When press F8 (Go to next Problem), a window opens with an explanation of the problem. Can I disable this window or set something different?
Can I instead of this window get the definition info? (assuming the problem is with the definition of something)
As far as I can tell from looking at the settings that exist in the current version at the time of thsi writing (v1.75) that contain the substring problem in the setting ID, there is not a setting to disable this problem explanation upon navigating back and forth between problems.
I also did not see any command/action to navigate back and forth between problems without opening the problem explanation.
It can be pretty easily closed by pressing escape.
If you really want such a feature, you can create a feature-request on the VS Code GitHub issue tracker.

I have a problem with automatic indentation in VS Code. If you pay attention to the gif below, you will see that the editor only moves a tab forward for the first time, but the second time it should automatically detect that a tab moves forward, but this is not the case. Many editors do not have this problem, but it has really become a problem for me. Also, for example, I do not want to press a shortcut key to solve this problem, I expect the editor to handle.
I found theanswer. Just disable trimAutoWhitespace in VS Code settings.

It appears I've had an F8 key being pressed non-stop, and it seems to be a shortcut for "Go to Next Error or Warning".
I've wrote a piece of code, it has an error which I'm aware of. Specifically, I'm trying to run a function which doesn't exist yet:
All good, I'm glad it is telling me there's a problem, but... I wish to keep writing stuff in the same file and I simply can't. Every so often the GUI keeps sending the caret (the place where my next piece of text will be written) to the beginning of the problematic piece of code. Simply speaking, I can't keep doing anything until I resolve the problem, since it forcefully intrudes my every action. Even more than that! When I go to a different file, with means of fixing the problem and adding the missing function, it once again interrupts me and forcefully takes me back to the problematic file to show me that there's a problem (??!?!?!). Closing it with "Esc" only closes it once, but it keeps on returning every several seconds.
I don't think it was like that just a week ago, and I didn't install any new plugin since then. I'm currently using the last version, 1.58.2.
How do I stop this work-flow-intruding behavior?

I've kept on working for some time and it turns out the issue is much bigger than that. Whenever I type a name of some property, half way through some wild problem would jump and tell me "Cannot find name 'quar'. Did you mean 'quarter'?". The issue is basically the time delay of the problem checks, it's non-existent. It's also too intrusive, moving the caret and jumping between files to show me the existing problems. It's very recent, it didn't happen earlier this week. I've tried disabling different plugins I have and they're not the cause.

Try disabling the Outline Explorer and see what happens then.
Furthermore, see if disabling autosave improves anything.
i am driven crazy by annoying pop hint every time when I hit Space key. As shown below:
Now, how to find out which extension or pop snippet hint is causing the issue when I hit space key and which one to disable it ?
There are two ways to solve this issue.
Method 1:
In VSCODE. click File > preferences > keyboard shortcuts and search for space you could see space might be wrongly assigned to some intelli sense. Click on that particular keyboard shortcut. Double click the stroke and change the shortcut.
Method 2:
Very expensive way.
Disable all extensions first and try the space keystroke then try enabling one by one. You will definitely find the culprit.

I solved it eventually by disable all snippet extend one bye one, then the latest extensions, found out the cause is https://github.com/bauhausr/antd-intellisense extension.
It drives me crazy too. I just turned off Editor: Suggest On Trigger Characters and it seems to be working for me!
Is there any way to completely remove this message popup or move it to somewhere?
I already know why this message comes, but I do not want to disturb my activity with annoying info popup.
When it pops up it hides the document tab, so I have to close it every single time. (I do not want to know how to fix this particular error message, this screenshot is just an example.)

I agree that this is really annoying. VS Code is all about high-speed workflow and not having to interact with anything except your code via keyboard. Everything has key chords, e.g. CTRL-P and CTRL-SHIFT-P. So having to stop what I'm doing, go to the mouse, and dismiss this popup, whenever a background task feels like completing (and not even really then, because the popup actually appears some short time later) just so I can get visual confirmation of which file I'm currently coding in, to refocus my work after being distracted by the same popup, is really awkward. They are in a stupid location and don't even fade away after time like well-behaved toasts.
That said, I think that's really two parts; the distraction, and relatively high workflow cost to dismiss.
It helped me a lot to learn that it can be dismissed quickly and easily with the ESC key. The other half the problem I still haven't solved, but hope that helps you.

In a VS Code window select File > Preferences > User Settings
An editor will open on the left called Default Settings and on the right with a file called settings.json
In the right side editor you can add settings that will override those found in the left-hand-side one.
Between the braces type:

"php.validate.enable": false,
Then save the document.
VS Code will no longer attempt to validate PHP files.
You can override any of the defaults using this method.
You can use the same technique for each Workspace (or project folder) using File > Preferences > Workspace Settings
You can't disable the alert bar in general as VS Code needs to tell you things and doesn't (thankfully) use modal dialogs to communicate.
Go to File > preferences > settings
Then add this to your user settings
"editor.parameterHints": false
You may want to try adding the line
"extensions.ignoreRecommendations": true
to your VS Code settings file (which you can easily reach with the keystroke (CMD + ,) on a Mac OS X or macOS system.)
Solution: User Preferences > change "editor.parameterHints": true to "editor.parameterHints": false
This will at least remove the obstructive boxes that appear above the cursor.
When I build my projects in FlexBuilder, I want to see any errors immediately; I don't want to have to hover or open the Problem pane every time, nor do I want to always leave it open.

I do not think this is a problem.
As far as I know the Eclipse settings and there is no such.
You can use shortcut keys SHIFT+ALT+Q and press X to fast open the problem panel.
