shutting down ALSA...warning: 'alsactl store' failed with error message 'alsactl: get_control:259: Cannot read control '2,0,0,Mic Capture Volume,0': Invalid argument'...failed.
[....] Setting up ALSA...warning: 'alsactl restore' failed with error message 'No state is present for card CameraB409241
Found hardware: "USB-Audio" "USB Mixer" "USB1415:2000" "" ""
Hardware is initialized using a generic method
No state is present for card CameraB409241'...amixer: Mixer hw:1 load error: Invalid argument
amixer: Mixer hw:1 load error: Invalid argument
amixer: Mixer hw:1 load error: Invalid argument
amixer: Mixer hw:1 load error: Invalid argument
amixer: Mixer hw:1 load error: Invalid argument
...
done.
The problem seems to be the controls definition of the PS Eye. I would like to know the following:
Where does alsamixer load the controls for a particular device from? Are they in the driver?
Is there a way to increase the mic volume another way?
I am not using Pulseaudio yet but will try it if I can't fix this in alsa.
thanks
Sytem logs:
Without pulseaudio installed, neither restarting alsa or trying to open the controls in alsamixer produce anything in the system log. If pulse audio is installed however, trying to open the controls in alsamixer gives:
